As soon as Ken revived in Manila City's resurrection point, a message from the system welcomed him...

'Damn that guy!', Ken uttered furiously

A while later, after seeing the announcement, Ken immediately touched his face, only to felt a long diagonal scar that extended from his right eye till his left cheek.

'My mask! Why of all things do I have to drop that mask!', uttered Ken angrily

He didn't feel bothered about losing a 1 level at all as he could just hunt to get that back. Likewise, he didn't care about the 1 number of death as every Chosen that died had that, with even some having 80+ death, but so far, this number didn't bring any inconvenience to the Chosen at all, thus they chose to disregard it.

On the other hand, as he lost his item 'Mask of Emre', Ken lost his young and tender face before and was changed or rather returned to his middle-age looking man, with a long diagonal scar on his face.

His body turned back into that middle-aged look as well.

The young and calm aura that he was releasing before was misplaced with a manly and vengeful aura.

'Damn, I'll be sure to remember you, little summoner!', he thought while reminiscing his fight earlier with Adam.

A while later, he was halted on his thought as lights started forming beside him.

'Could it be?!'

Soon, the lights started assembling and at last, formed three people on the resurrection point.

Ken on the other hand started running as he saw those people.

'Those Cuenca members, I can't let them see me like this!', he thought while running rapidly.

At last, the people were resurrected, revealing the three members of Cuenca Guild that were with Ken earlier.

They were baffled at the scene as they remembered that they were just fighting with Samantha earlier, then suddenly, a white light enveloped and killed them.

'What was that light?', they all thought.

Soon, as they were unable to determine the possible source of the light, they started searching for Ken as the latter might know something about it.

But alas, after minutes of searching, Ken was nowhere to find.

'He didn't die? No that was not possible as the light shrouded the entirety of hunting ground.', they all thought.

Since Ken registered this City as his resurrection point, he would only resurrect here, hence they were all baffled.

A while later, after being unable to find Ken, they went towards their Guild Headquarters as he might be there.

As for telling their leader or members about what occurred in the hunting ground? They didn't plan to do so as that might humiliate themselves, especially losing and being unable to kill a mere E-grade chosen.

Soon, lights started forming on every resurrection point within the Luzon Kingdom. Chosen who died on the Feral Ogre hunting ground were all baffled at the unexpected outcome.

'Those lights, it must be another A-grade chosen right?', they all thought.

Soon, gossip about the remarkable battle of A-grade chosen on the Feral Ogre hunting ground, became the hot topic of common Chosen, with some even visiting the said hunting ground only to see a bald and miserable habitat.

This rumor even reached the ears of the Guild masters of the 5 largest guilds, and even the prince of Luzon Kingdom.

Hence, an explicit investigation was made.

Amidst this, the suspects were all tight-lipped as they care for their image, also, afraid that they might trigger the anger of a higher Chosen, specifically, the source of the light.

A light started assembling and soon turned into a young girl, named Samantha.

Like others, she was also baffled at the unexpected aftermath and wonder who the sourced of the light was.

A while later, an announcement about her death rang...

'Thankfully I didn't drop any item', she thought as she heaved a sigh of relief

Similarly, she didn't pay that much attention to the number of death which showed 8 deaths.

Though that's the case, she of course tried her best not to die as she anticipated that these death numbers meant something. This thought was the same thought that each chosen had, thus they refrained from dying frequently.

As she was pondering, an announcement rang again which caused her to nearly lost her composure...

'What?!', Samantha thought as she close-open her eyes continuously as she couldn't believe what she just saw.

'1 A, 2 A, 3 A, AAA!', she nearly shouted while looking at the rating given by the completed quest.

'Its an AAA-rating!', she added

A while later, Samantha dropped on her knees thinking of this baffling scene.

'An AAA-grade, a grade higher than A-rank exist?'

She still couldn't handle her shock and started overthinking...

A while later, after recollecting herself and finally able to withstand the shock, she began standing up as she thought of a possibility...

"Ace, you're an AAA-grade Chosen, arent you?", she utters

Soon, she began taking a step forward, with a determined expression, breathing heavily each time, a heart that was pounding so profoundly, and a name on her mind.

"Ace!", Samantha uttered as she walked towards West, outside of Batangas City, where a Feral Ogre hunting ground was at...

As for what she is thinking? No one knew what...
