Zhao Luo looked at everyone else.

Except for him and the Second Elder, there were still 19 people there on the hall of the first floor where the test was taking place.

The 20 who passed the first test included Zhao Luo, Feng Mei, and Yan, and the other 17 who may as well be from some powerful backgrounds like the Queen of the Feng's.

'The first test was easy. I don't know why would they make so much commotion at the start.'

Zhao Luo thought but if the ones who failed heard him, they would have tried their best to give him a good beating.

More than 658 examinees failed to stand in their place for the 3 minutes of the test and yet this guy said that it was easy.

The reason why Zhao Luo felt it was easy was because of the upgraded apparitions he had Assimilated while training for Naoli.

That assimilation had already improved his body's structure that is, his bones and muscles to at least 50 times than how they were before. That is also one of the reasons why he was able to fight Bimba so easily, plus the mysterious energy from the Heaven's Tomb acting as his battery.

While Zhao Luo was thinking about the test and how the Second Elder was grinning at him, the Second Elder was planning the Second Test in his Mind.

"Will the second test take place here or will we move up to the second floor?"

The red-haired guy who was standing somewhere in front of Zhao Luo asked the Second Elder.

Zhao Luo couldn't see his face so he didn't know how the red-haired guy looked.

But he also clicked with this guy's question. 

'Why is the old man taking so long? It has already been more than a minute since he said that we will be moving to the Second Test.'

Zhao Luo thought while trying not to curse the elder.

"Patience is a virtue. In chase of your goals don't forget about the ones who are with you."

The Elder said with a deep voice.

This caused Zhao Luo to look at his companions.

'Feng Mei.'

Zhao Luo was worried about her as Yan don't look half as bad as her.

"We will move on to the second test soon. Mark this as a momentary break." 

Announced the Second Elder.

The two remaining examinees sat at the places they were standing on, including Zhao Luo.

Zhao Luo let Feng Mei lean against his shoulders.

'She sure is an angel.'

Zhao Luo looked at the tired Feng Mei and thought in his mind.

He didn't even know that he was smiling while looking at her.

For Feng Mei, that smile was something that she would look forward to as Zhao Luo was already his elder brother but for the others who were with them, it wasn't fun to watch.

'What a weird guy.'

Yan thought while looking at Zhao Luo's smile.

His gaze went on to the little Feng Mei and jealousy could be seen lingering in his eyes.

Then Yan looked at himself and started imagining things.

'What if I was leaning against his shoulder?'

Yan thought as his gaze shifted towards Zhao Luo's broad shoulders.

Zhao Luo noticed that Yan was looking at him and glanced at him. He still couldn't get used to Yan's girly cute face and his manly voice.

"Is something wrong?"

Zhao Luo asked Yan as he had been staring at his shoulders without saying anything.

"N-No, I just spaced out."

Yan answered while blushing lightly.

'Hmmm.'

Zhao Luo wondered if there wasn't anything going on.

After that little interaction between the three, they closed their eyes and meditated for a while.

Half an hour later.

"The second test will start soon. This will also be the final test."

The Second Elder said with a mighty voice waking them up from their meditation.

Thus he announced the second test to be the last as well.

"Even if you fail this test, you will still pass the exam."

The Second Elder told them shocking news.

"Then why are we even taking this test?"

The man with the red hair asked the Second Elder.

"You must be Su Shi from the Su Family. Su Family of the Four Martial Arts Families in the 3rd City."

The Second Elder looked at the man with the red hair.

"But why are you dressing like a man?"

The Second Elder said in a chilly tune as he waved his hand.

Su Shi had her hair styled with a band that broke and her hair fell like the sunlight.

Long shiny red locks of hair covered her face and her back as they went down.

"Only a man can succeed the Su family. So I have decided to forsake my identity."

Su Shi said without a hint of regret in her voice.

Zhao Luo looked at her but he still couldn't see her face yet her sound now was very enchanting as it fell on his ears.

