《Monster Integration 》Chapter 1896: Tower Masters Office

I looked at the Red Cascade Pearl with shining eyes and noticed how my vines desiring for it. The pearl is quite precious; not only it had immense fiery energy, but this fiery energy is quite gentle; even Ashlyn is demanding it to eat.
I put the pearl into the calibrator and projected the runes a second later; as the runes projected on the door, they lit up with the rest of the runes that were already on the door.
Dhub!
Seconds passed by, and the rune continued to light up before everything collapsed suddenly, and all the runes have vanished, leaving the giant door without any protection.
As that had happened, five people appeared in front of the gates. Two humans and three Grimm Monsters, all five of them are leaders. Both parties looked at each other cautiously before all of them placed their hands against each side of the door and pushed.
Click!
The door smoothly pushed opened without any problem; the only sound I had heard it that of click, which was also very faint.
The door pushed wide opened, and the leaders entered inside without hesitation, and we followed behind without wasting a second and found ourselves in a large hall with a huge desk and chair which looked less like a chair and more like a throne for the giant.
Aside from that, there are large bookshelves, a huge praying mat, and seven small strange paintings which seemed to have filled with full of meaning that I could not understand but seeing those paintings, eyes of the all five leaders have lit up.
"Human, give the painting to us, and everything in the office is yours." Said the Hyenaman to the Commander. "Snort! You think we are idiot Grimm Bastards. These are enlightened sources, not some cheap painting that will give you if you ask." Adam Skarg, the leader, class Tyrant, said before the Commander to utter the word.

'Enlightened Source' hearing those words, greed couldn't help but appear in my heart for a moment. The enlightened source is one of the most important things that Tyrant should have if they want to advance further; any Tyrant would fight to the death to get them.
Currently, I don't need them, and even if I needed them, I don't think the leaders would give them to me, even if they won't be able to get them without my help.
"Humans, accept the offer we are kindly giving you, or else we will kill and loot this place for ourselves," The Hogman threatened. "Oh yeah, I like to you try it, forget beating us, you won't be even able to take the paintings without our help," Adam fired back while casting a glance at me.
To that Grimm, Monsters felt silent, but they did not remain silent for a while, and full blow verbal fought started between them, with their auras flaring to suppress each other.
The only people who remained quiet were the Commander and our elites. Seeing I won't be able to get my hands on those paintings, I want to try for books but seeing leaders could burst into fighting any second, it did not seem wise to change my position, which is behind the leaders.
"Gentlemen, there is no use in fighting. Since all of us want the paintings, let's negotiate calmly about them," Commander said, and everyone calmed down for a moment.
They started negotiations a few seconds later, and their words became even more intense. The Commander, who usually stayed silent till now, started shouting, and her aura began to clash with the Hyenaman. The clash of their aura was so powerful that us elite had to take few steps back to remain safe.

It took half an hour for their negotiation to come to fruition, but it did. Of the seven enlightened sources, the human leaders would take four, and Grimm Monster would take three. The reason humans got the upper hands despite having fewer numbers is, the paintings are protected, and I am the only one who could take it.
"Jordan, will you please open the formations on the paintings?" Commander asked. "I want all the books on the bookshelf, the original copies, and that air pen on the desk," I said back.
"You little shit, you dare!" The Hodgman shouted while pressing me with its powerful fiery aura. "Little human, you should be satisfied by the fact that we are not killing you," The leopardman added with a threatening smile.
"Original books and air pen, or you can break us those paintings yourself with artifacts and explosives, you have," I said with the leveled tone, without backing down for a second, even when those two pressed down with their leader class aura.
"Books we can copy, and there is no use of air pen to us," Commander said to the Grimm Monsters before she turned to me. "We accept your request Jordan, now please open the restrictions on the painting for us," Commander said; I nodded and took the calibrator out.
The formation of the painting is hard, but its difficulty was nothing compared to that of the door. It was extremely hard and complicated.
These ones are straight, but still, It took me five hours to solve the first formation, and I made it five. When I opened the first painting, it went to the Commander. The second painting, which I took four and a half hour to open, went to the Grimm Monster.
A little more than a day had passed, and I finally opened the last painting, which went to Commander. I could see the sparks flying between the two groups as I handed the last painting; at any moment, these two groups could fly, and if they did, we were dead.
The space here is very small that even Leaders could not fly in it, and if they did, the powerful energies going to spread here, not to mention the huge chance of getting hit by a stray attack.
They looked at each other for a few seconds before their emotions finally calmed down, and they looked at their second target.

Black Wind, White Lotus
In this world, there are haves and have nots. The former are pureblooded humans, some of whom are capable of manipulating qi, the mysterious energy that flows through every living creature, to miraculous results that defy the laws of nature and physics. Wen Feili was one such cultivator. However, she allied with the have nots- the anthropomorphic hybrids incapable of channeling qi-and dabbled in forbidden demonic arts, seeking to change the very composition of reality. This did not end well for her, and she was consumed by her own flames. A decade later, far in the northwestern mountains, her daughter Wen Fengli is working as a lowly servant of the minor Shuangshan sect. In between sweeping the floor and avoiding bullies, she secretly trains with a wooden sword, hoping to become a warrior cultivator at some point in the future. However, since she's part-human, part-wolf, it's just a pipe dream. ....or so she bitterly thought. However, one day a mysterious amulet that belonged to her mother falls into her hands. A deranged old master, a terrible conspiracy, a mysterious past? None of that matters to tomboyish wolfgirl, who only seeks to become stronger. She embarks on a journey of adventure and self-discovery, towards the mysterious southern lands where pure demi-humans are said to live...as spectre of war once again envelops the world of man. This is a Chinese-themed fantasy story set in a fictional world. You can classify it as xianxia, if you wish, but it's a rather low fantasy variant; the heavenly realm is silent, no one reached immortality in generations, and magical artifacts of old are locked away and feared. Magical beasts and spirits have been driven to the corners of civilisation, and "ordinary" abilities such as flying or controlling swords through telekinesis are considered spectacular feats. The main plot of this book revolves around a kemonomimi girl who seeks power, no matter the cost. This story also features multiple character pov, and will not always follow the perspective of the mc- there are two major plotlines, one connected to conspiracy and war ongoing in the political background of the presented world, and the other focusing on the main character's physical and metaphorical journey.
