Chapter 335 – Popularity Explodes (1)
“She’s here!”
“Xing Biqi is here.”
“Target A has arrived. All units pay attention.”
“Everyone, remain hidden.”
“No. 2 from Team 3! Your shoulders are sticking out of Area C!”
“Roger that…”
Accompanied by a series of radio waves sent through encrypted channels, a set of lights lit up at the end of the dark street as a taxi stopped at the intersection.
Click… Bang.
After paying the taxi fare, Xing Biqi got off the car and said, “Thank you.”
Instead of responding verbally, the taxi driver waved his hand and drove off.
Meanwhile, the girl tightened her grip over the leather bag in her left hand while squeezing the souvenir she got from the interactive livestream in her right hand before hurriedly making her way towards her home. However, as soon as she walked into the alley, she came across someone blocking her way.
It was a cloudy night tonight, and the clouds thoroughly prevented the moonlight from reaching the alley. Hence, the alley which lacked street lights was frighteningly dark…
“Uu…”
Xing Biqi hurriedly halted her footsteps, anxiety welling up within her. She then opened her eyes and stared at the figure, asking, “W-Who is it?”
The figure began approaching her step by step.
The girl’s breathing gradually quickened, and she started backing out of the alley.
“Come here!” the figure shouted. “Where did you go so late at night?!”
Hearing these words, Xing Biqi couldn’t help but be taken aback momentarily. She then breathed out a sigh of relief and muttered, “G-Grandpa? You scared me.”
As the figure walked out of the dark alley, the street lights outside shone on the figure’s face, revealing the anxious and angry expression of an angry old man. “Qiqi, don’t you know how late it is already? You didn’t even pick up your phone all this time! Your grandma and I would’ve called the police had you returned any later!”
“I-I joined a program. You don’t need to worry,” the girl said as she hopped forward and hugged the old man’s arm. “Grandpa, you really are the best. You even came to the alley entrance to wait for me. But couldn’t you have brought a flashlight with you? You nearly scared me to death just now.”

“You still know how to be afraid?” Flicking Xing Biqi on her forehead, the old man said, “Do you know how dangerous it is for a girl to walk alone at night? You’ve been behaving more and more outrageous lately.”
“I already said I went to take part in a program,” Xing Biqi said as she put on a coquettish act.
“What program? Will you be on TV?”
“Let’s go home first. I’ll tell you once we’re home.”
Xing Biqi knew that she wouldn’t be able to conceal the fact that she had participated in Transdimensional Review’s interactive livestream from her grandparents. Setting aside the neighbors in the neighborhood, just the reporters who would soon swarm her would instantly expose her. Hence, instead of hiding, it was much better for her to tell the truth. Not to mention, she had never been good at lying since she was a child.
“Target A and Target B have arrived in Area B.”
“Roger that.”
After briefly communicating with each other through radio communication, the special agents and police officers hidden around the alley silently watched Xing Biqi disappear from their sight.
“Hu… We can finally relax.”
Inside the temporary headquarters set up inside the house next door to Xing Biqi’s home, the surveillance team’s deputy captain took off his headset and leaned on his chair in exhaustion. “Captain, is there really a need to monitor every participant that took part in Transdimensional Review’s livestream? Aren’t we making a big fuss by stationing so many people here?”
“Mhm.” The captain, a robust man, grunted in affirmation and said nothing more.
Among the team stationed tasked to monitor Xing Biqi, only he and the logistics captain knew the real importance of Xing Biqi.
As for the teams sent to protect the other interactive event members, they were mostly used as a cover to avoid making Xing Biqi stand out.
“What a lucky girl.” The deputy captain got up from his seat and stretched his waist. He then took a sip of coffee and said, “Not only did she get to travel around Alpha Centauri, but she also received a priceless souvenir. I should’ve sent in a bullet comment to try my luck as well back then.”
“Haha, Brother Zhao, with those unlucky hands of yours, you better save your internet data,” a female team member said, laughing.

