In the end, none of the familiars got to see what they wanted to see, because Stripey had spun a large number of white spider webs around him. It was impossible to see what was happening from the outside.

“Bah!” Flamy fiercely spat out some spit.

The rest of the familiars spat in disdain and left.

The spider web started to disappear after half an hour, when Stripey crawled out. On his back was a white female spider. The female spider’s blue eyes had turned red. She was biting down on Stripey’s back shell.

Gao Peng knew that in the animal world, it was very likely that a female spider would eat the male spider after they mated. If there wasn’t enough food around, the male spider would act as nutrients for the female spider.

Blood was pouring out of her mouth. Stripey started to feel annoyed at the female spider. He flipped over suddenly and threw the female spider off his back.

Stripey’s enormous body was pushing on the female spider, rendering her completely immobile. Hiss!!! Stripey hissed angrily, his anger pouring out like a flood. The female spider pinned under Stripey was completely stiff. The red color in her eyes had disappeared. Instead, her fearful eyes looked at Stripey, and her mouth was begging for mercy from him.

“Ahh! What is your familiar doing?” the ponytailed girl screamed when she saw what was happening. She looked at Stripey in a way that made it seem like she was the one who had been wronged.

Gao Peng frowned and waved towards Stripey. “That’s enough, Stripey. Let’s go.”

After he gave the female spider a threat, Stripey slowly got up and strutted out.
