As the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor lifted up their heads to look at the mysterious screen, their faces became grim. The Flame Emperor then said in a deep voice, “This is the World’s Willpower of the Great Thousand World.”

Everyone present was shocked upon hearing this, and they all started to become very excited as they wondered… Is this the opportunity to transcend the Divine Heavenly Sovereign level that everyone has been talking about?

“The first person to sense the World’s Willpower in our Great Thousand World was the Immortal Emperor,” the Flame Emperor exclaimed as he looked at the mysterious screen. “He named the World’s Willpower… Heavens’ Declaration!”

“That’s right. During the Primordial Age, the Immortal Emperor sensed the World’s Willpower of the Great Thousand World, so he brought about the Heaven’s Declaration. He then left his surname on it,” the Flame Emperor confirmed.

He then added softly, “However, it was a pity that the Immortal Emperor was unable to leave his full name on the Heaven’s Declaration. If he had done that, he would not have had to sacrifice his life in order to seal the Heavenly Evil Deity.”

The Heavenly Sovereigns were amazed to hear this. He then added, “But, it is useless if you are only able to sense it. It will not make any difference if you are unable to leave your full name on the Heaven’s Declaration.”

Martial Ancestor and the Flame Emperor looked at each other and smiled. Their smiles were filled with confidence as the Flame Emperor replied quite loudly, “Since the Immortal Emperor has done it, we will be able to do it as well!”

They then threw their heads back and laughed, and as the the Flame Emperor and Martial Ancestor shot up into the sky, their laughter continued to echo throughout the entire area.

At that moment, a magnificent flame swirled out from the Flame Emperor’s body. It was beautiful and colorful, and it emitted a mysterious aura, which was similar to that of a king’s. Its domineering power was apparent to everyone who laid eyes on it.

This was the Flame Emperor! He was the legendary King of All Flames! When the Flame Emperor shot out, the entire area became as hot as a furnace. It even showed signs of melting entirely!

“Today, I, Xiao Yan, will leave my name on the Heaven’s Declaration!” the Flame Emperor shouted.

He then laughed out loud, while the fiery flames gathered around him to form a huge Flaming Pen. He then held the Flaming Pen in his hands, then directed it toward the Heaven’s Declaration.

When the Flaming Pen got close to the Heaven’s Declaration, a mysterious fog surged out from the Heaven’s Declaration. Although the fog was thin, it possessed a mysterious might that could stop anything from coming any closer to it.
