The question went through Feng Luotian completely: “And as a bonus before we conduct to our business, I’ll give you something else.”
Following that, Feng Luotian got up and walked towards the anvil and used Theríon on his finger to add some art to the formation.
After he finished, the magic circle of formation was intensively glowing: “Your previous [Fate of Metal Formation] was a bit lacking, but it’s finally complete. You should be able to upgrade any high-grade armament to a Titanium one in one hundred percent chance, given that you put enough energy into the formation.”
Ming Zhuo instantly flashed himself next to Feng Luotian and looked at his new formation. Upon sensing the vibration it gave off, he knew immediately that every word Feng Luotian said was true.
Ming Zhuo’s knees hit the floor and cupped his hands to Feng Luotian: “Just this gift alone is enough for me to make you anything, Young Noble.”
His attitude completely changed as he adjusted Feng Luotian’s pronoun to ‘Young Noble’. He did not have the gut to ask who the guy was any longer, because he understood that one with great knowledge was not someone without background.
Although Deng Mu did not entirely perceive the whole conversation, the previous statement where one could upgrade a high-grade weapon to a Titanium weapon without fail along with his boss’s reaction confirming the statement made him fall on his knees and expressed his gratitude.
Feng Luotian achievably smiled as he helped the shop owner up: “That should be enough, Shop Owner. Can we talk business now? Please take a seat.”
Now it was Feng Luotian who invited Ming Zhuo to take a seat in his own room, however, Ming Zhuo did not mind one bit.
Deng Mu also got up and poured more tea for Feng Luotian in a respectful manner like a servant.
Ming Zhuo asked with a much softer voice than before: “Now back to the first question I asked previously. What kind of weapon do you want me to make? A Titanium bow and elemental arrows, Young Noble?”
Feng Luotian took a sip: “Umm. I want a Light and Dark combined element stringless bow that I can split its limbs to use as blades for close-combat. If it’s possible, I want a Demirium bow, so the bow can wait after you’ve become a Demirium forger.”
Feng Luotian said like it was nothing, but both shop owner and manager were beaming in excitement. To be able to create and sell a Demirium armament was their dream.

“So, the first thing you’ll forge for me will be nine kinds of elemental arrows: Earth, Water, Wind, Fire, Ice, Lightning, Wood, Metal, and Poison. The ones that will automatically return to me after it hit the target. Also, their effects must be those of Titanium grade”
Feng Luotian explicitly made his order.
Ming Zhuo gasped in shock: “You want me to forge nine Titanium arrows, Young Noble? I’m afraid we don’t have enough materials to use as their cores.”
Feng Luotian: “Hehe … don’t worry, Shop Owner. I’ll provide you the materials needed.”
Ming Zhuo: “Young Noble, don’t tell me that you have …?”
Feng Luotian smiled and took out nine blades of different colors from his spatial rings: “Please forge these into those arrows. And please make sure that you use one blade to make one arrow, not one blade five arrows.”
“NINE BLADE TAIL LION’S TAILS!!!!!!”
Seeing nine Titanium materials at the same time, both Ming Zhuo and Deng Mu had their hair stand on its end. They almost forgot to listen to Feng Luotian’s order.
Deng Mu, who was quite proud of his weapon as they had much more treasures than other stores, was now admitting his complete defeat. These nine blades could purchase his shop three times over.
“Yes, Young Noble!! One blade one arrow, Young Noble!!”
Ming Zhuo nodded again and again as he received the materials.
Feng Luotian: “I guess you don’t have a Demirium material, right?”
Deng Mu could only give out a wry smile: “Of course, we don’t, Young Noble!! We’re not that rich.”
After a light sigh, Feng Luotian said: “Do you have a supply chain?”
Deng Mu nodded: “Yes, we have connections with auction houses within and around the city, Young Noble.”
Feng Luotian took another five blades and gave them to Deng Mu: “Find the auction house that is willing to trade the highest level of Demirium material with these five.”
The other two guys loudly exclaimed in their minds: “Just how many more blades do you have?” When they thought that he was done surprising them, he had more in stock. They both started to suspect that he was even richer than the whole city’s wealth combined.
As for Feng Luotian, he acted like he did not feel anything, but his heart was currently in pain. With this, his entire fortune became empty.
“Yes, Young Noble!!” Deng Mu promptly accepted the command with extreme enthusiasm. He finally had a chance to see the legendary Demirium material.

