The moonlight fell on her face made her look exceptionally beautiful and as she had been overworking herself the tiredness on her face was visible too but it didn't hinder her beauty instead added a different charm to it. He lowered his head and pushed her hair behind her ear and stared at her face for a long time until his gaze landed on her lips and the alcohol in his body took effect.

His lips subconsciously moved towards her while his hand was on her cheek and just when he was about to plant a kiss on her lips, she flipped around and let out a tired m.o.a.n as it had been days since she had slept properly. He came back to his senses and immediately got up to go to his own room. He went to take a shower to calm himself and his racing heart down.

The three weeks that Robert needed had already passed and he had already strengthened his company in this time, he just wanted to stir up trouble now so that the queen would kill him but before that he wanted to kick out the strongest company in the market. He had been putting in all the efforts and Rachel had been blocking all of them, he didn't get a chance to attack her even for once, his opponent was too strong and he had underestimated her. He decided to attack at night when everyone would be sleeping but Rachel was too cleaver and she blocked all his attack by pulling a few nights and only sleeping for a while.

Now that she was asleep, she was put to a disadvantage against the immortal who had no problem remaining awake for as long as possible. He decided to attack and take her company down and now that she was not awake, it was easy for him to bring her company down by half of her profits. Jessica too had been keeping an eye on her brother and she immediately called Rachel when she saw this but she was not picking up the call. She could not give up and called Oliver and when he picked up, he heard an anxious voice "Where is Rachel, the company profits.... give her the phone."

Oliver didn't have any other choice but to go to her room and wake up. Jessica's panicked state was transferred to her as he woke Rachel up and said "Quick wake up there is something wrong with the company, it's Jessica."

Rachel who had just woken up took her time to process what was going around her as she was still feeling dizzy because of all the drinking and when she finally understood, she took Oliver's phone with her eyes open wide "Dammit this man is really cunning."

She then asked Jessica "What did he do?"

Jessica told her about the situation and she said "I have already set up my company over here and it has taken the top place in the market that is why I was a little relaxed and this sly fox just couldn't let go of an opportunity. Now that it has come to this and I have achieved what I wanted to here, I will return back."

She then called her other assistant and said "Talk to Mr. Bain in the morning and tell him that I had to leave due to an emergency at my company. Tell him that I will be coming here more often in the future and we will meet again. Now I will leave everything over here to you but I will have my eyes on all the work so I don't want anything to go wrong or it will cost you your job."

He replied "Don't worry Ma'am, I won't let you down."

"I hope not."

She cut the call and made arrangements for her private helicopter which she had bought with the profits she had made which arrived within half an hour and it was enough time for her to pack. She looked at Oliver and asked "Do you want to come with me or will you return later."

He replied instantly "I will come back later as I still have to work on this project that I have signed."

Rachel nodded with a smile "Alright then, you should take care of yourself and when you return please arrange for the security of the apartment because I could not do that as you can see I have to rush back in a hurry."

He nodded "Don't worry I will take care of everything, if you need any help, just let me know and I will be there."

She smiled and nodded her head and then returned back to her company in the helicopter which landed on the her terrace. Once she was there, she rushed to her office and the main staff was called in too. She assessed the situation and began to act accordingly fighting with all her might, she was too tired but she did not take a break since the time she had received the news, she had been trying to reverse the situation but it was not improving at all.

Rachel's mood was dangerous and anyone who went into her office to talk to her came out crying but they had no choice but to bear with it and when they could not take it, they went to look for Jessica who was busy working too.

Seeing so many people approaching her, she looked up and asked "What's wrong, why are you here?"

One of them was on the verge of crying "Ma'am we have to have the boss's approval before taking a few actions but she has become impossible to talk to."

Jessica looked at the computer and the thing she was working on and then back at everyone, she took in a deep breath and said "Tell me what you need approval for and I will deal with it."

When they heard this, everyone looked at her with thankful eyes and as if they had met their savior, they gave her the tasks and pulling up all her courage, she went into Rachel's office without knocking.

Rachel was engulfed in her work and when she noticed someone enter, she shouted without even looking up "How dare you enter without permission, do you not want your job."

Jessica now knew that it was not easy to manage her anger with just simple words so she shouted back at her "You dare fire me."

Rachel was dumbstruck when she heard these words and even more shocked when she looked up to see that it was Jessica, she came back to herself "How dare you shout at me, have you lost your sense of respect anyways what do you want, tell me quickly I don't have time to waste."

Jessica said in a calm tone "Fine, I will leave as your time is way too precious and you can sit back and loose everything you have left of this company."

Rachel paused her work and got up from her seat to stand in front of the window that was on the side, she pushed it open and took in a deep breath then said "I am sorry for behaving like a jerk but the company is collapsing and this is the first time I am not sure what to do. This person is too powerful."

Jessica went closer to her and now that she was ready to talk her tone lowered "So are you thinking of giving up so easily."

Rachel looked at her "How can I this was a gift given to me by my parents and I can't just destroy it within a month, I am fighting for it."

Jessica placed a hand on her shoulder "We have to work as a team so you have to tell everyone what to do only then can you succeed."

Rachel took in another breath "I know, I was wrong, tell them to come in and I will deal with everything calmly."

Jessica smiled "Good now that is what I want to hear and remember you are a queen, you have to deal with all the things calmly."

She turned around to leave when Rachel said "Jess, Thanks"

She smiled at her "I will always be there for you, don't worry."

She nodded and went back to doing her work this time with a calm demeanor. She first went through everything again and tried to start over her work, this time she finally had a little success and she said looking at the screen "You messed with the wrong person, I will make you pay for it."

The people who wanted her permission for things were also dealt with calmly and they were happy. Her temper had a benefit that all the people working did their work very diligently without making much mistakes and made things easier for her. All of them pulled an all nighter and as they were being paid very well everyone was working with her as it was their own company. The company's condition did not improve even when Charles offered his help, he gave up hope and left everything to Rachel. After three days Jessica came to Rachel's office and said "This is bad, the company is crashing."
