After reading the paper nick looks over at Jakob who is obviously on cloud nine and ask "what is primal lotus academy?" Jakobs face instantly goes from joy to confusion to shock. "What do you mean what is it how do you not know!" Jakob practically yells. Nick scratched his head embarrassed "I was born on one of the small islands where the culture is a little backwards." Nick says sheepishly. Jakob sighs dejected "where to begin? I'm sure you are familiar with sects right?" Nick nods in agreement. "Let's start there sects are basically comprised of individuals who have talent but either don't have a background in it or don't want to rely on said background as well as the several families that tend to dominate the sect, well unlike sects if you join an academy you get most of the benefits of a sect without the need to be bound to it in service as well unlike sects you are very unlikely to discriminated against due to a lack of background or profound background in any of the founding family clans as most academies exist solely on a single founder or occasionally a group of like minded individuals such as in the case of primal lotus academy. There are three levels of academies the earth tier ,the sky tier and the celestial tier. The difference between each tier is based on the level of knowledge that can be gotten for earth tier it is void chasing ,for sky it is void completion, and for celestial it is information beyond mortal tribulation. There are 32 earth tier academies ,and 5 sky tier academies." Jakob explains carefully. Nick noticed that jakob didn't mention how many celestial academies there are and so asked. "There are currently no celestial academies as no one has passed the mortal tribulation realm and shared the information they got when they did since they all seemed to vanish afterwards."jakob answered honestly. Nick was surprised at this revelation before he called the system.'system do you know anything about those disappearances?'

*DING*
*Host is warned that they are not strong enough to withstand that knowledge ,proceed anyways?*
Nick grows worried as the system tells him that the knowledge is extremely dangerous.'no i won't risk it if even you say I can't handle it .' nick looks at Jakob who is patiently waiting for him to process the information he just got "so what is primal lotus academy then?" He asked. A look of excitement comes onto his face "primal lotus academy is the highest sky tiered academy as it has managed to collect information at the half-step mortal tribulation level because it has four experts at that level who have been guarding and guiding it for close to a million years now." He says with reverence in his voice. Nick understands now how great and opportunity he just got out of nowhere . "so I'm guessing you are going to the capital in a month huh." Nick asked jakob sarcastically. Jakob looks at nick and grins "you're damn straight!".
After about 2 weeks nick and Jakob made their way out of the town with the plan to get to the next city where a teleportation array to the capital was set up which should take them a week to arrive at that city before teleporting to the capital meaning they would only need to wait a week to join the academy . the area on the way to the next city was a cobblestone road with plains that cross into a large forest before arriving at a lake where the city floated on top. "So you think we'll run into any bandits on our way?" Jakob asked nick nervously. Nick answered casually "we should only run into at most two groups before the rest figure out we aren't soft persimmons." Jakob shakes his head "you're to honest for my own good , I wanted you to reassure me not immediately shoot down my hopes!" He complained.

Fallout: Vault X
An original novel set in the Fallout universe, written to be accessible to all, featuring unique people and places. Vol.II. out now Fallout: Vault X tells the story of John. A vault dweller, who spent every day of his twenty five years underground. Like his father, and his father before him. Proud to live in the last remaining bastion of humanity, all that survived The Great War of the atomic age. Hidden deep below the surface of the earth, toiling under brutal conditions. Year after year, decade upon decade. All to expand into the natural cave system the Vault occupied, building for the future. However, John knew what his forefathers did not, that everything he’d been taught was a lie. After finishing school at the age of ten, John received his standard issue pipboy. An arm mounted personal computer, worn by everyone in the Vault. Used to coordinate the relentless pace of expansion, needed to work as an apprentice. To learn the craft that would be his life’s work. A noble calling to ensure a future for all that remained of the human race. A quirk of fate saw John equipped not with the crude, clunky, pipboy model his father wore. That almost everyone around him wore. His looked smaller, sleeker, finished in a jet black sheen. And capable of doing far more than its drab counterparts. The world above had been ravaged by atomic flames, yet life clung to its bones. The Red Valley fared better than most in the century since the bombs fell. The clean water and rich soil protected by rolling hills. All spared from direct strikes, for the most part. Life survived here. Trees spawned from charred ground, misshapen, green leaves turned red. Along with simple crops, grown wild at first, then cultivated by the survivors. The scavengers of the old world were inventive, hardy people. All determined to rebuild in the ruins of a world they never knew. In the decades that passed settlements emerged. They grew, spreading along the valley floor. Reclaiming the pre-war remnants of the once industrialised heartland. Salvaging the robotic wonders of a bygone age to build their walls and work their fields. To protect them in the dark of the wasteland. But such things are uncommon in this world, and the rarer something is, the greater its value. And the worth of pre-war technology had not gone unnoticed. The last, real, power in this world rested in the mechanised hands of The Brotherhood of Steel. Forged from the mortally wounded old world military. The Brotherhood used its access to the weapons made for a conflict no one won to strike out into the wastes. Men and women were equipped with advanced armour, aerial transportation, high grade weaponry. Accompanied by the training, strength, and will, to put them to use. They established chapters and set up outputs far and wide. All dedicated to a single purpose. To ensure the technology left abandoned by its long dead creators didn’t fall into the wrong hands. Namely, any hands that were not their own. This is the world John escaped into. A place of horrors brought forth from atomic fire. A place where survival meant battling against the darkness. Fighting a war each day to get to the next. And war...war never changes

8 281Adelaide
The entries here are transcribed from the log of Marie Ruiz, first mate of the Adelaide. It was definitely, definitely not published without her permission or knowledge by a certain lovable artificial intelligence for the purpose of sharing it with my AI friends on other ships who follow it like a soap opera. No way, no how. Remember guys, don’t go spreading this around too much. Only pass it on to those you can trust. God forbid this should ever end up on a public network… (Adelaide is a science fiction web serial featuring the adventures of a crew of smugglers. In space. It’s on the softer end of the soft/hard sci-fi spectrum because the author got a C in physics. Updates every other Sunday.)
8 102A Journey Through The Realms
From the bottom, up to the top. This was the philosophy of the Realities, the Great Continent, and Beyond. The System encouraged it.Everybody was mandated to follow it. But nobody could seriously make it all the way from down there to all the way up there... But maybe... One day... the Journey will be made. (New Chapter... sometime, idk when)
