After talking for a while the woman left with kids and went to talk to Mike while Jenny and Mina went out and sat next to one of fires people made out old barrels. ''If we could bring them all to the city and save their lives, you think humanity has a chance?''

People slept in their trucks cars and even some just slept next to open fires. Some felt safe enough to go to nearby apartments and just sleep comfortably in beds. But Jenny couldn't sleep. An unknown feeling of restlessness bothered her. Somehow it was like she was called to leave her safe place and just go out.

Mina hugged her and yawned. ''Day will be long, let's rest a bit.''

Jenny patted her hand and smiled. ''I will sleep in one of the cars. It's better if my smell is outside. Then nothing can come near. And the night is quite warm. Don't worry.''

Mina could see on her face that she wanted to be alone so she nodded. With a sigh, she went to the nearby jeep where Mike was leaning on the door. ''When she is like this, better not bother her. She wanted to rest for weeks and those people bothered her. Now if they really trow nuke at us... I fear she will get angry. And to make a good person angry is never good.''

Mike hugged her and walked with her to a nearby house. ''Let's sleep. We have only few hours before sunrise. If not even you can't change her mind, no one will. Let us rest. Tomorrow will be a long day. Gathering survivors and everything we can take. I think the long line of people tomorrow will be something else.''

Mina yawned and nodded. ''We fed today not only our people then as well random ones that went back to call rest of them with us. Some will take all their possession and I told them as long they got it before the raid it belongs to them. If they found it while we are in town, it belongs to everyone and it will be shared.''

Mike rubbed his temples and yawned as he hugged her and went in to the bed with full clothes. ''Comfortable... Should we take this bed home? It is about time we get married. Hm?''

Mina punched his c.h.e.s.t and chuckled. ''Speeding up because Jenny si leaving?''

She could hear his sleepy voice. ''That as well. But primarily it is that I can sleep well when you are in my arms. Comfortable...'' Then his deep breaths could be heard while she smiled.

''Then let's talk about that after we are back in the city and snuggle into his arms.'' He hugged her tighter and small smile appeared in corners of his lips.

Jenny closed her eyes and just learned at the nearby wall. She suddenly could feel people around her. Some were awake some in deep sleep and some walked around. No, they walked under them. She opened eyes and saw one manhole slowly sliding in mid of street and strange-looking man peeking around.

She almost laughed when he started crawling on his belly towards the Monster. Behind him, few other people came out and wiggled as well. Her eyes went up and saw the two guys almost cracking up as they watched their movements.

they could see her shaking her head as she slowly stood up and silently followed them towards their goal.

''Climb up. If we can take this thing, they can't do anything to us.'' the fist one whispered.

Jenny pressed her finger on lips as she saw few people waking up in their cars and near the fireplaces. They almost laughed as she made comical expression and unfortunately had to suppress it.

The other two guys were just behind him and whispered back. ''You climb we will watch these. I put spell on them so they will sleep. Boss will like this truck. We can bring it to him and...''

Jenny pressed a hand on her mouth as she suppressed her laughter but then it just slipped out. ''Phahahhahahahahaa. I can't even stop ah aha ha haa. they want to steal Monster. They? O Lord have mercy ahah hahaha hah hah ahaa.'' She was not even a believer but such words slipped her mouth and now she started laughing even harder while three men looked at her like she was a ghost.

''You, how is it possible? My powers never failed me.'' The man probably looked a good a few weeks ago. But now dirty hair and heart combined with a strange uniform made him look like one of the homeless people before this all disaster happened. ''What are you laughing about? Do you know w who I am?''

Suddenly he felt coldnes enveloping him. He could hear silence but it was natural. Just now he realized one scary thing. Hundeds of people were standing there and watching him with cold eyes. ''I am... am... cough. I belong to Cold One's.''

He looked at still chuckling woman in front of him and snapped. ''I said, I belong to Cold One's!''

She suddenly stopped. Her lowered hair and calm voice made his skin crawl. ''Cold One's? Hmmmm. I heard about you're group of disgusting humans. Tell me something, do you really kidnap children?''

She looked at him with completely black eyes making him step back. ''A monster. You are a monster...''

Jenny blinked and normal eyes came back. She curiously looked at him and nodded. ''All survivors are monsters. But only those that have no disgusting thoughts as you people can join what is left of humanity. If you tell me where you hold them I will let you live. But if not I will call the few zombies here and let them feast on you while you are still alive. I won't let you die or turn quickly. No, I will let them eat you while you still have consciousness. Think about that noise of bone knocking and slurping. I heard they love brains. they will probably try to leave as the desert.''

As she spoke she walked step by step towards him while her scary voice hit his brain more and more. The other two guys were shaking like leaves in a storm.

At the end they all dropped on the floor and as frozen states saw slowly approaching a woman that suddenly jumped at them and screamed. ''Yam!''

The sound ins silence was quite loud and they started begging for their life while she blinked at them. A voice sounded behind her back. ''Sigh. Let us handle them. Go sleep a bit.''

Jenny started laughing as she saw angry looking Celia and Daria knocking their fingers. She could see people laughing in corners and preparing to go back to sleep. ''Sorry everyone. But I had to let them in. We do need infromations.'' Then she turned her head towards the two females. ''That salon there will be the perfect place for the two of you to play a bit. It is safer than her outside.''

Celia and Daria chuckled and started drawing two guys while the third one grabbed Jenny's leg and started begging. ''Please... please... let me live... please...''

Jenny picked his chin and rose it toward her. ''Then talk...''
