Jamie recovered very soon but Charles was not ready to take her home so she had to stay at the hospital but that was the worst thing that happened because she was irritating everyone with her orders. They were preparing a welcome party for the baby and Jamie wanted it to be perfect as it was a surprise for her best friend too so she had been irritating everyone.

Rachel and Robert had been doing all the work as Charles's was by Jamie's side and James was with Daisy taking care of the baby. Everyone knew about this party except Daisy but no one was there to help those 2 with anything.

It had been 3 days since they were preparing everything and most of the headache was Rachel's. Robert was helping her and doing everything she said but the sad part was that he didn't know how to prepare for a party.

Jamie had been bugging her for 3 days and when she asked her to come to the hospital once again and cut the call. Rachel turned towards Robert "Ahh, I am irritated she has been bugging me for so long as if this is my first time doing something."

Robert hugged her to calm her down and said softly "Did she call you again."

Rachel nodded furiously against his chest and said "What should I do, it's too much for a single person."

Robert softly creased her hair "Come I will go with you and then we will do the rest of the shopping."

Rachel replied in a dejected tone "Can't you go alone."

He smiled and placed a kiss on her lips "Come with me."

Her mood was not elevated but she still agreed "Alright, let's get this over with."

Then she turned to look at Robert "You know what it's not that difficult to deal with a pregnant lady than it is to deal with a post pregnant lady."

He smiled and patted her head again "Sure it is but she is your mother so be patient and come with me."

Rachel puffed up her cheeks "Okay"

He found her so cute at this moment that he just wanted to pull her into a kiss right at that moment. He resisted his temptation and took her to the hospital where Jamie was impatiently waiting for her. As soon as she entered the room and went to Jamie's side, she pulled her to sit on the bed side and started speaking anxiously "Rachel have you started the decoration, did you buy the poster I told you and the gift. Please tell me you are handling everything well, only if I could go home but Charles is so stubborn and won't let me go. I just wanted to do everything myself."

Charles looked at her sternly "Don't think I will let you go."

Rachel who was already furious now burst into anger "Fine if you don't trust me then just find someone who can handle your tantrums. I am done with you and I can't work like this, if you can't even trust your daughter then I don't know what will you do. I am leaving just as in someone else to do it."

She stomped out of the room in anger and left everyone frozen on their spot, no one understood what happened and everyone was in daze until finally Robert ran behind her.

When she turned into a quiet and empty corner he pulled her by her waist and grabbed her tightly closer to his chest but she pushed him away. He was pushed away because he was caught off guard and didn't expect that to happen, she spoke angrily "Get lost, I don't want you here. I don't want anyone here."

He was now angered by her tantrums and this time he pulled her closer with all his force but he was cautious enough to not hurt her. He kissed her lips slowly and passionately burning all her anger into tears. Tears rolled down her eyes vigorously and she slowly began to melt into the kiss closing her eyes.

When she had completely calmed down, Robert pulled away and said angrily "Is this the way you talk to your mother?"

All her melted anger began to surface again and she shouted "She is being so unreasonable and I am dealing with it since 3 days what did you expect me to do."

He didn't want to create a mess at the hospital so he hugged her and carefully looked around to see that there was no one and no cameras and then he disappeared with her. After they reached home Robert made her sit on the bed and began to explain politely "Do you know why I have never harmed my mother even though she is an evil person. Do you really think that I had chances and I could not kill her. It was not because I could not kill her, it was because my subconscious never let me do that. What I mean to say is that at this point you mother is emotional because of all the hormonal changes, think about it when you were a child and you would cry for unreasonable things. Don't tell me you didn't do that because I will never believe it, as children we always do unreasonable things but the point is did your mother shout at you. No she talked to you politely, listened to every stupid story of yours patiently no matter how many times you repeated it then why can't you do the same. If she has given you so much don't you think this is too little on your part to give."

Tears began to flow through Rachel's eyes, he had shown her a big picture of where she was wrong and what she should not have done. She could have easily told he mother to relax and told her that she would handle everything perfectly but what did she do.

She wiped away her tears and then with her wide and clear eyes looked at Robert and said "Take me to her"

He didn't say anything and took her directly to Jamie's room. Rachel quickly ran to her mother but before she could say anything, Jamie hugged her and began to speak "I am so sorry for doing this but it never mean to didn't trust you. I trust you with my life sweetie please get that thought out of your head."

Rachel smiled at her mother and began to speak "You don't have to say sorry, it was me who was wrong to shout at you. I was wrong and I said so many mean things in anger, please forgive me mom."

Jamie placed a kiss on her forehead "It's okay sweetie as long as you are not angry."

Rachel nodded her head saying that she was not angry and then she held Jamie's hands and began to speak politely "I am sorry for saying I won't be preparing for the party in fact I am so excited about it that I can't stop but mom you have to promise me one thing."

Jamie nodded "Alright I won't pester you."

Rachel smiled at her mother and spoke in a polite tone "You never pester me but you have to promise not to worry about the party and just take care of yourself. Just trust me and I will take care of the rest."

"Alright if it is about trusting my daughter then I am not worried about anything and you can do whatever you want. I know whatever it is will be the best."

"I know it is for your best friend and you had many plans so I will wait for it, prepare a list and give it to me, I will take care of the rest."

Jamie's face brightened up with a smile on listening to this and she almost jumped out of the bed "Really"

Her happiness was so infectious that even Rachel smiled widely "Off course, you know you best friend better than me so just do it."

"Alright then I will send you the list by tomorrow and until then you can take a break."

Rachel nodded and then she left the room with Robert with a smile plastered on her face all the while. Both of them left in the car, they had initially come in. Although this was a slower route for Robert than teleportation, he didn't mind it as long as the person sitting next to her was Rachel but at the same time he could not wait for the ride to finish because he wanted to do so much with her than just drive.

Rachel was so happy and so grateful towards Robert at this moment because he made her realize a huge mistake she had made, she just wanted to kiss him so badly but on the other hand disturbance during driving was dangerous to so she sat in the seat impatiently until there was a red light stop. She was about to move towards Robert and place a kiss on his lips when suddenly her seat was pushed back.
