《The destruction and creation system》Chapter 191 - Griffon

The list started with a creature called a winged cat which changed the bird into the shape of a cat while shifting the wings to its back but kept the small size of the bird making the resulting animal more suited to being a pet than for what nick had in mind. next on the list there was a creature called a lovern which was actually created through the process of the creatures mutating into a horrible creature that was a hairless and featherless monstrosity with a mix of lion and bird features in horrible combination nick skipped this choice as well as the next five as they all neither satisfied his idea nor his vanity as they were all hideous. ironically the last option was precisely the one he sought , a griffon. the creature in question had the torso of a lion and the head of a bird with both feathers and fur in equal parts while on its back it had two powerful wings that gave it the ability to fly. the actual name of the creature according to the machine was classified as a three eyed false griffon which was technically not even an actual griffon but rather a creature that was made unnaturally with the potential to evolve to an actual griffon.
Nick was satisfied with this result so he selected it on the machine which afterwards whirred for a moment before ejecting a vial filled with a black liquid that had the vague sense of life which nick ignored before taking out a syringe and filling it with every single drop of the liquid. nick turned to the bird in the cage who knew nick was about to do something to it so it cawed at him in a halfhearted attempt to get nick to leave it be. nick ignored the creatures warning and approached the cage before reaching to grab the bird through the bars which caused the bid to bite the outstretched hand desperately. the result of the attack shocked both the bird and bellania who was watching because as soon as the beak of the bird latched unto nicks hand sparks flew and the sound of metal screeching filled the air as no harm was done to the hand at all. ironically nick knew that a trapped beast would react in this way so he was counting on it to make holding it still easier.

Nicks hand grabbed the bird by the neck and forcefully held it unto the bottom of the cage where it struggle pointlessly before nick stuck it with the needle and injected the black liquid into the creature before removing the now empty syringe and releasing the bird which immediately began to spasm on the floor of the cage. bellania was confused by nicks actions "i thought you said you were going to mutate the creature so why does it look like you are killing it?" she asked not understanding. nick laughed "i am mutating it the reason it is reacting like this is because the way i am causing it to mutate is completely against its will so instead of being a pleasurable experience as it would normally be it is extremely painful." he said without looking away from the creature in the cage.
