Chapter 54

After meeting Mei, everyday has been a noisy day and she's like a mushroom suddenly popping everywhere.

She also convinced Erika that she'll be picking her up after classes while giving Donna, Andy as well as Rina baffled look every encounter.

She's really doing a good job at acting like a girlfriend to be.

Erika even declined Andy's invitation for a stroll in the park one weekend for the reason that she has prior date with Mei on that day.

When in fact, they just stealthily went around the park, wherever Andy was and act lovey- dovey with all the skinship.

They're making Andy jealous. That's the plan.

Mei even wasn't satisfied that she kissed Erika on the cheek as she spotted Andy's gaze was on them.

Well, in that angle, Andy thought it's on the lips.

"You are like a mushroom." Donna said addressing Mei.

"You just pop up everywhere."

They were on that café near the University.

"Am I?"

'More like a stalker.'

Donna thought but she kept it to herself.

There and then, Mei again clung to Erika like a leech earning baffled looks from the girls.

This time, another set of that look were added. It was Rina's, like she can't accept what's she's seeing.

And to add with their astonishment, Erika and Mei seemed to be really close that they even shared a drink in a single straw.

"Hey, are you just going to sit there idly?"

Donna was strongly giving her point to Andy.

They were at Andy's apartment.

"You're just going to watched Erika being snatched in front of you?"

Andy sighed. "She's not going to be snatched away from me."

"Wow, you sounded so sure. Aren't you jealous?"

Andy slowly shook her head. "I don't feel like she's my rival."

Donna smirked. "Are you saying she's not your match?"

"No, it's not like that."

"I don't know."

"I just can't feel rivalry or anything."

"Are you belittling that Mei with that…you know, body?" Donna reluctantly stated.

Andy shrugged. "Probably not but I don't know."

"I just think she's trying so hard."

Donna held her forehead.

"Yeah, she's trying so hard and you wouldn't move an inch."

Andy deeply inhaled and looked straight to her friend. "I think Erika likes me."

Donna's right brow lifted up.

'So you are not as dense as I thought you are.'

"So what are you scared for? Just confess already."

Andy stretched her body in the sofa.

"I'm waiting for the right and perfect moment."

Donna pulled her hair in frustration.

"Every moment Andy is right."

"As for that 'perfect', you just have to make that moment perfect then."

"Don't wait anymore."

"What if Erika got tired of waiting?"

"What if she got sick of waiting for something that isn't going to happen?"

"What if one day she realizes that she won't be waiting for you anymore?"

"That the fire in her heart has been quenched along with the passing of time?"

"Huh, answer me."

"So stop waiting for that damn perfect moment and just make the most of the moment you are in now!"

'And don't make me stuck in the middle every time, ugh…'
