Jessica froze on her place as she didn't know how to answer that but after a few seconds she said "Why would I do that?"

Rachel looked at her and narrowed her eyes "Are you sure because I felt that."

Jessica was now turning nervous "Rachel are you suspecting me of using my magic on you. I know the consequences of that so I would think before doing it."

Rachel gave it a thought and finally decided to give up on the topic "Well I guess you are right, it's already so late, let's go to sleep."

Jessica nodded her head "Hmm"

Rachel lay down on the bed and because she was too tired, she quickly went off to sleep. Jessica heaved a sigh of relief and after she made sure, Rachel was asleep, she went out. Jamie had been anxiously waiting for her and when she came Jamie looked at her with questioning eyes "I did it but I was almost caught."

Jamie too heaved a sigh of relief "Thank God you managed the situation."

Jessica nodded and said "I will come back but I need to see my brother first."

Jamie went quiet for a while then she nodded her head and said "I will accompany you."

Both of them went to Jessica's place and entered Robert's bedroom where he was lying motionless, it was like a stab in their chest when Jamie finally looked at Jessica "Are you going to keep him here?"

Jessica shook her head and looked up to meet Jamie's gaze "What should I do?"

Jamie took out her wand and signalled Jessica to do the same, Jessica immediately understood what she wanted and took out her wand both of them combined their powers and used it on Robert to have his would healed.

A moment of silence passed which was broken by Jamie "Weak him in a warm environment before we proceed next."

Jessica cried "What is Rachel remembers everything and Robert is not there will she be able to handle the position of the queen."

Jamie hugged her "Don't worry we will be there for her and she is strong moreover a queen, she can handle this pain."

Jessica nodded and then covered her brother with a blanket when Jamie said "Don't keep him here for too long."

Jessica was too heartbroken to speak that she merely nodded her head. She looked at her brother one last time before returning with back with Jamie. She tiptoed into Rachel's room making sure not to wake her up and then went to bed before finally falling asleep.

Next morning it was Jessica who woke up first and went downstairs to see that Jamie was already in the kitchen, she smiled and said "Mom you woke up early."

Jamie turned around and smiled back at her "So did you and since I woke up early while everyone was asleep so I decided to make something good for breakfast."

Jessica smiled "Smells delicious, I can't wait to taste it. Can I help?"

"No darling just wait for it and we will eat together."

Jessica nodded and then after a while she asked "Now that you have asked Rachel to handle the business are you staying here or going back."

Jamie turned around to look at her "She is grown up now and she needs to live alone moreover we have decided to live the rest of our lives in peace and somewhere close to nature. After you find a nice university to go to and are all settled with the company we will leave."

Jessica gave it a thought then said "I have decided to study in the same university as Rachel while I help her and later when she is completely fine on her own I will move back to my place."

Jamie nodded with a smile "Off course you can dear after all you will find someone and will want to live together and she is also going to..."

Jessica cut her "I know what you are saying."

Jamie laughed at how Jessica blushed "But you have to promise me to come and meet us more often."

Jessica nodded "Off course I will that goes without saying."

"Good then"

Soon Charles too came downstairs and as if he was enchanted by the delicious aroma he went straight to the kitchen without noticing Jessica and hugged Jamie from behind "Mnn, smells delicious."

Jamie blushed "Really, it's not even ready yet but it will taste even more delicious just wait for it."

Charles put up a mischievous smile and kissed her lips then he said passionately "I bet it won't taste as good as you, I want to eat you right now."

Jamie's cheeks began to burn and she wished she could dig a whole and Barry herself into it, she felt so embarrassed that even until now he had not noticed his surroundings. Rachel had already come downstairs and she had a wide grin on her face as she teased "Come on Dad, it's early in the morning."

Charles quickly let go of Jamie and said "When did you come here."

Rachel walked to the kitchen counter "When you were going to eat mom up but that's not the point I am used to you talking like that so I have a suggestion to make and that is scan the room before you flirt because it makes others uncomfortable. Jessica was already there before you came and look at her now."

Jessica looked at her and whispered "Do you have to drag me into this?"

Rachel smiled at her and Charles kissed Jamie again "You are going to be doing all this stuff to one day when you find the one you love so get used to it I love my wife."

Rachel laughed "Fine I was just joking, you are the best couple I have seen so now what are you cooking mom."

Jamie pushed Charles out of the kitchen and said "Wait on the table, I will do everything you all are so irritating."

Everyone let out a laugh and then went to sit on the table, soon Jamie brought the food over and sat down with them before they began to eat.

Charles looked at the girls and asked "So what have you decided about the university."

Rachel looked at him "I am going to apply today and it will be easier as the top one is in our city only."

Charles nodded "Will you be able to handle the company along with your studies."

Rachel looked at him and said "Don't you trust me Dad."

Charles placed a hand over hers "Off course I do that why I gave everything to you. It's just that I don't want you to feel pressurised with anything and tell me if you need me."

Rachel smiled "Dad, I will let you know whenever I need your help so you have to be relaxed."

He nodded and then told her that he and Jamie would be leaving once everything was settled. She understood and didn't say anything so they had a peaceful breakfast where everyone kept praising Jamie of her good food and Charles kept flirting with her. Seeing Charles and Jamie flirt a few blurry images flashed in Rachel's mind and her head began to hurt. She was done eating her food so she said with a smile "I will go change now and then go to the company to check everything."

Charles and Jamie nodded but Jessica knew something was wrong so she followed her. As they entered the room Rachel sat on the bed massaging her temples, she then looked at Jessica "Seeing mom and dad flirting, my head suddenly began to hurt but this has never happened before and my heart feels so uneasy."

Jessica hugged her and said "Maybe it is because you want that kind of love too."

Rachel glared at her as if that was the stupidest thing she had ever heard "Something is wrong."

Jessica didn't know how to comfort her anymore so she just sat there hugging her thinking of a way to distract her when a witch suddenly appeared in the room and bowed in front of Rachel, her voice panicked "Your Highness"

Rachel got up and with a frown on her forehead she asked "What's wrong?"

The witch straightened up but her tone was still panicked "Your Highness the castle is under attack. The witches are handling it but it is getting out of control and there are polymorphs too with the evil witches. They still think we don't have a queen."

Rachel nodded her head "You go first, I will send a signal to all the witches on earth to gather them before I come."

The witch nodded and spread her wings before she went away. Rachel looked at Jessica and said "You go first with Mom, I will come in a few minutes."

Jessica bowed and as this was the queen's order she said "Yes, my queen."

Rachel closed her eyes and as there was a hidden signal that a queen could send to all the witches in case of an emergency she sent it. All the witches had to gather no matter what they were doing because protecting their homeland was their priority.