Feng Luotian asked the shop owner: “How long will it take for you to finish this order, Shop Owner?”
Ming Zhuo answered while rubbing his hands: “About two weeks, Young Noble.” And at that time, he would already become a Demirium forger. He could not wait to forge something right now.
Feng Luotian nodded: “Alright. I’ll be back and fetch the weapons later. And as for my brother outside?”
Deng Mu apprehensively answered: “He can take as many weapons in our shop as he likes, Young Noble.”
“Good.” Feng Luotian got up preparing to leave.
Before Feng Luotian left, however, Ming Zhuo curiously asked: “I’ve been wondered about one thing, Young Noble. With such wealth, why do you seek weapons rather than monster cores to directly improve your cultivation? And also, I can’t bring myself to believe that you’re just a commoner.”
Feng Luotian turned to the shop owner and replied: “Have you ever heard of monster cores’ types and their unique hidden benefits?”
Ming Zhuo and Deng Mu gave each other a glance and shook their head at the same time. With their current level of knowledge, the only classification for monster cores was their levels.
“Well, because I don’t have much time to explain the whole things to you, I can only say that there are a lot more to the monster cores when you refine them. Refining a whole lot of them without choosing wisely is too wasteful to me, and this city has not that many for me to choose. Maybe I’d be lucky if I really find one. But isn’t it more certain that I trade my wealth with proper weapons?”
Even after his speech, it did not make the two become more understanding of his decision. But since he already explained it, whether they got something out of it, it would be by their own fate.
Feng Luotian returned to the room of Titanium armaments with Ming Zhuo and Deng Mu tagging along to send him off, while Sun Wuji was still hesitantly choosing his weapons. Any one of these would make him much stronger, so he could not bring himself to select only one.
Feng Luotian chuckled at his brother’s indecisiveness at a time like this, completely out of his character: “Brother Sun, ah. You’re still choosing? Here is the shop owner, Ming Zhuo, maybe you can ask him what really suits you.”
Hearing the call, Sun Wuji walked towards the group and when he noticed Ming Zhuo’s appearance, he surprisingly uttered: “I didn’t expect the shop owner to be so young!!”
Feng Luotian sighed: “Where is your manner, Brother Sun? His age is probably even older than the First Elder.”
“What?!” Sun Wuji jumped in astonishment and turned to the shop owner and saluted: “Please accept this one’s apology, senior.”
“It’s okay, young man.” Ming Zhuo waved his hand, then turned to Feng Luotian and laughingly stated: “This one is quite interesting, Young Noble.”
“Yeah.” Everyone except Sun Wuji lightly tittered in amusement.
Ming Zhuo: “What kind of weapons do you want, young man?”
“I don’t have any specification in mind.”
“Have you ever held or trained with a weapon before?”
“No, senior.”
“What type of ability or skill do you have?”
“Body transformation ability and mainly close-combat skill.”
“Umm. This one then.”
After that, the shop owner walked towards one of the cabinets and took an item out of it. It was a pair of silver knuckles.
“Since you’ve never trained in any weapons, knuckles would be the best choice as it does not require much weapon skill. And, I guess your body transformation can make you bigger. Any other weapon will become a tiny piece for you to hold, but these [Argentine Transformation Fists] will transform with you as you get bigger. Every attack has a chance of stunning your target and dozens of times higher damage when you channeling your Theríon into them. Try them out!!”
Ming Zhuo passed the weapons to Sun Wuji.
As an outsider without any background, Sun Wuji never had a chance to hold a high-grade weapon, let alone a Titanium one. The overwhelming pressure it gave off made him overflow with expectation.
Once he equipped the item, it was like he became one with it. He could pour in and retract his Theríon whenever he wanted. And when he channeled his Theríon into it, even though the weapon’s weight was still the same, Sun Wuji felt he was holding a bomb with an immense power ready to explode at any time.
“I think I can thrash that Ying Lizhua to the ground in one punch!!“

Saga of Fallen Kings, Book I: The Revenant Prince
The Philosopher King once conquered the known world, his power seemingly unlimited and his armies inexhaustible. Since that time his might has slowly unravelled, and his once steadfast empire has begun to crack, splinter and devour itself. In the isolated Southern Realms, where even magic has abandoned them, none of that matters. For years it has been filled with warring kingdoms, where as many kings die to the blade as to old age, and constant battles tear apart the land. When one such kingdom invades its old enemy, the King and his heir, Prince Caden, are killed. Unable to accept the loss of his family Prince Arian is broken, and when the Philosopher King stretches out his hand in aid, Arian takes it without a second thought. When Caden wakes from death, he's different. His eyes and soul have changed, and he finds a world filled with friends who no longer trust he's even human. Suddenly thrust onto the throne and indebted to the Philosopher King, Caden has no choice but to keep going - he must finish what his father started, and try to survive the machinations of the figure who now owns his fealty. Meanwhile something beyond death stirs for him, desiring nothing more than to drag him back into its embrace. Author's Note: This story used to be known as "A King of his Own", but after some consideration I have decided to rebrand it. The first reason is that I was growing increasingly dissatisfied with the title. The second is that I have come increasingly to view this story as a 'saga' containing multiple 'books' rather than one long, continuous publication, and as I did so I realized that as I was quickly getting to a point in the story where I wanted the first 'book' to end. This doesn't mean I'm going back on the things I said below - they're just going to continue in the next book of the Saga of Fallen Kings. :) Also, be aware that I do plan to edit this at some point. Though I take care to squash out any obvious errors when I proof-read, and do simple edits in that process, at some point I'm almost certainly going to do large edits that might significantly change parts of the story. Old author's notes: This started as a completely random writing session. There was no purpose or direction, but as I kept typing an entire world began to form in my mind that I knew I had to write about. My plan is to turn this story into a veritable medieval fantasy epic that spans an entire world, follows multiple character and storylines, and takes place over many years. The story has quite a grounded, almost 'realistic' start, but many more fantastical elements will be introduced, expanded upon and become central to the narrative. I have ideas for this story that make me genuinely excited and I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoy writing it, and join me on what will hopefully become a truly massive fantasy epic. If you do enjoy this story please consider following, rating and leaving a review. I'm also happy to answer any questions or comments you have.
