Jessica smiled mischievously as she spoke "Why don't you get have some fun with her then"

Robert turned around to glare at her with a dark gaze and a cold expression saying "Is this a joke to you. I am seriously interested in her but you still dare to say such things."

Jessica was immediately scared by his expression and stepped back as she looked at him, she knew that Rachel would never be a joke to him but was his reaction not a little too cold. She shook her head helplessly and said "How would I know that you are serious when I have seen you do this all the time."

He glared at her for bringing this up but she was not wrong, he had been doing this for a long time now to satisfy his hunger. Now when he thought about it, he never had this kind of thought for Rachel, he didn't wish to fool around with her or use her as his food, he wanted it know her better. He just couldn't get this person out of his head and he wondered if she had used some magic on him.

He closed his eyes to let his anger dissipate a little and when it did, he opened his eyes and said with a low voice "I have never seen her as my food or as a tool for my p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e. I just feel something different towards her that I have never felt."

Jessica almost smiled in excitement but she controlled it with some difficulty as she spoke "I understand now so I am sorry for what I said earlier."

He breathed in heavily as he said "I get it that you out had your reasons but I need to leave now, you continue with your work."

After he left a smile appeared on Jessica's face as she said to herself "Looks like I don't have to put in much effort as this is going to come from inside but I had to use magic on Rachel for a few times so she might take time to have those feelings. I can only depend on you to make a move on her, brother." Later she too started getting ready as she had to leave.

Rachel on the other hand went to Robert and asked him what she was going to do to save Ray's wife. Charles told her a few things and said "A few people would be reporting to the company directly and they will know that you are in charge. They will listen to your orders and you can do whatever you have to do next."

Rachel nodded her head understandingly and then said "Thanks Dad, I will leave then."

Charles nodded his head and let her leave and he said "I have also assigned a partner for you."

Rachel just nodded thinking that her father was just worried about her and nothing was wrong about it but she didn't know what her parents were setting her up for. She went to the company to solve some matters that had suddenly cropped up and needed her urgent attention while she waited for the team her father had arranged for her.

She knew that they were coming from a faraway place so she waited for them patiently until they arrived. She was only irritated by the person who had not arrived and that was her partner in this, she knew this person loved in the same city so he should have been the first to come but he was not even the last.

They waited for a while but when he was still not there Rachel rolled her eyes and without the care of this person, she began to explain the team about the mission. They had already waited for long and if this person didn't have any respect for time then it was better if he didn't come, she was better of without this person. She told the team about the mission and how every step was important and had to be taken carefully in order to avoid problems as a person's life depended on it. They understood and immediately nodded softly she assigned everyone with a task and said "We will leave for this then."

The team didn't have any information about another leader so according to them only she was going to be there so they naturally agreed. They were about to leave her office when a man entered her office, she knew that this mist be her partner so without looking at him, she said in an intimidating tone "You are late so you can leave, we are already leaving."

The other person laughed and didn't reply to her words instead he said "What a coincidence, we meet again."

Her eyes immediately snapped towards the door and looking at the person she froze. She then said to her team to wait for her outside and then turned to this person again with her eyes narrowed and anger flashing in it "What are you doing here?"

He smiled at her and said "What do you think, darling?"

Rachel gritted her teeth and had an urge to smack his face but she held back and said "Use your words carefully if you still wish to live and if you can't value time, you are not welcome here."

He still smiled and said "I am already assigned for this position so you can't send me back."

Rachel smirked "I can and I am."

She said this and walked out of her office, Robert came behind her and as if she had not said anything, he stood behind her without her knowledge and before she could leave, he introduced himself "Hello, I am Robert and I will be your leader along with this lady."

Rachel felt irritated and turned around to glare at him "No he will not be."

He smiled at her and said "So unfair that you treat me like this."

She looked at him angrily "Is it wrong to treat you like this when you can't be punctual as a team leader."

He put on a sad face as he spoke "It is indeed unfair that you didn't even ask me for the reason of being late."

Rachel gulped because that was true, she just didn't want to work with him as soon as she saw him so she used the perfect reason that she had found to send him away but right now she was not going to give in to his words so she spoke as well "Whatever may be the reason, it is not good to be late when we have something important to do."

Robert knew that she was resist to work with him because he had been flirting with him at all the occasions, not that he was going to stop but right now to he had specially taken this job to stay besides her so how could he leave. He didn't want to waste any more time either in this useless chatter so he said with a straight face "So you mean to say that an old lady who met with an accident, sending her to the hospital was wrong on my part and I should not have done that and come here straight for this mission in which the victim is for sure safe for now and will be for some more time, the way you have arranged."

Rachel was rendered speechless, she could not have imagined the leader of the evil witches helping an old lady, she could not believe that he was telling the truth 'How could he be so nice?'

She looked at him and said, her tone a soft one now and her eyes a lot less colder "How do I know you are not merely making up a story?"

He smiled and spoke "You sure don't trust people easily but I have the proof as I can take you to that old lady for her to confirm, she was badly injured but she was still conscious and in a lot of pain."

Rachel looked at his challenging eyes and she finally believed his words as she said "Fine you can come but next time be on time."

He smiled and nodded his head "It won't happen until there is an emergency situation like this."

Rachel nodded her head as she could not act unreasonably and then began to explain him everything "When I say the results this morning they were according to what I wanted and it showed that the company was loosing money, now that they have this illusion, they will keep his wife safe. I have already done the investigation and found out the place where they have hidden her but she is being guarded by high security which is not the greatest problem. The greatest problem is that there is a bomb attached to her chair, if she gets up it will explode and if anyone finds out anything is wrong they will just press the button and she will die."

Robert nodded his head, his gaze serious "So we have to be very careful."

He then looked at Rachel "You must have a plan then."
