He was in some kind of hallway, on the walls of the hallway were various hung pictures of men and women posing in front of equipment or just posing in front of a plain colored background.

Immortalized underneath the hung framed pictures were names inscribed on gold-like material.

Vincent read out one of the names inscribed on the plate, "Dr. Noxius"

"Wasn't that the first person to make -"

An old man interrupted him "The First-ever Ether Nexus Potion"

Vincent didn't react to the person, but his guards were immediately set to the highest, 'How did this guy sneak up on me'

The person continued to speak, "He was the man to create the first-ever Ether Nexus Potion. Allowing fighters to recover their Ether at a fast rate rather than waiting for natural recovery"

"You seem to know a lot about that person", Vincent asked the strange man.

The old man let out a slight laugh before replying, " Of course, After all. That man is me."

'What', Vincent immediately turned and gawked at the man talking to him, his eyes widened in surprise.

"Y-You", he stuttered.

The man laughed at the stuttering Vincent and said to Instructor Pryde who had just walked up to them.

"You have quite the peculiar student, Pryde," he said.

"Master Noxius", Instructor Pryde greeted him, then he turned to Vincent and landed an upside hit to his head.

"Don't you know you're being rude to Master Noxious!" Instructor Pryde bellowed at Vincent, then turned back to Dr. noxious, "Master Noxious, I apologize if this little student was rude to you"

Dr. noxious smiled at Instructor Pryde and motioned for him to stop, "Don't worry about it, I take no offense."

"Truthfully, this student of yours interests me. It's been a while since I've seen a pure Ether flow like his." He laughed out again.

Vincent finally snapped out of whatever he was in and bowed to Dr. noxious in greetings, "Dr. noxious, It's an honor to meet you today."

"Ho Ho Ho", Dr. noxious let out a jovial laugh, " It's a pleasure to meet you too, Student Vincent"

"You know my name!" Vincent spoke in surprise

"Of course, How won't I know the name of the only [S-Rank] student in the entire [Aemplefort School For The Gifted]."

"Although your school has been trying to hide this information, they can't succeed in hiding it from me"

'Hiding Information? Why?' Vincent asked himself.

Doctor Noxious is a raven migas and an extreme power figure in the realms, He was the man who brought to the public the problem with [Ether Recovery Potions] and created the [Ether Nexus Potions] as an alternative to it.

As Vincent read in the library books, Doctor Noxious discovered a problem with the mass-produced [Ether Recovery Potion]

Whenever a person uses said potion it damages their Ether pool, although it does so to a small degree continuous accumulation of such damages may lead to a crippled ether pool.

When Doctor Noxious spread this to the public in hopes of causing awareness of the problem he succeeded.

But people didn't stop using it, rather they couldn't, most especially the warriors.

This was because of its irreplaceable usefulness at that time.

According to the Earthland calendar, In the year 1830, Migas experienced a sharp increase in Dark Beast numbers and attacks.

Mercenaries, Warriors, Adventurers, and the Army began to have problems dealing with as no Dark Beast was an alone one.

There was always another or if you're unlucky two more bedsides that dark beast.

The Armies had it worst, They focused on the first-ever Beast Horde war that approached them.

For the war, various equipment was needed, especially the [Ether Recovery Potion].

The [Ether Recovery Potion] not only had to power to replenish famished reserves it could also increase the regeneration rate of a Migas warrior.

Hence [Ether Recovery Potion] were paramount to all who wished to fight [Dark Beast] at that time.

But Doctor Noxious was not willing to give up.

So he took the [Ether Recovery Potion] formulas that were made by humans, and tried to make his own [Ether Recovery Potion], but when he did, it still had the same problem.

After 3 months he had an Epiphany, He asked himself

''who said that I can't make another formula'

So he did and after another month.

He made the first-ever [Ether Nexus Potion] and after 2 Months it got approved by the realms.

Even Deus praised him for his unique potion.

After that, he went on to make many other discoveries with the help of others. The most prominent being.

[Affinity Booster] in theory and so on.

For all these glories he has been bestowed a title only given to those that have been said to reach the pinnacle.

"Also the Sir. Just call me Doctor.", He turned to Instructor Pryde, "Why are you here Instructor Pryde?"

"I'm here because of him" he referred to Vincent and continued, "The school owes him a [Sky-layered Weapon] due to the lack of [S-Rank] Teachers, we had to transfer him to [A-Rank] class. The weapons serve as compensation."

"An S-Rank Weapon!" Doctor Noxious gasped in surprise.

"The academy seems to be quite thoughtful nowadays"

"Ha Ha", Instructor Pryde laughed awkwardly

"Well since you're here for a weapon of that caliber, that means you are going to her then."

"Yes" instructor Pryde confirmed

Doctor Noxious then turned to Vincent "Ha Ha Ha!, Good luck kid" then he walked away but before leaving he said, "Visit me after you're done with her"

After Doctor Noxious left, instructor Pryde then told Vincent to follow him.

They then left the hallway through a door at the end of it, After exiting the door Vincent came upon a room endorsed with weapons. Staves, Swords, Axes, Morningstars.

They were all laid on the wall in sections and under the weapons were their price tags.

Vincent immediately fell in love with the room, Each weapon was not only beautiful they were also letting out powerful Auras.

As Vincent came closer to a weapon, A booming voice suddenly sounded through the room

"IF YOU ARE NOT BUYING, DON'T TOUCH!"

"Uh"

Then from the back of the store came a woman, "I said if you're not buying, don't touch!. Don't make me repeat myself boy."

When Vincent saw the lady shouting at him, he immediately recognized her.
