“Do you want to be a godfather to my kid?” Taylor asks with a smile before it was wiped from his face. A terrifying pressure engulfed him.

“Are you asking me to be the godfather of your daughter, Taylor? Did I hear wrong?” Johan asks with an intense glare. He understood that relationships between men and women can be fickle and that some things weren't fated to be, but… This is just spitting in face! Johan thinks as his anger begins to boil.

“No, no. Johan, no.” Taylor says as sweat begins to drip from his forehead and his back becomes drenched. Taylor gulps. “For my son, Johan. For my son.” He says before continuing to rush the words out of his mouth. “I just found out that I have demon blood. My father thought that your cultivation technique would be a good match for my son…” Taylor explains with his head bowed.

Johan’s eyes opens wide. “Then your daughter must be part demon too…” Johan says with a sigh. God fuckin’ dammit… I’m going to have to take both of these little turds in… Johan thinks with his eyes closed and as a headache begins to build. “Taylor… Do you ever think that you were, like, a lover to me in a previous life? Because I seem to always be cleaning up after your shit. Did you maybe save my life once in the cycle of reincarnation? Or maybe once upon a time you were like a father to me? Because I can’t think of any other reason why I would be willing to do so many favors for you.” Johan says with a suppressed anger and a bitter frown.

Taylor keeps his eyes down and doesn’t say anything. I can think of a reason… He thinks to himself. It’s because you’re you, Johan… Taylor thinks, feeling tears ready to come out of his eyes. But he digs his nails into his legs and suppresses his emotions. If I never make it up to you, Johan, that’s fine with me. As long as it keeps you in my life. Taylor with a sigh as a small tear escapes his eye, causing him to wipe it away with his head turned.

“Bring them to me when they’re ten years old. Now get out before I force you into another ass-kicking session.” Johan says as he gets up and moves to leave the room.

“Thank you, Johan…” Taylor says with a quiet voice.
