《Monster Integration 》Chapter 1959: Fortune

"Human, it looked like the beating I had given you earlier was not enough," The Snow Werewolf said as I revealed myself.
"Beating? Oh, you mean, your attack which I had defended without much shake?" I said, which made boiling anger appearing in its eyes. "It looks like we remember things differently; I will wipe that fog off your memories with some beating," It said, and a powerful aura blasted of it.
It did not let its aura spread but kept it contained around it, so monsters around could not sense it. Those more than a few hundred meters could not sense, especially here where curse energy eats away everything.
Suddenly, a change in expression appeared on its face before it had turned to the full-on horror; I could see every muscle of its body shaking, struggling to my move, but nothing was happening; it was completely bound, and the reality of it dawned on it after a minute of futile struggle.
"H…how?" It had finally asked, "It is one of my specialties," I said and sealed it thoroughly with my vines and made their sharp ends pierce into its body.
I am not going to waste my time explaining what I did; I had already wasted more time than I would have to talk to it. Anything could happen, and the sooner I finished with it, the safer I would be as who knows, some Grimm Monster might appear in few minutes and try to rescue its kin.
It took me nearly half an hour to harvest it. If it had been Grimm Monster with Bloodline, it would have taken much less as the job would have been done by Green and Silver runes, and here, everything is done by me.
The harvest finished, I removed my strings, as I did the husky of the body of revealed which immediately started to get eaten by the curse energy of the environment.

When I was harvesting it, I had projected my protection on it through my vines; it was quite stressful, but I was able to protect the body successfully till it was completely harvested.
I took the snow-colored essence rose in my hand; it is under the protection of my vines, but I could still see its beauty and feel the power contained in it. The essence rose is a very powerful treasure; it is made from the whole essence of the Grimm Monsters.
I had a breakthrough in the research of the essence roses; it had shown me the best way the essence roses could be used. If I was able to utilize it the way my research had indicated, then the essence roses would become one of the desired resources in the world.
I observed the essence rose for a second before I stored in it my storage before collecting everything important the Grimm Monsters have from its husk, which had taken a faint orange-grey color with the curse infecting it.
I collected every artifact the Snow Werewolf was using, including its storage; the curse did not do anything to the artifact. While the curse may be powerful, it would need centuries, even millennia, before curse energy would be able to affect Tyrant grade artifacts.
A few seconds after collecting the artifacts, I looked inside my storage, as the section where things in Snow Werewolf's storage had been emptied, and when I looked inside, I was barely able to stop myself from gasping out loud.
There is so much stuff inside its storage, far more than I had expected, and all of it rare and precious; even I, who had collected so many resources, couldn't help but became impressed by and started to feel so giddy that I had started shaking.

Seeing so much stuff, a thought of leader hunting came to my mind, but I soon shook my head. I was lucky that I was able to trap this Snow Werewolf. Trapping other Leader class Grimm Monsters would not be easy, much less kill them; I am still too weak to do that.
There are no divine crystals in it, nor do I expect to find them in storage. Divine crystals are the apex resources of the world, and if any leader class Tyrant could have it, then I would have not been searching for them; I would have gotten them from the Academy itself.
Resources like Divine crystal are so rare that even organization like Academy, which is thousands of years old, did not have them their treasury.
Even with me searching the dangerous ruins, I have less than a 10% chance to find the divine crystals or resources of similar value. I am doing it because I need; my core formation would be incomplete without having such resources.
It took me several minutes to looked at the storage of Snow Werewolf, and I did not look with great details; I do not have that much time.
After I had done with Snow Werewolves storage, I looked at another huge section; it also belonged to Leader class Tyrant, the one that Ashlyn had killed. The things inside are a little less but no less impressive, I was even able to find some things that I needed, and after fifteen minutes of deep scanning, I was able to find the thing I was looking for.
The zealously that Grimm Monster harvesting the lilies with is something else, and I had thought it might need it for some important things, and I was right, it needed for the very important thing.
It was able to find a unique recipe, filled with materials that even leaders would find hard to collect, but it nearly did, with the lilies, it had collected over 95% of the things it needed and only needed two more things which are extremly rare, and to my luck, I have them in my storage.
This is a limit-breaking potions recipe; it is for leader class Tyrants. The recipe seemed quite powerful and would surely help in losing up the limit of leader class, and some extremly lucky ones might even be able to break into Master class.

Path of Righteousness
What do you desire? What are you afraid of? You run away from one, pursuing the other. Is that all you are? Conquer your fears. Dig to the bottom and confirm, what you really want... ...For you cannot escape suffering and death. You only have a little time. Use it wisely. Uru, a young boy with no talent for magic or fighting, sets out on a quest to become an avatar of order, the physical embodiment of righteousness, in a distant future, where control of origin energy allows people to defy physics and manipulate causality. Mocked by fate and broken by impossible dreams, all that's left is to stand in defiance to cruel existence. Because there is a Truth out there, somewhere. Singular, transcendent, eternal. What would you sacrifice for it? *** This is a fantastic sci-fi epic. It's going to blend both western and eastern traditional fantasy tropes – like might & magic and cultivation – with rational sci-fi grounded fully in reality, to produce a purely fictional fairy tale. I'd like to deliver something light-hearted and yet wholly serious. An uplifting adventure exploring the unfathomable reaches of humanity, free of indecency, with a healthy dose of humorous banter, legendary beings, and most importantly – lots of exciting, firework-filled mayhem! I've tried reading many web novels, but there's a fundamental problem with them – the eastern ones are annoyingly repetitive, superficial and morally destitute, while western ones are often dark, convoluted and profane. There's only so much one can do to filter out the bad and try to fill in the gaps with their own imagination. It's one thing to eat tasty fast food, but if it's moldy and filled with toxins, then it's not only poisonous, but also disgusting. The appreciation of beauty and higher values is disappearing at an alarming rate. Although there are throngs of talented people out there, none of them are creating what I want to witness – an inspiring battle against impossible odds, ending in absolute victory. A triumph of the spirit so overwhelming, it crushes the spectator into his seat and takes his breath away. I'm looking for a real paragon, so now I'd like to try conceiving one. *** The MC's name comes from Tolkien's Elven dictionary in Silmarillion, 'Uru' meaning 'Fire', and 'Dagnir an Uruloki' meaning 'Slayer of Dragons'. *** Note: I'm neither a native speaker, nor an aficionado of literature – I've never written anything before, and despite proficient English my literary prowess is abysmal. It therefore takes me a painful amount of effort to polish the chapters and bring them up to par. Last year I wrote and posted some on FictionPress, but I stopped since it wasn't going anywhere. The appalling amount of filth and mediocrity being peddled in all the media nowadays – a result of no conspiracy to manipulate the masses, but plain supply and demand – is no longer just the triumph of form over substance, but most worryingly corruption of the latter. Who wants to read about ideals anymore? And yet, masses flock together to gobble up perversion and depravity. That being said, I can't rule out pitiful exposure as the culprit to my failure, so I am now once again trying to increase it here, possibly for the last time. If there are still human beings present, hungry or in need of a detox after eating too much garbage, make yourselves heard, so I can see a reason to continue the story. Otherwise it's pointless – I'm not going to make fodder for the masses, and I'm most certainly not going to throw pearls before swine. I'll simply stop writing altogether.
