Vincent's sudden shout shook the librarian, "What, What!. Is there any problem"

Realizing his mistake, he quickly bowed to the librarian, "Sorry I was caught off guard by...…...the wood used for the bookshelves, I have a suspicion of what it is but can you please tell me"

"Oh is that it.", She wiped a sweatdrop off her face, "no wonder you were surprised, this is Elvin cross-bred wood, even I was fascinated when I first saw the carpentry of the library"

"Either way, I'll have to give you a warning for this. This is a library please refrain from making noise" she chastised and returned to her post.

"Phew, that was a close one" he sighed in relief

The librarian watched Vincent sit down and pick a book to read and then suddenly drop it and squeeze his hands and face in all seriousness.

She couldn't help but think to herself. 'What a weirdo'

After keeping his goal to heart, Vincent finally could focus on what he came here to do.

Read Books!.

Vincent strolled the section closest to him being the [E-Rank] and the [A-C Rank].

He had already decided that if the library was divided into sections, he would start from the lowest and work his way up.

He then picked random books from the [E-Rank] and set them on his reading table, 'Alright, Let's read!'

////5 Hours Later////

Vincent spent several hours in the library until he became noon and he had to leave.

After all, reading too much was detrimental to health so the librarian sent him out when she noticed that he had no intention of doing so, he even resisted a little.

But there was a perfect reason why Vincent had done so.

Halfway through reading his first book, Vincent realized something that almost caused him to beat himself up.

He had the [Eidetic Library Of Knowing], he didn't need to read through he could just skim through.

According to his mother, even if it is a flash it will be recorded perfectly into the Library. It was extremely convenient for this situation.

Hence, Vincent didn't read anymore he just flashed through book after book, the books he had flashed through had accumulated into the '50s.

Due to his excitement, he almost didn't notice the scrutinizing look the librarian had on her face.

When he did he quickly reduced his pace to read some books and even took back some books he had previously placed aside as the ones he had read, just to fool the librarian.

After a while, the librarian deemed everything normal and returned to reading her book although she would glance at him once in a while.

Hence Vincent would always act normal when she glanced at him and continued as he would when she turned away, this continued for several hours until he was forced out since it was 'detrimental to his health.

On the way back to his dorm, Vincent reviewed a few things.

One. [E-Rank] books are nigh useless to him.

The category of [E-Rank] books contained basic movements of fighting, swordplay, spear handling, etc, beginner introduction to ether, and science/art and commerce subjects.

It may seem useful but it wasn't since [A-C Rank] covered the same thing in extent and more details and as he went higher he'll also get better information.

Hence he decided to not view the [E-Rank] section again after this.

Two, He won't sleep this night since he would have to assimilate the books in the library

Three, He might have to find a blindspot away from the librarian. The act he puts up to fool her is tiring for him.

For this, he thought up a solution of using Illusion but he discarded it as he didn't know whether the library had something against that, They may not but why take the risk.

And number Four, He spent about 5 hours in the library and he didn't even know the librarian's name.

He reached his dorm, walked in, and laid on the bed, 'Well that's irrelevant I can just ask her tomorrow'.

Then he went into slumber to reach the library. There he spent the entire night assimilating knowledge he had read.
