Author's Note
Sorry for the lack of updates.
Honestly I thought it was the end times with the way everyone else was hoarding the toilet paper , work , school and being busy stockpiling .
Hope this enough, that you like it and that I can start getting back in the grove.

Ben's POV
KAPOW
I shove my crimson fist through the multiple ceramic creatures with all the frustration that's been building up from the past few days.
" OK , first thing ...."
I spread out all four of my arms , as wide as possible.
" "This ... is your fault. "
Then clap them as hard as possible.
BWFOOOOM !
The speed and force created a sonic wave that eradicated a entire swathe of them .
I pause to admire my work.
PEW! PEW! PEW!
Hot pink blasts of mana hits an enemy 'attempting' to sneak up on me.
" What?!?"
" You heard me !"
I then use one the endless ape-like rock automatons , grabbing it by its hind legs, to bash into another.
BAM
BAM
BAM
"Alright fine... It's not like this things have done anything that can hurt us ."
I whip around so fast I almost get whiplash to stare at Gwen.
After a moment she realizes what she said.
"Sor-"
Something blasts across the area, slamming into me with all the might of a freight-train. The hit throws me clear across .
As it sprints towards me for a second hit, all I can do is quickly lift up my arms in defence, but it proves useless as it ignores my guard completely and sends its burning fist straight into my face.
A week earlier
In the Rust Bucket Lab Section, I was at my workbench, his uniform backpack in his hand, as he tinkered with the circuitry.
He had just finished installing the new high-tech link to the Omnitrix , and was just welding it into place with an electron-micro-welder.
Right across from him was Gwen, face buried in numerous holographic computer screens and ancient books researching some new magic of the day.
Every day so far when not saving the world she's been learning more about the mystic arts of the world, whether this some way to catch up to me or paranoia about what Hex/Charmcaster might be up to I don't know, we've even got any "haunted" places in America for the trip such as South Carolina and Massachusetts.
Me and Grandpa have so been to places where we wanted to go so far so it was only fair Gwen decided for once, especially if it helped improve her powers .

Right now were on a lead heading towards about "the source of all mana" Salem. This way Gwen can have a direct connection to magic.
Yeah , I just know something is going to happen . Just know it in my gut.
Sigh.
The life of a Superhero.
Always something.
"Ben? Are you even listening?"
Ben Tennyson snapped out of his daze before looking at his cousin, who was irritated with him if the way she was glaring at him was any indication.
"Sorry. What were we talking about?" Ben asked. He sounded as distracted as if someone had woken him up in the middle of class.
Gwen sighed while rubbing her temples as Grandpa shakes his head.
"I said ... " Here she gives a pointed look, " That according to ancient texts - old enough to be from the Mesopotamian era that in an ever shifting phenomenon were areas of suspected magic can be - "
" The source of all magic, yeah . So what should I do ? " I interrupt the would be lecture.
She huffs before she rapidly rubs now glowing hot pink hands and slams them into the ground where multiple kaleidoscopic coloured lines of energy form around us .
Ever since she got those charms and dug into mystic lore all she needs to do is either imagine it like a Green Lantern or speak some broken Latin ( probably due to her thinking it being magic) and *poof* physics gets r.a.p.ed .
" I work the mana manipulation , you recite the words with me to help lift the load ." She answered without thought.
I on the other hand can only make (weak) shields , small mana blasts and with some scientific knowledge, "spells" with scientific basis unlike the bullshit Gwen does.
I hummed.
" Alright. "
With a grunt I clap my now emerald glowing hands.
"Terra mater est ex Gurgite membra viens ...." Gwen starts .
The green glow rises .
"Terra mater est ex Gurgite membra viens ...." I repeated.
Oh and the energy most likely comes more from the Omnitrix than me.
"Quae peperit ei imis dolor omnis ...."
"Quae peperit ei imis dolor omnis ...."
"Ab omni virtute ipsius excisa est piscina." We now start speaking in unison .
"Aperta. Aperta. Aperta."
" Yahwahtacsip ."
An unnatural quiet emerges all around us , the type that only exists in a vacuum or space.
RRRRRIIIIIPPPPP
A literal tear in space time opens up in front of us , that is the only thing I understood from what I was seeing as my eyes burns from the incomprehensible image my mind was trying to process.

