Kill The Hero – Chapter 101
Translator: Seven
Editor: Ana_Banana
When the World became like a game, the number of players began to skyrocket and numerous guilds appeared one after another .
Due to the increasing number of guilds, that large number of players suddenly seemed inadequate and so guilds began competing .
It was not easy for the top 5 guilds who appeared during these competitions .
The Frontier Guild was one of these guilds .
Of course, some would say that the Frontier only managed to become one of the top 5 guilds in the world with the help of a superpower like the United States .
If it wasn’t for the United States, they would never have entered the top guild rankings .
They were not wrong .
But would a country like the United States give support to the Frontier Guild for absolutely no reason?
That was impossible .
The Frontier Guild was able to gain the complete support from the United States government because it proved that it was worthy of receiving such support .
The level of the players in the Frontier Guild could not be compared to those outside of it .
The Frontier Guild only accepted players who could successfully pass their many tests and trials .
Even in the Phoenix Guild, it would be a great thing if they could receive just one such player .
Their skills were certain to that extent .
‘C+ rank hunting grounds are the best for leveling . ’
Kim Woo-jin, who had watched them closely for a month, was forced to acknowledge the skills of the Frontier Guild .
In other words, Kim Woo-jin had a good understanding of just how good they were .
Their skills, how they fight, how they move, their habits and their various personalities…he knew all of it .
He also knew the best ways to hunt such prey .
Because of this, they would not miss their intentions .
‘They will move sooner or later . ’
On the 3rd day in the dungeon, he didn’t miss the killing intent that they had toward him .
He also didn’t forget that a hunter should always make a move before his prey .

‘Then I’ll make a move too . ’
So Kim Woo-jin started moving .
A total of 40 players had entered the Sawtooth Wolf’s dungeon, consisting of 14 from the Phoenix Guild, 12 from the Frontier Guild and 14 members from other guilds .
The Frontier Guild and the Phoenix Guild were already partners and those from the other guilds were also prepared by the Frontier Guild from the start .
“Hey, Sam . ”
“What is it?”
“Isn’t it too much to bring 39 people to kill one?”
Naturally, the Frontier Guild’s members thought it was overkill .
“It’s too much . ”
Sam Oliver had the same feeling .
To be honest, he felt it was already quite ridiculous .
“It’s already too much for me to catch some guy that has nothing but a little poison . ”
“I don’t think Sam needs to go?”
A guy like Kim Woo-jin would never be a match for Sam Oliver alone, it was overkill .
Considering what Kim Woo-jin had shown them so far, it was understandable for them to have such thoughts .
The two of them naturally turned to look at Kim Woo-jin as they were having their conversation .
He was sitting alone in a corner, watching their surroundings while munching on an energy which was all the Frontier Guild provided him .
Of course the Frontier Guild didn’t feel compassion or anything of the sort .
“Sam, when are you gonna do it?”
Would the slaughterer feel compassion for the slaughtered pigs?
“Let’s finish it quickly . ”
From their perspective, they just wanted to finish the job as soon as possible .
Sam Oliver turned to his teammate .
“I have something else to add as well . ”
“What do you mean?”
“I need to get information from that guy before I kill him . ”
As he heard that, the teammate tilted his head .
His mission had been to get rid of Kim Woo-jin and he didn’t remember seeing anything about getting information anywhere .
“What do…”
“Well that…”
Sam Oliver attempted to explain his situation to his questioning colleague .
But at that moment .

