《THE RISE OF ROYAL RED EYES : BLOOD MOON》Chapter 2:FIRST MEETING

Where am I?
Weird cold wafts around me, around me dark, just a faintly moonlight in between the boughs of the trees?
I walked slowly on a footpath covered in lots of dried leaf leaves. The sound of rustling leaves was heard around me. Somebody watching me? My fear forced me to accelerate the move forward. The faintly dark road in front of me looks endless. While the sound of rustling steps kept following me.
There's a cabin with a soft light ahead. I knocked at his door. I immediately knocked on his door. I looked around me, only darkness could be seen. Fear ambushed me by shaking I knocked on the door harder. Thank goodness, I heard someone step open the door. It felt it took a very long time waiting for him to open the door. I kept looking around me.
"Who are you?" I turned my head towards that sound.
A long, cold-faced pale black-haired man grinned at me while the show of his blood-dripping canines. I screamed. And wake up with the stingiest, sweaty breath. It's a dream, just a dream. Luckily
This was only the first night, I lived life as a vampire's future wife. I don't sleep until two in the morning. And now a bad dream. How long can I endure the feeling of fear like this.
I'm moving to the main command room at the aegis mansion. Tremendous rush has been brewing here in the last few months. At this great 8 acre classic mansions in grove park in London there are 66 solid magic gates connecting to each of the headquarters of 66 clan leaders around the world.
"I want to see pictures of this morning's movements in Austria. Evan give you Jonathan? "I forced my brain and my eyes to examine some surveillance photos sent by a legion spy.
We engaged in a war with the devil's power. Humans named ashleen developed a major power all over the world against us. And this forced the entire 66 clans of the legion of light witches the world over to toil.
For months, we scoured every city in the world to find and destroy their power. Try to squeeze their strength until blood moon's peak passes. And finally we got Ashleen's wife and some Ashleen commanders over at Stonehedge. Ourinko our soul witch made it into her mind and pulled a huge amount of valuable information about their base a week ago. And here I am leading a legion of spies to find their quarter.

Unfortunately, four days ago four of our spies were caught in Austria. Since then, I've ordered recon "find and go" with vortex, GPS and drones. Find and go: find the place, leave the GPS transmitter and go. Surveillance will use drones.
"No, we just received photos of five other places that have been found." A male member of the infiltration team shows aerial photo locations on the big screen.
It took complete focus, and my head couldn't be bothered to look closely at the pictures on the big screen.
"Evan says they're about to start organizing the attack, he wants us to join the main room soon." Jonathan checked the messages on his phone.
A message came into my phone, from dad.
* Alexander Ostrander was here. He joined Evan in the main operations control room*
So, it's time I saw my future husband. I took a deep breath. I needed to calm to down. Jonathan looked at me in amazement.
"Alexa, are you okay?" Jonathan watched me exhale once again.
"I'm fine, just give me a second." I sat quietly. I'll be all right. I said over and over in my mind trying to suggest myself.
"Okay let's get to the main control room."
All the way I prayed. I hope her hair isn't as long as my dream. If I did, it would be living in my own nightmare.
Get into the operating room. Someone was talking to Evan Pollux of the Russian Pollux clan, a young genius man who was only different three years from me from the Russian Pollux Clan leader of the assault division.
The man was dressed in black, an army-style jacket and scarf. I saw it from the back, is that Alexander? Thank goodness the hair is bubbly blond. The posture is quite tall and sturdy from the back. My heart is now pounding. Is that my future husband?
I heard, he was talking to Evan.
"We can help deal with distraction ahead, the speed and strength of our legions go unquestioned," while pointing to the area he was referring to on the operating screen desk.
"I'm sure they have heavy weaponry, you're sure they can handle it, they've definitely prepared because we know where they are with this field, the weaponry we can carry the heaviest is rocket launchers" Evan continued his explanation.
"Of course, with our pace, we were able to avoid their attack. Even if they had machine guns though. Some of us were able to avoid it." Is he bragging? He sure he could avoid machine gun attacks? As great as that is the speed of legions of vampires?

