The words of this lady general made a stir in every small and large ship out here. She said they were all prisoners now, and James knew how brutal the terases were when dealing with their prisoners.

He didn't escape from his planet base to end up being a prisoner here, this wasn't even an option to consider for him.

However he knew terases race was never easy in handling things. They were as smart as being brutal, which meant they must have prepared something special to trap them here.

Or else this lady general wouldn't be this confident when speaking to everyone here. The terases race was never a careless race, or a race to wrongly judge things.

James knew this trapping network they established here couldn't be breached easily, so he didn't give the order to Rigo to try and hyperjump, instead he said:

"Move the ship to meet the others."

"What about escaping?" Rigo worryingly asked.

"Don't bother with this right now. Just keep an eye on everyone here. let others try this net for us," James said as he left his defensive unit heading back to the commanding deck.

The appearance of the terasoras ship and the announcement of that lady general changed everything here. right now this huge battle was forced to stop, and everyone was thinking about how to escape here in one piece.

When James reached the commanding deck, there were already so many ships that tried to leave here using hyperjumps. However as James predicted, they were all destroyed by the net.

"So far over five hundred cruisers of different sizes tried to escape, and none succeeded in doing so."

Rigo said once James entered the deck. James smiled faintly as he sat over his seat beside Rigo as he asked:

"How about our boys?"

"They are waiting for us just outside the zone," Rigo replied.

"Good, once we regroup with them, we will try and think about a way out of here," James said as he paused while thinking about something before asking, "Have you discovered anything abnormal about that net when the ships were destroyed?"

Rigo glanced at him as he replied:

"I don't have the needed equipment to do that."

"I thought you can use your superior technology in detecting anything unusual," James said, trying to tease him.

"I can do that, provided that I'm inside a large cruiser, not this piece of crap," Rigo said with a strong tone as he took this to heart.

"Calm down, I was just joking with you. We don't have a large cruiser right now, but I know someone who might be ready to help."

Rigo looked again towards James as he realized who James was referring to. Dora had just returned to her forces, which meant she had her hands on the entire rebel fleet.

Asking for one large cruiser from her wasn't a bad thing, especially her safety was now under question just like everyone else.

James wanted also to help her, as despite this dire situation they were in, he wasn't worried at all. It was like he had some sort of a solution to this crisis, even if he didn't yet realize that.

"Send a message to her, you still have her tracked, don't you?" James said.

"…"

Rigo didn't reply, as he was still tracking her movements even after she returned to the rebels.

As for James, he decided to close his eyes and sit down in his seat trying to enjoy this rare moment of peace. Just as he closed up his eyes, he felt like he was pulled to appear inside somewhere he didn't recognize.

"Where am I?" James muttered softly however his voice came out with some echo that had some time lag. He felt like he was moving in layers, with each layer having a different time than the other.

This was a weird feeling which made him alarmed. How did he get here? where was this anyway? What was happening?

"Don't worry, it's my scepter."

Suddenly this soft voice came so clear inside his mind. This was the scepter voice, however how could he hear it that clear like it was coming from all over him.

"Where are you? Show yourself," James said with a loud tone which came out strangely with an echo.

"Don't worry, I mean you no harm. You are inside me, and I'm now resting inside your soul. So you can consider this as part of your soul," the soft voice came again with its weird clearance.

"My soul?!!" James muttered with doubt.

"Yes, that's why you hear this echo. Anyway, I didn't bring you here to get to know each other. I brought you here to warn you."

James wasn't sure of what he should say, as he didn't yet accept what that scepter was saying.

"Warning me from what?" James said after some time of hesitation.

"Balance controlled this universe, and the birth of your powers made the whole power unsettled. So, your equal is about to be born, and this person is so dangerous to you right now."

The scepter tried to explain things with the most simple and direct words to James, however the latter didn't understand what the scepter wanted to say.

"What are you talking about? What powers do I have? And how did I cause this unbalance to the universe? I'm just one man who is trying to live freely without any restraints of any kind," James said, expressing his own doubts.

Just before the echo of his words faded away, the scepter sighed as it began to elaborate further in details:

"I know it's hard to accept, but you were born with strange and unique powers. This universe has two opposing forces that are trying to control the whole universe all the time, the light and darkness forces.

Inside your body the two forces exit. I can't explain the reason for now, but I can tell you for sure that your presence is a violation to the eternal rules of the universe.

As such, the universe is now trying to correct this error. An equal of you is about to be born right now, and this equal has only one mission ahead of him."

James began to feel some fear despite not fully understanding everything, so he asked with seriousness:

"What mission? Who is this person? Where is he right now?"

"That person will be born away from here, under the guidance of the terases race. Terases race is very intelligent, and long ago they discovered a brilliant and revolutionary way to create someone like you.

However their plans were discovered by the light and darkness camps, so they made a temporarily rare to be seen alliance and destroyed that civilization to put an end to their ambitions.

However right now the hidden forces of the universe are alarmed by your existence, so they are changing the course of destiny by trying to make terases races return again to power.

Once that general controls all the star systems under the empire and rebels control, she will start immediately to create a super terases person who will have the two powers inside his body like you.

This person will be able to sense your presence nearby, and he will be obsessed with one mission only, to kill you.
