Millea thought for a moment before she answered "the easiest method would be to mention the others who had done the same before anyone starts their act but i am pretty sure they will bring it up first to stop you from doing precisely that." she said before pausing and nick thought about something that made him scowl. "you said that the leaders of the cultivation world and individuals with special achievements would be at this event right , so does that include the dragon clan?" nick asked with venom when he mentioned the dragon clan. millea sighed "yes the dragon clan is one of the leaders of the cultivation world so the dragon king is likely to be there unless something urgent happens in which case the clan will send a proxy meaning long tamia." she said while flinching at the wrathful energy waves subconsciously radiating off nick at the mention of long tamia. nick calmed himself placing the lid firmly back on his fiend energy that had been agitated with his emotions and started to boil over. millea sighs in relief as something about the energy coming off of nick in that moment felt slightly menacing like it wanted nothing more than to destroy the world.
What neither of the the two were aware of was that the fiend energy takes on unique properties depending on the person who cultivates their body and the properties that nicks fiend energy had were based on his affinities which were near perfect but due to the fact that nick had the system he had the affinity for the destruction and creation which were universal laws of the highest level meaning that a tiny part of his fiend energy carried those properties and it can bȧrėly be felt by people at millea's tier. "aright sorry for that continue." nick said to which millea nodded. "besides the first method there are two others that you can use one of which i don't suggest unless absolutely necessary. the first is to wait until you are asked to share your knowledge and then give something completely useless which will end the topic there unless one of them decides to be greedy and demands more at which point deny having anything else no matter what is said after that. i actually don't want to even mention the last method as it can lead to you invoking the anger of the younger generation in other clans."

She paused with a hesitant expression before speaking again "the last method is to insult the other clans by saying how simple it is to recreate your achievements and as a result there is no need to share anything as you were merely lucky to figure it out first and those clans with deep roots are far more talented. the reason i don't suggest this method is that while it will get the clans off of your back it will make the younger generation face great pressure due to their clans trying to recreate your feat effectively making the entire younger generation angry at you."

Note for new readers: This novel is a work of fantasy that includes magic elements, thus— I strive to implement the reality of a world where humanoids hold supernatural powers and construct hierarchies based on their power levels. Inevitably, such a novel includes many negative elements which may traumatize some readers, such as and not limited to: rape, profanity, detailed violence, and sexual acts. The Main Character is a former assassin and thus more of a villain than an anti-hero, she shall value only what grants her maximum benefits, even over the lives of others.
