Yi Tianyun’s appearance didn’t particularly strike most people’s interest in that place. They just looked at Yi Tianyun briefly and returned to their own activities. The only group that invited Yi Tianyun was Ren Liancheng and Liu Long’s.

“So, what do I need to do to help?” Yi Tianyun said casually. He didn’t like to stand around doing anything while others were working.

“Just stay here; you will eventually have something to do. Take a rest for a while, the place we’re heading to is very troubling, so if you aren’t prepared, that place could be your grave.” Ren Liangchen said in a stern voice.

Yi Tianyun then looked over to Leng Hu, who was still gathering some woods for the boat.

“That guy is not so talkative, I see.” Yi Tianyun said to Ren Liangchen.

“Leng Hu knows that this place is dangerous, and he had to do what he needed to survive. He was the one who usually voiced his opinion if he saw an untrustworthy companion, sometimes it leads to resentment but, he actually meant well for the safety of the party!” Ren Liangchen said as he smiled.

“That’s true. I don’t like backstabbers! So, I hope you aren’t one and that you would be actually useful later!” Leng Hu said as he walked over to Yi Tianyun.

“Now, take this Detoxification Pill. This Netherworld River is highly toxic. This pill should help you counter the toxic water!” Leng Hu said as he threw one Detoxification Pill toward Yi Tianyun.

Yi Tianyun took the pill and stared at Leng Hu disbelievingly. He never expected someone with a sharp tongue like Leng Hu would care about someone else. “Thank you very much, Brother Leng. I will use it efficiently.” Yi Tianyun said as he showed his gratitude.

“You are lucky that you didn’t accept Liu Long’s invitation earlier, Brother Yi. He was known to sacrifice his party members if the situation went south. The party that he was with earlier were people who were tempted on his words and new to this place!” Ren Liangchen said as he sounded cold as he remembered what Liu Long has done.

“Thank you for inviting me to your party too, Brother Ren. But I still have some questions that I need to ask!” Yi Tianyun said to Ren Liangchen solemnly.

“And what is it?” Ren Liangchen said curiously.

“Is this Ghost World a restrictive place? Did it have its own faction inside? If it does, what grade is the faction inside?” Yi Tianyun asked solemnly.

“Oh, I thought you have something more serious to ask about. I don’t really know about the faction that governed the Ghost World, but I know that there is one in there. People who come to this Netherworld Passage were usually trying to find a rare medicinal pill and treasures, but there are some who went to Ghost World to hide from whatever problem that they had caused on the world outside.” Ren Liangchen said as he explained what he knew to Yi Tianyun.

“Big Brother Ren is right, for example, the three of us were rogue cultivators who didn’t like to be tied with any faction as we know that there is so much darkness in each faction. We were here to see what luck could bring us, we hope to find some sort of treasure so that we could live like nobles, but yeah, there are also criminals who wanted to hide from the real world. I believe some of the previous cultivators from Netherworld Empire ran into the Ghost World to save themselves!” Yang Zhiwen said as he walked towards Ren Liangchen and Yi Tianyun.

Yang Zhiwen was the last member of their party!

Yi Tianyun nodded as he understood what Ren Liangchen and Yang Zhiwen said. This was also why the cultivators in this place would rather stick with the people they knew to form a party of their own. There was so much thing that could go wrong if you trusted a wrong person.

“Brother Yi, aren’t you also a rogue cultivator?” Yang Zhiwen asked curiously. Ren Liangchen and Leng Hu also looked over to Yi Tianyun as they were curious about Yi Tianyun’s answer.

“I am not a rogue cultivator. I still have a faction outside. I am here to gather information about this place.” Yi Tianyun said as he smiled towards the three of them.

They looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders and immediately talked about some other topic. They knew that the last question was a little bit private, so they didn’t bother to go any further.

Finally, after quite a while, Ren Liangchen’s party completed several boats. While they would only use one, they still had to build a spare one if something bad happened to the one they were using. They store the spare boats with other utensils that they used to create the boats on their Storage Ring.

“Brother Yi, we are good to go! Are you ready?” Ren Liangchen said solemnly.

“Yeah, I am ready. Let’s go!” Yi Tianyun said as he nodded and walked towards the boat that was already on the water.

“Good, set sail!” Ren Liangchen said as he jumped towards the boat and sailed across the Netherworld River.
