《Monster Integration 》Chapter 331. The Decision II

When I entered the cafe, I found jill is already there drinking coffee. Usually, when we meet, I always arrive at least five minutes early but today I fell asleep unknowingly and didn't wake up on time.
"Sorry, I am late, I overslept!" I said to jill, as I took a seat across her, "It's ok, it happens to all of us," she said as she looked at my little disheveled state.
Yes, it happens to all of us, of all my friends it is Jim who always came while jill is few people who always arrived on time, that is why I felt sorry when I arrived late.
"So, have you gone to the Adventurer Paradise." Jill asked as she put down her cup of coffee, "Yes, in the morning," I replied.
"You must have heard everything from Elara right?" she asked me with her voice little down, everything about Grimm battlefield is highly confidential and even small leak from us could land us serious trouble.
So, the more covert we are the whole Grimm battlefield when normal people around us is better.
"Yes, she informed about all nine classified topics," I replied, she nodded to that and we stayed silent for a few seconds.
"I and my brother enter inside it three months later." She stated I am a little surprised hearing that.
She had told me before that she was going to enter the Grimm Battlefield but at that time she did not know the full situation of the Grimm Battlefield like now, all she knew the tidbits she heard here and there but now she must have got to know the basic understanding of Grimm Battlefield from her parents.
The reason is I am going to the Grimm Battlefield because I lack the resources and condition to make fast progress but that is not a problem for her as she is from the top organization and her parents at high places.

So, even if she didn't go to Grimm Battlefield, her speed of progress would be still faster.
"Why are you going to? I mean you have all the resources you need and even if you didn't get to the Grimm Battlefield, your progress won't is much slower compared to when you go to the battlefield?" I asked.
Hearing my question, she shook her head with a light smile.
"You only have slight Idea about the Battlefield, that thing is much bigger and greater than you had imagined," she said.
Seeing confusion appearing in my face, she decided to explain.
"The resources offered by the battlefield could not be compared to that of the organization, it will be a be like comparing the river with the sea."
"You will gain have immense resources in the battlefield that is impossible to get outside and there you will come across resources and environment that will help in increasing your comprehension in Rule power," she said.
Resources and environment that is helpful in advancing Rule power, is that for real.
In the awakening ground, I had learned that after comprehending Rule from Object of Rule, it is best to comprehend Rule with own understanding as only then one can advance one's comprehension.
But there is a certain type of resources which help in comprehending the Rule but at the same time they didn't understand one's own understanding of Rule instead, it very much helps in advance that understanding.
As an environment, I don't know but since jill has said that the environment of Grimm Battlefield is very suitable for Advancing comprehension of Rule, then it must be true.
"I am also planning to go three months later!" I said as I said it a shocked expression appeared on her face, looks like she did not expect me to also go the Grimm Battlefield.

"It's a good decision, with your Sunfire rule, your chances of are quite good in the Grimm Battlefield," she said after some time.
"You should join our organization, this time with your Rule of Sunfire, you are more than qualified to enter our organizations, in this way we would be in the same battlefield," Asked Jill lightly with hope apparent in her eyes.
After the westblood city fighting competition, I was quite hopeful to enter the top organization but no organization had accepted me due to me not having much potential but now If I had shown my rule of Sunfire, they will send people to the line behind my door.
Things are different now compared to back them, being super-elite is no longer feels as enchanting in the past as for how to level up after reaching the true limit.
I have come to know many ways to break the True Limit in the awakening ground and all of them are available in the central continent but I am not worried about it as I had many ways to go the central continent.
High comprehension of Rule power and that crystal cards I and Ashlyn got after exiting Rule palace are one of the ways.
I shook my head with a small smile to jill's invitation and she did not seem surprised by my rejection as she had already expected that from me.
"So, what are your plans for the next three months?" Jill asked lightly, "Oh, I plan to go home tomorrow and spent weak or two there before coming back, and wait for three months to pass," I said with a smile.
There was another thing that I didn't mention is perform Body Cleansing Technique daily, so I could level up to the Sergeant stage as quickly as possible.
"You?" I asked back, as I asked that a look of pain appeared on her cute face, "My mother and aunt are giving me and my brother special training."
'Sup!'
I took a sharp breath hearing that, I had heard from jill in quite a vivid term what entails in their special training.
Just hearing about it makes me shudder, I can't imagine how jill and her brother endure such training.
It is a good thing for them, the stronger they are the safest they will be in the Grimm battlefield.
"Well good luck then, hahaha….." I said and started to laugh seeing her cute face all scrunched up in the misery.
Sometimes misery of friends felts well than their happiness.
She glared at me as she saw me laughing at her misery which made me laugh even harder, it took me quite a while for me to calm down.
Jill, I and I talked for a few minutes before we bid goodbye to each other.
I am leaving for home tomorrow evening and I still have to pack and arrange the gifts I had brought for my family.
That is going to give me quite a headache, we at least this time I have enough storages with me that I can take as many as stuff I want without feeling burdened but before doing all that, I have to perform Body Cleansing Technique tonight.
I plan to make a breakthrough in Sergeant Stage as soon as possible, it would be quite good if I am able to do that in the two weeks' time.

Death, Aralt realizes, might be the greater mercy. ---------------------------------------------------------- What to Expect: Character-driven Plot Novel Pacing (which I accept isn't typical for serials) Elaborate Worldbuilding (you gotta pay attention) Soul-bonded Swords Sentient Wolves Longish Chapters What Not to Expect: Litrpg (sorry!) Harem (not sorry!) Magic System Short Chapters Dancing Bears (at least so far) Seriously, this is a second-world low fantasy/science-fantasy featuring a strong, but flawed male protagonist, a cheeky teenage boy that’s driving him crazy, a wee bit o’ Scots flavor, and a whole lot of culture clashing. I’m preparing to relaunch this story on Kindle once the second and third books are ready and I’d love some feedback as I move through those revisions. I'm serious about the feedback. All comments are welcome. I'll name a characters after you. And kill them, if you want. :) Oh, did I mention soulless assassins and cannibals? Yeah, Aralt’s day is not getting any better. cover image by brosedesignz
