《Becoming God of a Dystopian World 》Chapter 177: Interruption

Pi Hao's sudden gain in momentum after advancing to the expert level in his technique was shot down by a single fist attack of Zhao Luo.
The spectators watching this fight were silent, the disciples around the circle were silent except the only sound that they could hear, were the exciting beats of their hearts.
Zhao Luo under the silence surrounding this area of the giant stage looked straight at Pi Hao.
'Once he admits defeat, I will explain to him that there is nothing, going on between me and Senior C-Cutie.'
Zhao Lul nodded his head but when he realized the expression on Pi Hao's face, he clenched his fist.
Pi Hao was biting on his lip while his eyes were shining with the light of defiance in them that is, Pi Hao still hadn't given up.
"So you will continue fighting?"
Zhao Luo questioned Pi Hao with an angry tone.
"Even if I tell you that nothing is going on between me and senior cutie?"
"No, you are lying."
Zhao Luo tried to explain his side to Pi Hao but was shot down instantly.
Pi Hao removed the grip of his left hand from his right arm and hovered his palm between himself and Zhao Luo.
"Till I stand in this stage, I will fight. For myself and Senior Cutie."
Pi Hao announced in a loud voice.
His announcement caused the male spectators to fall off their seats while the female spectators were imagining future scenarios between Pi Hao, Zhao Luo, and Senior Cutie.
"Go Loud Mouth!"
"Loud Mouth, you can do it!"
"Just Do It."
Three different kinds of cheers were rising from the mouths of spectators yet all of them were directed towards Pi Hao.
"Ahhh~"
Pi Hao once again rushed at Zhao Luo while letting out a war cry.

But this time his roar was tragic as it contained the pain he was bearing and the pressure of going against an expected defeat.
"Hardened Water Palm."
Pi Hao threw his left hand at Zhao Luo as he aimed for his head.
Zhao Luo slowly saw Pi Hao's palm reaching his face as it grew bigger and bigger.
Zhao Luo instantly lowered his body while raising his heel and pushing his toes backward.
"Mini Walk."
Zhao Luo said and flickered from his place just to appear behind Pi Hao.
"You haven't even realized yet."
'Tap.'
Zhao Luo placed his hand on Pi Hao's shoulder while Pi Hao's palm passed landed in the spot where Zhao Luo was a moment ago.
"What?"
Pi Hao said in shock.
'Ba-Dump.'
'Ba-Dump.'
To Pi Hao, Zhao Luo's hand on his shoulder felt like a Reaper's Scythe that would slice off his neck instantly.
"Your speed has dropped. The fire in your eyes is burning so brightly that you are only focused on your phantasmal victory while losing sight of your dwindling speed."
Zhao Luo shook his head as he pulled back his other hand and clenched his finger to make a fist.
Zhao Luo's hand on Pi Hao's shoulder was enough to keep him from not moving.
Pi Hao understood what Zhao Luo was telling him but he couldn't give up. Thus he closed his eyes and waited for his demise.
"Just sleep for a while."
Zhao Luo said before using his attack.
'I will explain to you once you wake up while the tournament would have ended till then.'
'Crack.'
A sound came from Zhao Luo's knuckle as he threw his fist at Pi Hao's back.
"Explosive..."
"Fis-"
"STOP~"
Zhao Luo's attack was interrupted by a familiar shout from the spectator's area.

'...'
Pi Hao opened his eyes and turned his head to look at the owner of the voice that had just delayed his bitter end.
"Senior..."
Pi Hao trembled as he looked at Senior Cutie.
Senior Cutie had appeared on one of the upper rows for the spectators.
Zhao Luo looked at the bandaged baldy who was looking back at him from the edge of the fourth row instead of sitting on the spectator's seats like everybody else in the colosseum.
"Little Hao, it's enough."
"Little brother, let my friend go."
Senior Cutie's voice trembled as he slowly relayed his wishes to Pi Hao and Zhao Luo.
'Is he telling me to stop trying to fight against Zhao Luo? Does that mean he likes him that much?'
Pi Hao felt saddened but that is when he heard Zhao Luo talking.
"Senior Cutie, please tell him that we are just disciple brothers and nothing more."
Zhao Luo told Senior Cutie in a loud voice.
Obviously, if he wasn't loud his voice would never reach the fourth row.
A mischievous look appeared on Senior Cutie's face and Zhao Luo knew damn well what that look was all about.
The last time Zhao Luo had seen that look on baldy's face was when Senior Cutie had stopped pretending to help Zhao Luo after fooling him into wasting his points on Extraordinary Breath.
"Don't you dare..."
Zhao Luo mumbled as his lips moved and a smile appeared on Senior Cutie's face.
'Ah looks like now is not the time to play with you.'
"Little Hao you are misunderstanding the situation. Nothing is going on between me and Little Brother."
'Haaaa~'
Zhao Luo released a sigh of relief as Senior Cutie told the truth to Pi Hao.
"Thank you."
Zhao Luo nodded at Senior Cutie who was looking at him from a high place.
The truth was out but Senior Cutie wasn't done.
He was already in a bad shape but he couldn't stop himself from messing around with Zhao Luo as this gave him a different kind of pleasure.
"Instead, Little Brother likes the princess of the Mo Family. I heard that even she, who is known as a top beauty of our sect, favors him. So I hope that you can let go of your hatred against him."
Listening to Senior Cutie speak, Pi Hao felt bad.
Zhao Luo had definitely tried to tell him this but he was ignoring Zhao Luo's words while thinking of them as lies.
'But what now? I am really a fool.'
Pi Hao cursed himself as he tried to turn to face Zhao Luo but before he could turn back.
"You BASTARD."
Zhao Luo shouted at the top of his lungs.
