Major Cleansing is not the only benefit I have got; I was even able to create Seven Minor Seal. 

I got out of the conscious space right on time, if I had been second early, then the 60th seal of the Supreme Combat Exercise would not have been created. That means there would be no Amethyst Seal, which is being created in my temple right now.

The seal is sucking its energies inside my body furiously. In a minute, it would be finished with it. 

For the creation of the Amethyst seal, I didn't even have to refine the energy as the storage of the 2nd level is big enough to satisfy the energy needs of more than five Amethyst seals.

As I continue practicing Body Cleansing Technique with every ounce of my energy, I am also keeping track of the things that are going inside me, and that is when I notice an amazing thing that puts a bright smile on my tired face for the second time.

The big piece of monster core I ate still hadn't been fully eaten by Nero, there is still half of it still left. 

Earlier I had regretted eating such a big piece of the monster core as it was acting like Guillotine above my head, but now I am extremely happy that I ate such a big piece.

It is releasing the Medicinal Energies, and they are being melted and merging into my body, though most of it got eaten by Nero, there are still some that are being merged with my body.

Seeing this happening, I immediately asked Nero to stop eating. I could feed Nero daily, but I could not merge such a large amount of energy into my body daily. 

This is the core of the Medicinal Monster, the energy inside it could not only increase my healing power but also strengthen my body, and that is what I want.

I want the medicinal energy of the core to merge into my body. This core is God's Blessing, which would increase my strength by a large margin. Throughout the process, I kept Nero ready to eat excess energy if the Medicinal Energies went out of control.

More and more energy came to the core and started merging with my body, as it happens I started to feel a slight change in the body, as I am not feeling as tired as I was feeling a few seconds ago.

This tiredness had lessened again when the 6th Amethyst Seal was created and started to release energies through my body and soul, which began to strengthen them whole and also heal the injuries that are hiding deep inside.

The core kept releasing the energies for quite a time before it finally expended seeing that, I couldn't help but feel sad as the energies had helped me a lot, I hope the core had lasted little more till the end of the Major Cleansing which would end in a minute or two.

Finally, the 6th Major Cleansing ended, and I fell on the ground as I could not support myself anymore, I am completely worn out due to performing. 

This session had been my longest practice session with the Body Cleansing Technique and also most fruitful, but it had also tired me out the most that even with my current constitution, I needed a minute before I could muster the energy to stand up shakingly.

If it had been any ordinary session, I would have stayed on the ground for a few minutes, but now I could not. Every second on the floor is unbearable with the horrendous smell that is coming out of me constantly.

This time the sweat that came out from my body during the Major Cleansing did not have a slight brownish color as always but the sickly green color. The sickly green color is not surprising. It is likely the impurities of the potions that I had drunk.

Neary every potion possessed the impurities, which is why in the Elite Corps, the bodies of their members were strictly tested regularly for the impurities, so they could not have more impurities in their bodies than they could bear, which would affect their practice inversely.

In this Golden Elite level, I had really drunk too many potions that I had reached my limit, one potion, and it would have affected me, but now with me going through 6th Major Cleaning and 4th Level of Secrete Method my soul and body have expelled almost all the impurities.

So, now I could drink a few more potions and loved to drink some to increase my strength before going to the mission, but unfortunately, I could not. I only have about 35 minutes, and in such time, I could not create any potion.

Even the quickest potion takes at least fifty minutes to craft, and I don't have that much time on me.

I walked into the shower and walked out of it feeling completely refreshed and energetic. All the horrendous smell and tiredness I am feeling deep to my bones simply vanished. 

A few minutes later, I am completely ready and standing in the center of the room with my eyes closed. If one looks at me right now, they will see there is a small smile hanging on my lips. It is because I am happy, really happy.

My breakthrough into Secret Method, Body Cleansing Technique, Supreme Combat Exercise, and energies of medicinal monsters that merged into me has given me a huge, huge boost. 

In just a time of an hour, I went from Three Star Golden Elite to Six Star Golden Elite. This is a massive increase in power, especially in Golden Elite, it is very hard for one to take such a big jump strength.

It could be said that I was quite lucky during this practice session, everything had aligned perfectly, especially the medicinal energies from the Medicinal Monsters core. It alone increased my strength by One Star.

I am now a full-fledged Six Star Golden Elite. With the enhancement from my Totem Artifact, I could project the power of Eight Elite and when the strength of Eight Elite and when I added the power that my two Mystical Methods give it to me, I have now become completely Capable of going against the Nine Star Golden Elite.

I knew this day would come when I will have the power to go against the Nine Star Elite but did not think it would this soon. With such strength, I have now entered the Middle strata of my team.

I am not one of the weakest members of my team anymore, I now have the strength similar to that of the experienced members of my team.

I took out my sword and practiced with it a little to get used to my strength. I would have liked practice for more than five minutes to get used to my new strength but looked like I will have to do that on the real battlefield.

I walked out of my room and met my team that was already waiting not far from my room, once everyone came, we walked with a lead of the team leader as only she had access to the map of the Teleportation Gate of the Guild.

When I walked in the place where the Teleportation gate is, my expression couldn't help but change drastically, not only me but others too as the hall where the teleportation gate is really something.
