The hidden being had said that it would first harvest the Grimm Monsters and before targeting the humans, but that doesn't answer my question on why it chose the Grimm Monsters first.

It could have chosen the Humans first before choosing the Grimm Monster or both of them together, but it chose the Grimm Monsters first, and that created even more questions in my mind than before.

Its explanation has cleared all my doubts and also gave me a stark warning about whatever doing that has become stronger by second as it consumes the soul and essences of the Grimm Monsters.

I have to say, I am very impressed by the grade of resources here, and the thing is, what I have found is just dregs compared to what I had harvested before.

There I saw five Grimm Monsters clad in black suits, which are completely covered in runic formations that are glowing softly, and in the hand of the leader is a complex mechanical compass that is pointing towards the north. They are flying toward the direction that the compass is pointing them.

I wish I could hear what they are saying; they are moving toward the same directions as I am, and they are wearing weird suits and have old style compass in their hands and not to forget, they seemed very exciting.

It is very clear with getup and the campus they have in their hands, these Grimm Monsters have an idea of what has happened, and they seemed to have prepared for it; if that is true, then why they have sacrificed millions of their people for it.

If they knew about it already, they would easily save the lives of millions of their people. When I seriously think about it with all the data I have in my hand, I could only make a single conjecture: Grimm Monsters have decided to sacrifice their people knowingly.

For this reaction to occur, they needed an enormous number of people, and they added their people to it. If Grimm Monsters had not entered this ruin or entered fewer numbers, we would have become suspicious and sent fewer people instead of crowding the Realm with a huge number of people to match that of the Grimm Monsters.

There is one more thing that is strange about these people are their levels. Their aura is non-existing and even flying; they are not releasing any aura; those suits they are wearing are making them nonexistent.

Still, Ashlyn able to know their level; these people are Dukes, all of them. Though all of them are a host of Apex Inheritances, it is a fact all of them are dukes.

Seeing that, I had nearly summoned my sword to finish them off; with my current power, I could finish them off, and even if someone were able to run away, they would be easily be handled by Ashlyn.

I controlled my urge and stopped, as I felt like it is not the right time to finish them off. I should first follow them; it is also why Ashlyn did not attack them already.

It is her favorite type of environment for a killing; there are no humans around to see her strength and no Grimm Monsters that would come to help to see them die; she could kill them and disappear without a trace.

An hour into following, Ashlyn saw another group of Grimm Monsters, and they are wearing white suits have are Prince stage.

Few more hours passed, and Ashlyn spotted a few more Grimm Monsters groups, and the highest level of them is King Stage, who is wearing Brown Suit; only one group of them is present.

These groups saw each other but maintained the distance from each other; ive even sensed the faint animosity between them.

I have come across more than fifty Grimm Monsters in the past six hours, but not a single human could be seen; it is like all of them have been bound in the Jelly, which is extremely bad news for me.

As of now, I will not only have whatever mastermind to deal with; I also have to deal with Grimm Monsters, especially the kings, who are not normal King Stage powerhouses but the hosts of apex Inheritances.