“Kuluk!”
Kim Woo-jin began to cough loudly .
“Huh?”
“What’s going on?”
While everyone looked on in astonishment, Kim Woo-jin’s cough became stronger and stronger as his face progressively became red .
Kuluk! Kuluk!
“Blood?”
“That’s blood isn’t it?”
Kim Woo-jin started bleeding .
One of the healers tried to approach Kim Woo-jin to check the situation, but Sam Oliver shouted at them .
“Don’t approach! That blood is poisonous . ”
“Ah!”
Blood Poison .
Kim Woo-jin’s skill came to everyone’s mind and they all did their best to distance themselves from him .
“Stay back . ”
“Don’t get close . ”
Meanwhile, Kim Woo-jin’s cough became progressively worse until eventually he collapsed on the ground .
Kim Woo-jin’s body on the ground was as still as a corpse and this fact was immediately noticed by all those watching .
“Is he dead?”
“I think he’s dead . ”
In the mess, the tension that everyone was feeling slowly dispersed .
‘If that guy is dead then the mission is over right?’
‘Is it really ending like this?’
In the beginning, they were tightening the strings of their tension to kill Kim Woo-jin . In other words, since Kim Woo-jin died then they will no longer be tense and their vigilance would be greatly reduced .
‘This drives me crazy . ’
Of course, Sam Oliver’s situation was different .
Naomi Spell’s instructions were clear .
She would send an expert to extract information from Kim Woo-jin so he had to pass Kim Woo-jin over to that expert .
The expert, of course, was an expert on torture who could only get information from living people .
In addition, the expert was under the protection of another group elsewhere .
‘I need to get to him right now . ’
At that moment, what came to Sam Oliver’s mind was to get the expert as soon as possible and make an excuse .
‘No, I’ll need to get everyone together . ’
Before anything else, they all needed to gather .
As he was having crazy thoughts, Sam Oliver turned to his colleague .
“We need to get everyone here . ”
“Everyone?”
“You go to the Phoenix Guild, I’ll go to the other guilds . ”
After that, Sam Oliver looked at the 10 remaining men .
“You guys watch over Kim Woo-jin’s condition!”
“Will you treat him?
“Treatment?”
“Even if you prepare for and identify the poison, will you treat it?”
Sam Oliver’s head felt heavy after hearing the remarks of his colleague .
‘The Frontier Guild’s mission is to kill him and Naomi’s personal request is to get information from him . ’
The weight was lifted slightly .
‘If he dies, then I’ll only be slightly reprimanded, but if I do anything else and something happens then I’ll really be in trouble . ’
It wasn’t a difficult calculation for him to determine which, between the Frontier Guild’s mission and an Executive’s request, was heavier to bear .
“Don’t treat it . We don’t know what the problem is so it’s best if we avoid it . Remember our mission is to get rid of Kim Woo-jin . If you think that he is going to die, then let him die . ”
Kuluk!
At that time Kim Woo-jin let out another cough, showing that he wasn’t yet dead .
Sam Oliver frowned at that .
“Move, quickly!”
After saying that, Sam Oliver and his colleague split up to complete their objectives .
After they left, the other 10 members surrounded Kim Woo-jin in case of emergency, but still kept their distance .
“Is he really dead?”
“I think he’s alive because he coughs from time to time . ”
“Well, isn’t it better to just kill him? In his current state, we could just shoot an arrow and end it . ”
Of course, proper surveillance was impossible .
The string of tension had already been cut and their vigilance had already fallen .
That was why .
“Huh?”
Siik!
That was the reason why the first victim Kim Woo-jin, who had been previously laying on the floor like a corpse, attacked, could not even make a sound before his head was separated from his torso .
“Huh?”
“What the?”
And it was also the reason why the nine did not show a proper response at the sight of the first victim, and only watched on as a bloody smoke emanated from Kim Woo-jin’s body .

Drinker of the Yew: A Necromancer's Tale
Updates Once a Week next update 10/5 Wracked with misfortune, a nameless village along the edge of the Gray Spine rejoiced at the arrival of a paladin. Those celebrations, though, turned to wary tension as the paladin brought an unknown into their midst - his wife Nayinis, who wears the markings of a necromancer. Who is this woman? Why has she come to their village? Nayinis divulges her shadowed past, for she needs the village's trust to defeat the powerful foe that she has been summoned by the divine to face. What to expect: This is a slow-paced, dark, epic-fantasy book written mostly in an archaic first-person style, remniscent of fariy-tale at times. I am expecting the final product to be close to 600-700 pages. The first few chapters introduce a somewhat-steep learning curve of names and mythology of the world that plateaus at aroud chapter 5. All Stats Random
Un-reality, the greatest game in the century just launched and Chris starts to play it. He wants to change his circumstances, which are through no fault of his own. But fate doesn't let it be that simple. He gets a hidden unique class, but that class has a special ability, one that randomizes all his stats whenever it wants? What? The world truly can't be fair to him. Not even in a game. Now he has to figure out a way to make this odd quirk of his class work. When he smiles, the world loves him. When he laughs, the world fears him. (and that was my stab at trying to imitate those chinese synopses) Regular chapters, once or twice per week. On the weekends usually. I will finish this novel, be it takes 1 year or 2. It will get a proper ending. Afterall, the ending is paramount. Also, the readers might feel rewarded if they look closely while reading. I try to be quite mindful and put in interesting details or things that would come into play later. And, personally i think that reviews on this site might as well be pointless. Unless you know the reviewer and think that you share his views. Your thoughts on a particular thing (like a novel) can differ from others. So, do give it a try before arbitrarily deciding. This is my try to perfect the 'master of all/everything' type of MC, inside a proper, realistic VR world, from a game design perspective and immersion and no convenient 'convert gold to irl currency' button. It is going to be a game first of all. Not a fantasy world overloaden with status screens and skills you can't possibly keep track of. A game with all of the real world aspects to it. Not a cheap fantasy world with shoehorned in stats.

Witch Hunt. A Warhammer Fiction
The adventures of Adebar von Bolstedt continue!Adebar von Bolstedt, fugitive noble scion of the Empire, stuck in the Great Forest of Talabecland, is gravely wounded by the bestial denizens of the dark wintery woods, only surviving due to the timely arrival of aid and relief in the form of the masters of this land. What begins as a pleasant stay with the wild noblemen of Talabecland soon becomes a matter of faith and tradition as old as the Empire itself, when he finds himself trying to root out a coven of witches from a society that prides itself on rural living and knowledge of the mysteries of the wild. This quest will either see von Bolstedt's shaken faith in his own god reforged into an intolerant blade, or shattered like ice. Word from the AuthorGreetings! Witch Hunt plays out in the much beloved Warhammer Fantasy setting (owned, of course, by Games Workshop). Do not fret, however, as I've made it a point to make the story digestible even to the uninitiated, and maybe even be a good introduction to the setting. This is the second part of the adventures of Adebar von Bolstedt, as such I recommend reading part one, titled "The Hand of Sigmar" first. While I cannot claim the places, concepts and gods etc. mentioned within as my own, the story and all characters flowed from my own fingers.