The other people inside the temporary headquarters also began chuckling immediately.
“Everyone, stay sharp,” the captain said, indifferently interrupting everyone’s merrymaking. “Now is the busiest time of our work. Look at Screen 4.”
Everyone promptly turned their heads at the captain’s words. Immediately, they saw the sight of three people sneakily entering the alleyway displayed on Screen 4.
“Those are…”
“They’re probably the paparazzi. They might also be thieves,” the captain said. Picking up the intercom on the table, he said, “Team 2, three people with unidentified goals have entered. Stop them. I repeat: three people with unidentified goals have entered. Detain all of them. You are allowed to take coercive measures if you face resistance.”
“Team 2, roger.”
Setting down the intercom, the captain looked at the people around him and said, “Do you see that? This is our real job.”
“Captain, do we have to stop reporters as well?”
“Duh.”
“Damn…” Sighing, the deputy captain mumbled, “It’s going to be a long night…”
…
It was currently midnight already, yet Xing Biqi still hadn’t fallen asleep despite lying on her bed.
Picking up her phone, she looked at her chat room with Chen Yu, a hesitant expression appearing on her face.
She had sent many messages to Chen Yu today, yet the other party hadn’t responded to her even until now. She couldn’t help but grow a little worried in this situation.
She thought to make a call, yet she was also afraid she would disturb Chen Yu’s rest if she called so late at night.
After staring idly at her phone for some time, she set it aside and pulled out the souvenir she received from the livestream from under her pillow. She then read the words engraved on it.
“Transdimensional…Review…”
This was a rock that came from four light-years away.
Setting aside the fact that it came from Transdimensional’s UP’s hands, just the fact that it was a rock that originated from outer space already made it incredibly valuable.
“Transdimensional…”
Squeezing the rock, Xing Biqi couldn’t help but recall the bits of interaction she had with Transdimensional’s UP. She couldn’t help but feel a sense of familiarity when interacting with the other party.
“Maybe it’s because I watched too many of his videos.”
After remaining in a daze for a while, the girl picked up her phone once more and searched for news related to Transdimensional Review on her web browser.
Sure enough, almost every corner of the internet had been occupied with news of Transdimensional Review.
In fact, even after reaching midnight, new posts were still being made one after another.
At this point, Transdimensional Review’s existence had thoroughly been disclosed to the public. Although the mainstream media still remained silent on the topic, the various independent media’s headlines were incredibly eye-catching.
[This is the truth of the world!]
[Where does Transdimensional’s UP come from?]
[Beware of the devil’s trap.]
[UP’s true identity exposed! He is actually the ace of a host club?]
[Shocking! He is the world’s true ruler?]
[How much time is left until humanity’s annihilation?]
[Are you ready? It’s time to welcome a new world!]
[Over seven billion people’s worldview collapses. Everything you need to see is here.]

“It feels like a dream.”
Pursing her lips, Xing Biqi read the various news articles in silence. Sometime later, as if having thought of something, she quickly exited her web browser and entered her Weibo application.
Ding! Ding! Ding!
Ding! Ding…
Message prompts appeared one after another, the massive number nearly causing her phone to crash.
Only after half a minute had passed did the series of message prompts stop.
Xing Biqi then tapped into her personal profile with a trembling finger. And when she saw the seven digits displayed under the “Follower” section, she couldn’t help but grow dizzy.
“Over 7.5 million followers… Heavens…”
Private Message 999+
@999+
System Prompt 99+
She had thoroughly become famous now.
Now that Transdimensional Review’s tenth official livestream had become the hottest topic in the country, she also became one of the country’s most famous celebrities.
As for the person who was even more popular than her, it was naturally that crossdresser…
He had truly become famous throughout the country.
Ring, ring—
At this time, her phone suddenly rang, causing her to recover from her daze. She then subconsciously accepted the call and said, “Hello?”
“Hello. You are Miss Xing Biqi, right?”
“Yes, I am. You are…” Xing Biqi said timidly.
When Xing Biqi heard the other party’s response, her eyes widened, and her nerves tensed up immediately…
