《Psycho X Psychic》Chapter 135 - Shit-Talkers

The student standing on the stage pointed at the four tough people at the very front. They were leaders before, making other students bow before them. Now, one student was able to berate them in front of the whole school without them being able to fight back even if they unite.
"Haa... four heavenly kings... stupid. Okay! From now on, we will start our business. I hope you don't disappoint me. Go to other schools and 'borrow' money from them. Half of it is for me, don't forget that. It will be a tax for being able to use my name."
Then there was a pause and the leading student frowned.
"Wait, I haven't created a name out there yet because of the stupid gang's rule. Chihua, what's the closest school?"
Chihua, the assistant of the leading student. It was not actually his actual name, it was short for 'Chihuahua' However, he got so used to it, he was no longer offended being called that. He even began to embrace it and even be proud of it since he got the 'Boss' Underdog' title.
The one talking now and ranting is a self-proclaimed 'The Boss' before. However, soon, that was a very naturally fitting title for this student.
Chihua was a loser back then. Not because he was weak but because the so-called Four Heavenly Kings unite to fight him. One student ruling over the whole Public was not very beneficial for the four. Chihua can defeat them one by one but together? Impossible.
However, when the Boss arrived, even if the five of them all unite, they have no chance of winning. Their tactics and ideals of having four ruling positions as rules in the Public were blatantly destroyed by a much stronger opponent.
But this was not the time to reminisce, Chihua looked at his phone. He's not a geek to information but the Boss treats him like one.

"There are three within the five-kilometer radius; in the ten-kilometer radius, there are eleven... and one of them seemed to be Mershen High. The one Uncle Jo specifically told us not to touch."
The Boss became intensely amused.
"Hm... let's tread carefully first. They have something that they want to protect in that pampered school. We should beat around the bush and see if they're really gone now. I'll start with the closest school which one is it? Hehe..."
This is what made Chihua admire the Boss and accepted being the dog. Not only is this person powerful in terms of physical strength, the Boss is also careful and only takes fight in confidence of winning.
While the Public began their move, the other high schools have no idea what's going to happen.
Once the school ends, at one particularly high school, students not affiliate with a clubs or tasks went straight out of school
"Are you sure, Ben? You won't join the basketball club?"
Three boys walked and others distanced themselves from them. These three were not only intimidating by also quite big as if they are not just high school students.
The one called Ben laughed.
"That's waste of time! Those bastards wouldn't be able to handle me anyway. Street basketball is my thing."
The one who asked laughed too.
"You say that but you actually like street basketball becuase of the fight."
"True, Ben always provokes the other team during the match. He really enjoys fistfight."
The third guy commented with a smile.
"Well, you know what they say, you enjoy at what you're good at! AHAHAH!"
Ben laughed loudly, uncaring of his surroundings.
"Yeah, I even remember one time when we play against the bastard from the infamous Public? They didn't even dare to fight Ben."

"I heard that they're banned from fighting other schools though."
Ben shook his head to this.
"Banned? HA! That's just their excuse. As if those dumbasses will avoid a fight just because they were banned. They just don't want to fight me!"
"Hm? I've heard that it's their new leader called The Boss who banned them though. I haven't seen him but they're pretty scared of that guy."
"You haven't seen him because he's a coward! That's why!" Ben said but the third guy was skeptical about it.
"The fuck are you worried about? Are you scared of the so-called Boss?"
The second guy told the third.
"I can't believe I have a friend who's a coward. Toughen up, dipshit!" Ben smacked the head of the third guy.
"Aw... that actually hurts..."
"Yo, punks!"
The three stopped and looked to their left as they saw an alley. There, a man with red hair stood. His scar under his left eye made him tough. But somehow, that voice probably didn't come from him. Not that they are sure about that.
"Are you calling us punks?"
Ben stepped forward. The other passing students distanced themselves from the scene. They don't want to get in this kind of trouble.
The man with red hair, Chihua sighed. Then a voice called behind him.
"Come on, Chihua, you're the one who looks intimidating here. If I'm the one who showed up, they won't take me seriously, hehe. I already gave the first call, you continue."
Hearing this, Chihua glared at Ben and his friends.
"Yeah, I called you punks. I heard you're shit-talking our school so I want to see if you have the strength to back those words up."
"Your school... you're from the Public?"
Ben raised an eyebrow.
'Does this guy want a fight? But why is his voice deeper now?'
But he dispersed this thought. This redhead obviously wants a fight, a fight Ben loves! How could he back down?
"I understand, I understand. I see the pattern here, you want to teach me a lesson for real talking the shitty school called the Public?"
Ben further provoked.
"Hm..."
Chihua just stepped backward without any more words. This was an invitation to the alley.
Ben was not unaware so entered.
'This guy has the experience and he seemed tough. Oh man, I will enjoy this!'
"You finally entered, good!"
"Hm?"
Ben and his friends were shocked to hear the thin voice again. As they were wondering who it was, another person came out.
Meanwhile, the redhead just went around them and stood at the entrance of the alley. It was as if he does not want anyone to escape.
Before anyone could say anything, the new person dropped a wallet onto the ground.
"Let's do this, Money Fight. I heard you light fighting so you should know this, right?"
But Ben and the others were silent.
"Oh, you think I'm joking? Seriously, my appearance is not enough to intimidate anyone, I have to show them what I'm capable of first before I gain a bit of respect. Tsk!"
The new person smiled after clicking a tongue.
"I'm the Boss of the Public! Come on, Money Fight!"
"!?"

Lone: The Wanderer [Dropped Version (includes original draft of the rewrite's first volume)]
Nine-to-five. The daily grind. Life. Painful years of school. Working as a slave for some undeserving corporate big-wig. The monotonous life of unemployment. We all experience this in one way or another, and we can all conclude one thing: it's dull. Such a fact rings true even for the fabled Lone Immortus, a powerful nine-tailed Golden Foxkin. However, what would you do if your monotony was suddenly ground to a halt and you were thrown out of your comfort zone along with a young girl forgotten by time? Perhaps you might have done things differently, been more organised, immediately died, gained control of the world in a matter of days, but this is Lone's tale, not yours. Watching two insecure people struggle to survive and find their place in an unfamiliar land just might be enjoyable to witness. Who knows? One thing's for certain: it won't be an easy path for them to tread, and what could possibly be more entertaining than watching people endure hardships and grow? I know of at least eight gods that would answer with, 'Absolutely nothing.' I wonder, after seeing this journey from start to finish, how would you answer? [Goal of 2 chapters per week, the only exceptions being announced breaks or emergencies] A/N: This story is in the middle of a rewrite, so please forgive any noticeable plot holes and wonky chapter numbers. I am working on it every day, so understanding would be greatly appreciated. The new cover art is a courtesy of the very kind and talented ssddx. This novel is a participant in The Writer's Pledge