"Able to dodge machine guns, you guys are really super legion." I would like to test how my future husband is dealing with my sarcasm.
"Alexander, this is Alexa, the leader of the recon team. We're trying to locate the 40 locations of their bases we got from interrogation, in the last seven days only five we've verified, and one of the first teams was arrested." Evan introduced us.
So, it's really Alexander. He looks like he's in his 30s, you can't believe his face. Of course, he could be over a hundred years old, and his posture suggests he's a trained guy. His face doesn't seem rigid, although he may look arrogant, but if you are an almost immortal being with so much power that pride might be understandable.
"Miss Alexa, I am Alexander Ostrander don't flatter yourself, not all miss, there are some of us who are experts in speed, others have strengths in power, witches are more awesome, some of you even have powers over nature." Alexander bowed a little while greeting me.
I took his hand. My heart pumps more blood when Alexander's cold hands touch my skin. For a moment we laid eyes. His arrogant gray eyes bewitched my sight.
"Nice to meet you, Alexander," I answered formally. Thank God I can still control myself to act normal.
"Then we have a chance to attack from north of Evan, we can get in from the air and try to infiltrate inside, our legions can also protect Ourinko and Ourora here. "
"You're right Alexa, I was thinking the same thing too." Evan approves of me.
"I suspect they've prepared a lot of traps in the front of the line of trees and along their defensive line, this fort has an advantage, the driveway is centralized in one area, the right and left areas are too steep for us to enter. I'm honestly afraid of pressure bomb traps or military-specific traps." Evan pointed out the risk points of our assault plan.
"Our clan special forces could face such a trap, they would pave a safe path to travel." Alexander convinces Evan.
"Those men who were exposed to the dark influence, were we required to injure him?" Alexander asks Evan.
"You can make him unconscious, but don't kill him, we'll take off the spell, they can still be saved."
"We have to do this as quickly as Evan, it's been 4 days from the hostage-taking incident, Aurora is recovering, she can help us." I urged him, if this assault was done soon maybe, I could save a member of my team.
"I will prepare an operation plan report to the Chairman of Aegis, Alexander can you prepare a team to help to tomorrow night, we will start operations at 11pm tomorrow, we will talk about this plan in more detail if you are ready, our monitoring, we estimate there are about 300-400 people who are in this building."
"Of course, I'll draw 100 legions tomorrow to help you guys, they'll arrive in London today." Alexander quickly consented.
"Fine, I'll report this soon and arrange who's the commander of the assault legions." Evan looks at those aerial maps once again.
"Oh Alexa I can ask you to find a room for Alexander at the Mansion?" Evan's eyes are still on screen.
I was shocked to hear the request. He's going to stay in the Aegis mansion? Why should it be. I'll every day meet him! It's too intense!
"Alexa?" It was Evan who didn't know what was hanging around in my mind, repeating the question.
"Hah okay, I'll handle it." I sighed, all right, I'll meet this guy every day. Why do I feel like I'm suffocating right now.
"Alexa are you okay?" Those gray eyes looked at me probing, my breathy straps apparently caught his attention.
"Yes I'm okay." I got bumped for a bit because of Alexander's voice. Stupid! I condemn my over-reactive self now. It must be a big glass of caffeine. Next time I'll drop her off with tea.
"Do I look scary to you?" Alexander looked at me kindly with a smile.
"I'm not dangerous to my friends. I'm only dangerous to the enemy, and I'm tame not delirious haphazardly." Suddenly the man added with a big smile on his face. I saw her fangs growing between those big smiles. Why does my neck itch now?
"Hahaha alright, I believe you."
Thankfully he can still laugh at himself. At least he still, knows humor after living hundreds of years?! I just hope this matchmaking doesn't kill me. Love? I don't know if I'm lucky maybe? I must say my life sucks right now!

In the wild places of our planet, dark vestiges of our paranormal past yet cling to twisted life. They lack the tact, training, and funding of hunters passed. Instead, they have only their wits and brawn to carry them through. So it is with our hero. In the woods of the American Midwest, foul creatures lurk. Tabitha Varna, a young college drop-out scarred by her past, is determined to uproot them or die trying.
