《Becoming God of a Dystopian World 》Chapter 31: With Brother Sang ;)

Brother sang looked at Zhao Luo and stared at him for a moment.
"Why is this guy so handsome?"
Brother Sang thought. But he didn't know that he was thinking out loud.
"I hate handsome guys. I should beat this kid to a pulp later."
Brother Sang's evil thoughts were heard by everyone.
"What are you saying, Brother Sang?"
Rose questioned.
"What did I say?"
Brother Sang was stupid enough to not realize that they all heard what he was thinking about.
As for him, he was thinking but for others, he was announcing his plans.
"You are the same as always, Brother Sang."
Si Chen said while smiling.
This senior of his who went by the name of Brother Sang was a very helping fellow.
Even the guys older than Sang would call him Brother Sang because there would be at least a single time in the Xin Sect when they would have been in trouble and Sang would be their hero of that moment.
Even his enemies called him Brother Sang. This showed Sang's strength and standing in the Xin Sect.
Si Chen introduced Brother Sang to Zhao Luo just like this and Zhao Luo was quite impressed so he showed this brother Sang of the Xin Sect respect.
"Nice to meet you, Brother Sang."
Zhao Luo was going to lower his head a little but then he felt manly hands on his shoulder, stopping him midway.
"I don't take bows, instead of bowing to me why don't we shake hands?"
Brother Sang looked directly at Zhao Luo's eyes.
"Haha, I prefer shaking hands too."
Zhao Luo felt a similar sensation from Brother Sang.
Brother Sang removed his hands from Zhao Luo's shoulder and brought his right hand in the middle between him and Zhao Luo to shake Zhao Luo's hand.
Each of his actions followed a rhythm. It could be said that this guy who instigated that they should shake hands was the pinnacle of discipline.
Zhao Luo was very intrigued by Brother Sang's action.
He held Brother Sang's hand and shook it. While shaking his hand Zhao Luo realized that his hand was suddenly under a crushing force as if Brother Sang was trying to disable his hand.
'Hmmm'
He also used the power of his hand to match with Brother Sang's power.
Rose and Si Chen were looking at this intense handshake. This just may be the first time that Brother Sang gave someone the pleasure to shake his hand.
Si Chen knew that brother sang was lying when he said that he would rather shake hands than accept the bow of someone.
It was just him showing how much face he was giving Zhao Luo.

Si Chen went through the same thing when he had seen Zhao Luo.
It started with a wonder of Zhao Luo's beauty then jealousy towards him which bow because of his character changed to the attachment as they had gotten close already.
Zhao Luo gave out a slight smile as his lips curved beautifully.
Brother Sang looked at that smile and lost all the strength in his hand. He then let go of Zhao Luo's hand.
"You are a dangerous yet worthy man to be called a friend."
Brother Sang gave a compliment to Zhao Luo.
"Still nothing compared to you."
Zhao Luo replied with a smile.
Brother Sang nodded to Zhao Luo.
'What a good guy.'
Sang thought as he turned towards Si Chen and Rose.
"You guys have something to tell me."
Brother Sang said.
Rose as always remained quiet and Si Chen replied to Sang.
"Brother Sang, we are returning from our mission. We have already inspected the Dread Forest. There was nothing special there."
Si Chen gave a casual report of their mission to Sang. He hid the part of meeting Zhao Luo there.
"Where did you meet this guy then? As I remember only you and Rose were chosen for this mission."
Brother Sang questioned him as he could see that Si Chen hadn't told him the whole thing.
There was another reason behind his question but Si Chen didn't know what that reason was.
"Haha, he is my cousin."
Si Chen nervously answered with an awkward smile.
Rose tapped her head while looking at Si Chen who was smiling like a fool.
Zhao Luo knew that Si Chen was doing this for him. If the word of him climbing out of the surface of dread forest came out then they would investigate him. And if that would happen and they somehow found out that he was from Earth and had survived without climbing the stairs then it may cause Zhao Luo to face some problems.
He decided to remain quiet and would only nod as Si Chen looked at him during his explanation about them being together.
"A cousin of the Chen with Zhou family name." Brother Sang grinned.
It wasn't an impossible thing to happen but unfortunately for Si Chen, there were families with the surname Zhao but they were of low status.
Whereas the Chen family was famous for its unfair behavior towards the families which were lower in status than them.
So how could they send one of their daughters to a low-status Zhao family?
It was obvious that Si Chen was lying.
Si Chen was sweating as he knew that brother sang hated liars no matter how close they are to him.

