I have never seen this bastard, not met it, but it is chasing me like a mad hound that had rabies. I am really really confused about why it is following; seriously, I had no contact with it; if I had, I would have remembered.

I am pretty good with faces, even if those faces are that of Grimm Monster, who all looked the same, I could easily identify them.

And what's with that fucking horn of its, from what I know, the horn of horned Dogman is never shone and this one's shining like a fucking glow torch and its color also seems different from the usual black color horn that horned Dogman have.

I think the reason it was able to chase me was due to that strange horn, without that strange horn even Nine Star Elite wouldn't be able to catch my smell, but this one did.

I could feel that the distance between us is reducing, it is inching closer and closer to slowly; if I do not do something soon, then I will soon get caught.

"Ashlyn, harass it with your fireballs!"

I said to Ashlyn who is on my shoulder, for some time she has been asking me to attack this dogman but I had asked her to stay put as it was not the time but now seeing it is gaining the distance on me, It is the best time to attack the Grimm Monster.

"You Fucking Bird, once I am done with that bastard, I will catch you and eat you alive!" Grimm Monsters shouted as it started to get harassed by Ashlyn.

Though Ashlynn's fireballs are not much threat to the Grimm Monster, they will turn fatal once they seeped inside; Grimm Monster understood that very well, which is why it had taken out its blade and started defending against them.

The barrage of Ashlyn's attack did not stop it, but it had slowed it down quite a which, now instead of it getting distance me, I am getting distance on it. As time passed, the distance between us slowly widening.

I am using my all to get away from it and would have left it quite behind if not for it being from the Dogman Tribe. Though the members of the Dogman Tribe are not the best at speed, they are not much worse; they have superior speed compared to other Grimm Monsters.

If it had been another Grimm Monster of average speed, I would have surely left it behind and by this time, it would have not even been able to see the shadow of mine.

My mini Blast is ingenious, but it had very high speed, its speed is so great that it was able to compare to Inheritance Mystic Ability that Rachel had.

"Bastard, you have forced me!"

My face paled, when I saw the black dot behind me getting bigger and bigger till it became the Grimm Monster, seeing it somehow catching up with me, I spun the swirls faster and faster for greater speed, so I could get away from it.

I spun then like never before, this Grimm Monster has immense killing against me for some reason, and I am very sure with monsters having such killing heavy killing intent, that if get caught by it, I will die a very painful death.

My efforts started to bore the fruit, and I gained the speed again, though it is not much, it is still enough to slow down Grimm Monster that is catching up to me.

"Why don't those bastards come up?" I asked myself. Since the chase started, I have been scanned by the sense of many Nine Star Silver Elites, both humans and Grimm Monster.

I did not expect for someone to save me, just obstruct this Grimm Monster for a minute or two, that would be more than enough time for me to get away, but no, not once person came up to save me.

Some more time passed, and now there is only a hundred meters distance between Grimm Monsters and me, it is terrifying to see it this close but what can I do, except for trying to run and survive for as much time as I can.

Though I am not powerless against and I have some ways to run away from it, they are going to cost me dearly, and using them might get me killed sooner than I will be by this Horned Dogman.

One of the ways is Ashlyn, I could ask her to morph into the big size and fly away with her, I am sure that Grimm Monster would not be able to catch up to her, not only it but no other Nine Star Elite will able to catch us with Ashlyn using her top speed.

I would have used that option, if not for me coming across that fearsome aura earlier. I am sure that the sense of Golden Elite had scanned me earlier, and if Golden Elite saw Ashlyn morphing up, it would get very interested in her as normal monsters do no have the power to morph.

Sup Bang Bang Bang…

Suddenly behind me, I felt the inexplicable threat and saw Grimm Monster taking out a bunch of knives and throwing them at me, seeing that I did not waste time and started activating the Mini Blast crisis cross fashion.

Running this way helped me avoid the first set of knives; it takes out the second set of knives and attacks. I could tell the way it is throwing knives at me that it is inexperienced in throwing knives, and on top of that, it is being harassed by Ashlyn repeatedly that there is no way it would be able to take the proper aim.

This seemed to frustrate the Grim Monster very much as it will curse and scream at me repeatedly after each failure.

The Horned Dogman is close-range fighting, so even after it's the inability to get close to me had started to frustrate and anger it so much that it had gripped its doggy ears in anger.

"Bastard, you are quite lucky. I wanted to torture you till your mind break, but now I will give you quick death, but I promise it will be very painful!" The Grimm Monsters said, and the killing intent in it rose to an unbelievable degree.

"Fuck!"

I paled, and I couldn't help curse loudly, I know it will be using its Mystic Method, and the mystic method used by the Nine Star Elite would be very strong, and I will die seconds after it touched me.

Gulp Gulp Gulp

Knowing what it will do, I immediately took out a couple of tiny potion bottles and started to drink them. Before coming here, I have thought this scenario might come up and prepared these potions for it.

"Flying Flaming Blades!"

The Horned Dogman shouted, and next moment, behind it, twelve knives made of fire had appeared behind it in a circle. The circle of knives looked very beautiful, and when one looked at the Horned Dogman with the circle to twelve knives behind it, they would find this ugly Grimm monster being pleasant to the eyes.
