Zhuge Fu was about to mock Jiang Chen and state that he was unknown . But, then suddenly he found his name quite familiar . The Prince and his entourage had also come back to their senses and realized who Tian Chen was . But in the rumors about him it hadn’t mentioned that he was proficient in formations, had it?

There wasn’t anyone who dared to look into this matter, and as the Prince passed down an order, their group left the small town . The Sacred Spirit’s trial was in the utmost southern region of the second area . If they proceeded any further, they would end up entering an area where the void was chaotic, and they would end up dead .

The crowd was now gazing at him attentively . However, he didn’t immediately state the answer . Instead, he looked at Jiang Chen . The crowd was taken aback, but they quickly understood what he meant . Since Jiang Chen called himself a formation master, he shouldn’t just stand there without doing anything and wait for other people to state their conclusions .

Jiang Chen shrugged his shoulders and took several steps forward . He didn’t run randomly around . He just watched the mountain range attentively . After a minute had passed, Jiang Chen turned back and faced the two teams .

“Not bad, not bad . You have managed to discern it in such a short time . It seems like you have attainment in the formations field . Why don’t we both write down our conclusions?” Zhuge Fu was wearing a fake smile . Even though his words were pleasant, it was obvious that he didn’t believe that Jiang Chen could achieve it . Zhuge Fu wanted them to both write down their answers separately so that Jiang Chen wouldn’t have the same answer as him .

“There isn’t any need for it . ” Jiang Chen didn’t plan to accept it . Jiang Chen’s statement was misunderstood by other people, and they all looked skeptical . Jiang Chen probably had great fighting prowess, but formations were a completely different field .

“Ye Xue, if your team can’t break the formation, I won’t allow you to get inside . However, unless of course you accept my request,” the Prince said .

“I will state it directly,” Jiang Chen stopped looking at the Prince and said, “You believe that the formation is set through combining an illusion formation and a separation formation, and the true formation is inside the barrier, is this right?” Jiang Chen didn’t write down what he discerned and stated what Zhuge Fu should have discerned . A high skill was required to achieve such a matter! It could be discerned from Zhuge Fu’s first reaction that Jiang Chen wasn’t mistaken .

“How is this possible?” The smile plastered on Zhuge Fu’s face disappeared, and a look of disbelief was apparent on his face .

Zhuge Fu took a deep look at Jiang Chen, before he took his formation desk once again and started calculating .

Just after this, Zhuge Fu said, “I still can’t figure out how you managed to see through it? Can you please inform me? You haven’t even used a formation desk . ”

“What are you implying?” Ye Xue spoke with displeasure .

Zhuge Fu quieted down . He didn’t want to admit that someone had such a high attainment in formations that he could figure things out without using a formation desk . The only explanation for this would be that Jiang Chen was sent here by the Water Spirit Clan . “As long as he states how he has discerned it, I can deduce everything through his answer, and the whole truth would be revealed,” Zhuge Fu said .

“It’s a pity that I won’t inform you,” Jiang Chen said . Such a matter was related to his knowledge about formations, and informing Zhuge Fu was tantamount to teaching him his knowledge . Jiang Chen wasn’t a narrow-minded person . But he still wasn’t interested in teaching a guy such as Zhuge Fu .
