《Monster Integration 》Chapter 1906: To Fortress

"The three Grimm bastards are dead, by the way, we have killed them," Danielle said, shocking both Grimm Monsters and humans.
Hearing that, I couldn't help but shook my head lightly. While I had become powerful, I am still not powerful enough to defeat all the Grimm Elites here. Not to forget the leaders, who might take revenge on us.
The Grimm Monsters did not say anything except for glaring at us; this is commendable restraint they are having, but that is understandable, seeing for the first time, we have more peak elites than them, such thing very rarely happens.
If both sides were to fight right now, we would be able to slaughter them with minimal casualties, but of course, we would not do that.
The leaders are in charge here, and unless the Grimm Monsters started it or the leaders' orders, we would not have any large-scale battles.
We glared back at the Grimm Monsters before we appeared beside Rey, "Have you guys really killed the four Grimm Monsters that followed you inside?" He asked, still not believing we were able to do that; he even focused his soul sense on us, which is quite rude, and he understood as well, as he scanned us for a fraction of seconds before taking it back.
"Yes, we did but with the help of the formations that were inside the grove," I said; this was the predefined answer, both of us didn't want our real strength to be revealed, and this one was more believable.
Rey and others looked like they believed this answer than their earlier conjecture of us killing them with our own strength which is the truth, by the way.
"Have the leaders had not come? When did you guys come?" I asked, "Martha's group was first to come out; they had come out three days ago while I came out yesterday." "As for the leaders, there is no sign of them, but I am sure they will come out few days; till then, we will have to keep the watch on these bastards," Rey replied, and we couldn't help but nod at that.

"You seemed to have gained quite a lot; your aura is a lot stronger than before," I said. Not only his aura's stronger but others too, all of them have heavily benefitted from the door they had chosen, but I gained the highest and have full confidence in them beating.
"I am sure you must have gotten some rare plants in the grove too; I would love to trade with you if you have anything I like," Martha said as she looked at both of us. "I am sure we will get a chance when we go back to the fortress," I said.
There will be a small trade fair between the Tyrants, and we all have to give a few percent of our harvest to Pyramid; it is one of the rules that all Tyrants have to follow.
Hun!
Few hours passed when suddenly, I noticed something. Who says there are no leaders? There are at least two leaders on both sides keeping watch; they are very hidden, and if not for I am being very good at sensing soul fluctuation, I would not have noticed it; it is extremely faint, it is beyond the ability of most elites.
I don't know whether these people know about it or not, but I am happy there are leaders, especially on our side.
The Grimm Bastards are very sneaky; they always keep people hidden. I was fearing that they had at least one leader hidden somewhere, and that would be a disaster for us if it had dared to attack us, but now I can remain without any worry, even if the leader attacked, we would remain safe with our Leader class Tyrant protecting us.
Time passed by, and a day had passed since we had come out and then another; on the third day, a formation changed, and our people came, two a very angry looking Grimm Monster and two serious looking humans.

I was shocked seeing both sides, there is Hogman missing among the Grimm Monster, and Adam Skarg condition did not seem fine, but he is unstable that it is fluctuating; any elite could sense the constant changes in his aura.
While commander and Skarg seemed to have killed the Hogman, but the victory is not without a cost; Skarg had suffered serious injuries which should be treated as soon as possible otherwise it would affect its power, the injuries of such level could have lasting consequences, my own mother is an example of that.
The Grimm Monsters are angrier than they were a second ago when they looked at elites of both sides. They were seething and looked like they could start battle any time; seeing that, I and many of my fellow elites started to prepare ourselves.
"Enjoy the victory humans, it is the last one you will ever get," The Hyenaman said, looking at our leaders and us before flying away with its elites.
"All right, let's leave." "The Grimm Monsters would not take this loss lightly and attack us with greater fury; we will be using the time to prepare an apt counter to them so they would keep losing," Commander Camphor said and flew toward the fortress with us behind her.
A few minutes later, we were in the fortress, and as my holowatch got connected, I immediately sent the message to the teacher, which I had prepared before coming here.
I have accomplished what I have come here for; it was my last mission before I reached the Tyrant stage. Though I will move around as there are still many resources I need, almost all my movements would be for the runes; only ruins have the precious resources I need for my breakthrough into the Tyrant stage.
Still, there would be a lot less ruin exploring than I had initially; this tower had provided me with lots of precious plants, nearly 25% of all the resources I needed, and I am confident I could get another 5% by exchanging some things I got here, which is a lot as I had not expected I would find even 5% of resources when I first came here.

Lone: The Wanderer [Rewrite]
Nine-to-five. The daily grind. Life. Painful years of school. Working as a slave for some undeserving corporate big-wig. The monotonous life of unemployment. We all experience this in one way or another, and we can all conclude one thing: it's dull. Such a fact rings true even for the fabled Lone Immortus, a powerful nine-tailed Golden Foxkin. However, what would you do if your monotony was suddenly ground to a halt and you were thrown out of your comfort zone along with a young girl forgotten by time? Perhaps you might have done things differently, been more organised, immediately died, gained control of the world in a matter of days, but this is Lone's tale, not yours. Watching two insecure people struggle to survive and find their place in an unfamiliar land just might be enjoyable to witness. Who knows? One thing's for certain: it won't be an easy path for them to tread, and what could possibly be more entertaining than watching people endure hardships and grow? I know of at least eight gods that would answer with, 'Absolutely nothing.' I wonder, after seeing this journey from start to finish, how would you answer? [Goal of 1 chapter per week, the only exceptions being announced breaks or emergencies] The cover art is courtesy of the very kind and talented ssddx. Celestial [A Progression Fantasy LitRPG]
Warning!Profanity, unconventional relationships, drug use, descriptive gore and intimacy. Celestial is a slow-paced and action-packed progression fantasy with elements from the LitRPG genre. The story focuses on the protagonist’s personal growth, violence, sex, exploration and adventure. Follow Zelaria as she embarks on her journey of exploration and adventure, seeking ever greater heights of power. With an affinity for the elusive and mysterious Arcane and a preference for the thrill of close combat she nonetheless chooses to walk the path of a mage. A mage may still use weapons but a warrior rarely casts spells as far as she knows. It’s a logical path for her even if others may call it insanity. What do they know? Most people who choose to specialize in wielding mana tend to pick a mage class aligned with their element. Why become a standard mage, average at everything, when you can use your affinity for fire to become a fire mage and cause destruction with ease? The only problem for Zelaria is that no one seems to know how to get a mage class aligned with the arcane. Approaching 17 years of age she’s still at level 0 while her peers have long left her behind, their classes selected at the age of 15 when they became available. Luck is on her side though as she manages to snag employment as a hauler with a party heading on an expedition to a dungeon abandoned centuries ago. They’re looking for riches and danger while she’s still looking for an answer, one she finds at their destination even if not in the way she expected. Nothing is going to stop her from enjoying all that the world has to offer, not the wish of her parents or even her death. I'll be aiming to upload 5 chapters in bulk every week.