'Everyone's got their reasons.'

Zhao Luo looked at Su Shi who had decided to give up her identity for the sake of succeeding her family then he looked at Feng Mei who had lost her parents at a young age as a result of jealousy.

Then he looked at the Second Elder who had just heard the answer of Su Shi and was going to say something.

"Why don't you succeed the Su Family by proudly embracing your identity? Become the strongest so no one can go against you for being a girl."

Second Elder said with a mild smile causing Su Shi's heart to beat fastly. As if all her questions have been answered instantly.

'This old man is very impressive.' 

Zhao Luo thought as the Second Elder's answer was indeed the best assurance that the girl could get.

She just had to focus on herself and be true to herself and once she is powerful, so powerful that no one can deny her, that will be her moment to shine.

"The second test is a chance that I have bestowed upon you all."

The Second elder waved his hand while answering Su Shi's previous question.

A table appeared in front of everyone except Zhao Luo. Everyone was already sitting so things were, even more, easier for the Second Elder.

'Woosh.'

A paper and a pen appeared in front of everyone. Yet Zhao Luo was just looking around. He felt like, he was being singled out by the Second elder as he noticed that even Feng Mei and Yan got a paper and a pen on their tables.

"Why not me?"

Zhao Luo questioned in a light voice. Nobody could hear what he was saying not even Feng Mei had realized Zhao Luo's confusion.

Yet the old man knew what Zhao Luo had asked.

"When the test starts a riddle will appear on all of your papers. Obviously, everyone will get a different riddle. If you answer it you will get a chance to answer another riddle."

Second Elder told them. 

"Elder, What will we get for solving the riddle?"

Feng Mei asked respectfully in her cute voice.

"For every riddle you solve, you will get 'Sect Points' according to the difficulty of the riddle."

Second Elder answered Feng Mei showing the importance of the second test.

"Well, the test 'Solving the Riddles' will begin now. Remember everyone will get a different riddle. The test time will be 5 minutes so don't waste your time looking for help."

Second Elder announced the start of the test while emphasizing the test name and warned them as asking others won't be a help. 

It was either that you spend 5 minutes solving a single riddle or you may be lucky enough to solve more than one.

As the Elder announced the start of the test a riddle starting appearing on everyone's paper. 

"Umm if I may, Elder I think you forgot about me."

Zhao Luo interrupted with a weird look.

'How could the elder forget about me?'

Zhao Luo wondered as there were 19 sets of tables, paper, and pens as each set had appeared in front of everyone except him.

"Don't worry. I didn't forget about you."

The Second Elder said with a grin.

"Really?"

Zhao Luo asked the Second Elder thinking that the elder was messing with him.

"Hohoho."

Second Elder gave out a weird laugh as he disappeared from the place he was standing on and appeared in front of Zhao Luo with incredible speed.

In reality, he hadn't disappeared, it was just the speed of his movements that were so fast that it looked as if he had disappeared.

He placed his hands on Zhao Luo's shoulder.

After that Zhao Luo could only see the fading image of the hall on the first floor with the other 19 examinees as the Second Elder brought him to a different place. 

Everything had happened in less than 5 seconds.

Zhao Luo had no idea how the old man did this but it was an incredible thing for Zhao Luo. 

'If only I can do this too.'

Zhao Luo thought wondering if he will ever be able to do what the Second Elder had just done.

"This is the top floor of the Sect's building. Also, this floor is where only the ranked elders are allowed to enter."

The Second Elder told Zhao Luo about the place they were at.

'So we are still in the building.'

Zhao Luo was assured.

"The reason I brought you here is that you are different than the others. Many people were watching you so letting you take the second test here will be better."

Second Elder told Zhao Luo, increasing his self-confidence even more.

Zhao Luo still didn't know that some of the disciples of the Xin Sect were spectating their performance.

'Even he knows that I am Special.'

Zhao Luo smirked while going over the Second Elder's remark.
