Chapter 7

"Ugh," Andy uttered . She was lifelessly sipping her chocolate shake. She's with Donna in the school cafeteria.

Bothered, her friend inquired what happen and so she soullessly told the embarrassing tale on her first day at Mohr's with nothing added and nothing omitted.

Donna, begun to hold her laughter as the story progressed. She was grinning that made Andy to rolled her eyes while continuing to tell the story. Then boom, Donna finally let out her suppressed laughter; a belly laugh at that which made others to look at them.

Oh just how Andy wanted to hit the girl but never did. She just raised her other arm to support her chin instead.

Then right there, at that moment, something caught her eye from a distance. Her gaze followed it intently. The voices, the noise, the passerby and even her friend infront of her seemed to vanish at that given time.

All she could see was that 'something' and… all she could hear was the pounding of her heart.

Meanwhile, Donna noticed that her friend was in dazed. Following her gaze, she can't fathom what or who was she looking at intently. Waving her hand to disrupt her friend did not change anything. Annoyed, she pulled Andy's hand, the hand that the girl used to support her chin.

The sudden action made Andy to almost knock her jaw on the table and there she realized her state.

She begun to notice her surroundings, the people, the noise. She felt like she has been pulled out from the void.

"Why are you in a dazed?" Donna curiously asked.

"Did I?"

"Yeah, who was that?"

"Who?"

Donna's right brow lifted up.

"Oh, she's a classmate in most of my major subjects." Andy hesitatingly answered.

Donna did not say or do anything.

She just arched her brow higher emphasizing a more questioning look.

"What?" Andy asked looking at her curious friend.

Donna smirked then continue to eat her cookies.

'Is that how you're supposed to look at your classmate? A girl at that?'

Donna complained in her thoughts. She wanted to say it directly but decided to keep it inside.