'Once you lie you die.'
That was how brother Sang lived. He wouldn't kill the liar instead he would just kill his relationship with him.
"Hahaha, I believe you. Don't sweat it."
Brother Sang didn't trouble them with any more questions and turned towards the porters.
With Zhao Luo and the other two following him, he asked them about their destination.
"Where are you all headed?"
Brother Sang asked them.
"I am not sure yet."
Zhao Luo answered first without realizing that it wasn't his turn to answer.
It was already obvious that he would be following Rose or Si Chen.
"What about you Si Chen?"
Brother Sang asked Si Chen this time.
"I will be going to the 3rd City first to meet my father."
Si Chen replied.
"And you Rose?"
He asked Rose.
"I will be going to the Sect directly."
Rose replied.
Brother Sang looked at Rose and didn't intrude any further.
"So who are you going with Zhao Luo?"
Brother Sang looked at Zhao Luo.
Zhao Luo was still speechless as neither Rose nor Si Chen said that they will be taking him along with them.
He looked at Rose.
"Sorry, I can't take you with me because of the sect rule."
Rose wanted to take him along but that will only get him in trouble with the sect. Even with her royalty status, the rules of the sect weren't something that could be taken lightly.
"It's okay. I can go with Si Chen."
Zhao Luo looked at Si Chen as if telling him to agree with what Zhao Luo had said.
SI Chen felt a little happy. He would have let Zhao Luo come along with him even if he didn't say it like this.
"Zhao Luo you can consider me as your true friend."
Si Chen told Zhao Luo and showed him the eyes that said about his irrelevant expression.
"You can definitely c-"
Si Chen was speaking when he abruptly stopped in the middle of his word.
Brother Sang who was standing behind Zhao Luo was looking at Si Chen with an angry expression.
Si Chen realized that Brother Sang didn't want him to take Zhao Luo along with him.
"Ahem as I was saying, you may already be my friend but you can definitely can not come with me."
Even though what Si Chen said now was the same as what he said before but now it wasn't making much sense.
It was as if a toddler who had recently learned some words was talking.
"Okay then guess I will just go to the 3rd City too and find some other accommodations for now."
Zhao Luo didn't find it weird or disrespectful as it was a normal thing in his World.
You don't invite anyone you meet for the first time to your home.
As Zhao Luo was making up his mind he heard Brother Sang talk.
"Don't worry Zhao Luo. You can come with me."
Brother Sang told Zhao Luo.
Now, this was a weird thing to do.
Brother Sang didn't even know him for longer than few minutes yet he was telling him to go with him. But Zhao Luo didn't have any other better choices so he decided to go agree with him.
"Okay, I will go with you. Thank you, brother Sang."
Zhao Luo replied to Brother Sang.
"No need to thank me. You call me brother sang so how can I let you go alone when your cousin isn't taking you with him."
Brother sang said throwing the blame on Si Chen.
Si Chen was looking down.
He was complaining silently.
'It was you who looked at me as if you were going to rip me apart if I took Zhao Luo along with me.'
"Don't worry. My house will be more comfortable than your cousin's house."
Brother Sang said to Zhao Luo.
'Nod'
Even though Zhao Luo had never gone to Si Chen's house he still nodded agreeing with Brother Sang.
"Let's go then."
Sang said to Zhao Luo and his other two fellow disciples.
He then looked at the porter and nodded at him.
"Send little sister to the Sect Teleportation Circle, the little brother will go to the third city's teleportation Circle and us two will go to the 2nd City's teleportation Circle."
Sang relayed instructions to the porter after which first Rose went to stand between the Circle.
She looked at Zhao Luo and her stare told him a simple yet short bye.
'We will meet soon.'
Zhao Luo thought while looking at Rose.
'Fwooooosh'
Rose disappeared as the porter waved his hand on a screen that was built in the rod in front of him.
Then Si Chen went towards the middle of the Circle.
"Let's meet soon, Zhao Luo."
"We will, I promise."
Zhao Luo told him.
'Fwooosh'
He disappeared too leaving Zhao Luo with Brother Sang.
"It's our turn, lets go."
Brother Sang said to Zhao Luo as he walked towards the middle of the circle with Zhao Luo.
This was the first time that Zhao Luo would be traveling through teleportation.
Brother Sang threw a pouch towards the porter.
The porter caught the brown pouch and opened it to check the amount.
It was a pouch filled with Xin Coins.
It was a total of forty Xin Coins.
The porter nodded and waved his hand.
'Fwoooosh.'
They both disappeared.