" I missed aliens and criminal activity, the supernatural .... not so much." Grandpa Max calmly states .
Before I could make a retort of somekind, we're all s.u.c.k.e.d in like dust bunny with a very aggressive vacuum.
None of us noticed a unknown figure jumped right after us into the portal.
Unknown
Ben's POV
I saw everything.
I saw nothing.
Then ....
I was there.
As I was fall from the sky from 5 metres I got a look at the landscape.
Ledgerdomain is made up of stone walkways with a few larger land masses and arcs.
This otherworldly and demented was filled with blue vortexes covering the black sky , Indigo creatures with one large eye and several growths dominate the skies.
Unusual planetary structures are also present, some being brown and cratered with roots sprouting out into the skies, occasionally having eyes similar to the indigo creatures, while others have crystals and sharp pillars dominate their landscape. There are 'platforms' that usually connect the planets, such as purple discs with cyan holes on each side and red fungus-like platforms with carrot-shaped bottoms. There are also waves of cyan lines that all point the same direction and purple rectangular frames that roots sometimes slip through. Some chunks of certain planets break off and form small asteroids.
And-
As I slam into the ground and the last thing I hear ....
"BEN!"
Gwen's POV
The only thing louder than the thud of a ten year body crashing into the ground was my yell.
Before she even understood what had happened, me and Grandpa Max was racing across the now-quiet area.
Please please please please please please pleasepleaasepleaseplease.
"Aaargh"
Oh thank god .
He's just unconscious.
....
Wait how-
I felt the crawl of thick black concrete trying to ensnare me and Grandpa.
Almost all by the panic that rushed through me I free myself from it with a , much more than intended , wave of power.
We are then attacked by a wave of , honest to God , stone bats.
CRACKLE!CRACKLE!CRACKLE
What th-
Before even finishing the thought my body , used to rabid fire projectiles by this point, rolled out of the way of the purple electric blasts I tapped the kitten on my shirt turning on my mechamorph armour.
"My my . A new look I see . Good. It'll be the last thing you wear."
Charmcaster.
She begins attacking me before I could retort or she could tell her why she came in some villainous monologue.
Sigh.
That's the life of a superhero I guess.
I slam my hands into the ground and fill it with as much mana to make some cover.
Instead ... A tsunami of rock ripples through a hundred miles( and beyond) of the surroundings away from me and Grandpa. Simple earth manipulation has become ....
...what.
As I get up Charmcaster is unscathed with a pink shield protecting her.
what.
SCREEEEEEE!
Then the stone bats speak ....
"Get the child of Spellbinder!"
Charmcaster stops fighting her to fight the creatures , while I prepares a spell that will protect them.
What was it about bats.
Sound!
"De Magia lapis volant noctuae, audi vocem doloris."
The spell works and the creatures leave.
" You help me take down the ruler of this and I'll owe you. "
OK , I'm done.
Then Ben decided to wake up.
Ben's POV
Ahhh.
Aughgg.
I open my eyes to concerned emerald orbs of Grandpa and Gwen.
" ..."
"..."
"..."
"... yo."
*Huff*
I turn to see Charmcaster.
I nearly leap up from the floor only for Gwen and Grandpa to hold me down .
" Hold Ben , she's with us ." Grandpa Max
I turn to Grandpa wondering when did Dementia get to him .
He starts to frowns whilst Gwen snorts .
" I know Ben that's little bit much ." She mutters .
Oh I said that out loud .
I changed the subject to the task as hand.
Walking around the universe's Magic Heaven.
... This is my life.
3rd POV
Soon, they come across a gap, where Charmcaster hears her father's voice, telling her to step into the gap to reunite with him. Gwen is able to convince Charmcaster that it is a trick and they move on. Soon, they encounter Addwaitya's guard, Pallorfang.
SHOOOOM!
Ben transforms into Fourarms and fights the creature, killing it by pushing it off a cliff. Addwaitya, angered by Ben killing his pet, attacks them and entraps them in frozen blocks.
SHOOOOM!
He transforms into Humungousaur and frees the others, then fights Addwaitya.
The Alpha Rune, the key to all of his magical power and strength, mysteriously disappears and he is attacked by Aggregor, where the Alpha Rune , another piece of the Map of Infinity.
'... Yeah , Agregor ain't gonna get this.'
It 'mysteriously' disappeared that day .
We escape the collapsing citadel with Charmcaster help, but stays behind to free her people. The door seals behind them with the runes to Legerdomain completely gone. Ben vows to Gwen that one day, they'll return to help Charmcaster.
