《Monster Integration 》Chapter 1971: Myles Campus II

We followed the direction given by Ashlyn, avoiding most Grimm Monsters and Humans. It had not been for Ashlyn; we would not be able to move this freely when there are tens of people around us.
It is also thanks to soul suppressing formation that is placed on this place which's effect would get stronger and stronger. At the center, not even Master class Tyrant is able to take their soul sense out of their body.
Even now, the soul sense of Elite are so suppressed that they are only able to project it a hundred meters around them while the leaders would be only able to project their sound a mile around them, and that is from the place I am standing, as I said, the closer they get to the center, more supression they would feel.
I am very happy that there is such restriction; otherwise, leaders and Masters would have created a reign of terror here, and there would have been lot more fights than we would have liked to have.
We passed by a group of three human elites; they looked at the use we looked at them without saying anything. We did not hide from all people, and nor we could, but most of the time, when we reveal ourselves, it to the humans, elite humans.
Fifteen minutes passed by, and we rapidly closed toward our destination; in half an hour, we would be in Edna Charm laboratories.
"Hehe, I did not expect I would be able to two delicious humans before I go to that hellish place," The Stone Crockman said with the laugh before came at us bearing its full power; while it said its dialogue, it is unwilling to waste any time talking and attacked us.
I kind of feel bad to be considered a before danger snack; many people have weird habits; this one Grimm Monster like to eat a snack before going into battle, my friend Jillian used to bite her nails before she went to battle, though she left that habit back in the silver continent and now had became a confident woman who could take on any challenge without a hint of nervousness.

I cleared my thoughts as the Stone Crockman appeared in front of me and bearing a toothed smile, holding a jagged sword which was swinging toward us, who remained stationary as we were in the huge shock and could not react at it all.
"Die, Humans!" It said softly, very unlike the might it bearing; this one is quite smart; it reacted according to the environment. If any other Grimm Monsters were in its place, it would shout their lungs out and alerted the people who were roaming nearby.
"Sigh!" I took a regretful sigh, and at the same moment, a faint whistling sound rang out, and the body of the crockman had separated from its head to toe.
I quickly stuffed the decapitated body of the Crockman in my storage, and we began to move toward Edna Charm lab. It is quite regretful that I had to kill this Grimm Monster, losing that precious bloodline essence present in every part of its body; it would have given me a lot of benefits if I had done that.
But due to my level, I could not get the benefits which I used to get before; still, I wish this Grimm Monsters had been an Inheritance type, me killing it would reduce one more Grimm Monster that could give me a boost in the future.
Twenty more minutes have passed by, and we have finally reached the Edna Charm labs, and we are not the only ones who are here for it. I could see two humans and five Grimm Monsters trying to break the door of the three-story building with the different methods they have.
There are records of three people entering the Edna Charm lab before, and all three of them had used different methods.
The first one had entered with the key he had found; it was a one-time use thing that had opened the door of the lab. The other one used a very powerful breaking amulet which cracked the door and let her go through, and the last one broke the formation.

That last currently hold is a very important person and hold a powerful position in the Pyramid; the information did not mention who is it, but if I were to guess then, it must be someone who holds a seal in the Pyramid council.
Of all three, the only first one had found the resin I needed, others found a good think of similar grade, but those things could not be used the in the formation of my core.
Our entry attracted both parties, and they became cautious, especially the Grimm Monsters, who flew away immediately after looking at each other; despite having similar numbers.
They will come back soon, though. If I had learned something about the Grimm Monsters after fighting them for years is that they are nothing if not persistent.
We nodded to other humans in greeting before I took out the calibrator and scanned the runes on the door. The runes are invisible, and it is a pain to bring them out, but these people's methods helped me with that and saved me huge time that I would have wasted.
The calibrator scanned the formation, and I started on the formation without waiting; an hour passed by, and I am still solving the formation.
The formation is quite difficult, but I am upped for the challenge. I have been studying hard in these past few months, especially since I go access to the broken tower. There is a huge collection of books on runes, there I new formulas and methods that increased my knowledge tremendously and helped me a lot in cutting time in designing my Inheritance.
Three months ago, it would have taken me more than a day to solve this formation, but now, it won't take that long, I am sure of it.

Unfortunately for Ash, worst courier in the helix, that's his day-to-day.
