As they entered the big hall, Charles came running towards them "Where were you, I was so worried when I didn't see you."

Rachel smiled and replied "Dad, you worry for nothing, we were just looking around."

Charles expression softened at his daughters words and then he said "Now that you are here, come with me and stay close because we will be leaving soon."

Rachel felt relaxed hearing that and after her dad left she turned to Robert to say "I feel relieved that we are leaving soon but I am sad that there will be no drama for me to enjoy anymore."

Robert laughed at her words and then quietly followed her around when she bumped into Alex again. He was about to run seeing Robert behind her but Rachel stopped him "Are you alright?"

He had fear lurking in his eyes as he nodded "What about you?"

Rachel smiled and questioned him instead "Do I look like I am not alright."

He quickly shook his hand and then Rachel looked into his fearful eyes and quickly comforted him "Relax, he was just angry with me earlier and now that I have explained what happened to him, he won't act rashly and I am really sorry for his behavior."

She then quickly turned to Robert, starting into his eyes waring him to apologize or she would not talk to him. If it was in the past, he could never have thought about apologizing to anyone but for this woman he spoke "Sorry" without any sincere feeling but as long as he said that, Rachel was satisfied and gave him a smile.

Alex nodded and said "It fine"

Rachel then looked at him and with a lot of trouble she spoke "Can you not mention what happened earlier to anyone."

He smiled politely "You have my word for it, you are my best friend and I would never do anything to rat you out."

Rachel smiled satisfied and then after a few more exchange of words he left. Soon Charles came back and all of them left the party after greeting the host.

After a few days Rachel got a call from David and she quickly picked up excited about what it was and as soon as she did she was greeted with scolding "Didn't I tell you that I have to assign you to an important mission and you dare not come to me to even ask the details."

Rachel quickly apologized and said "I am sorry, I will come right away."

As soon as the call was cut, Robert looked at her with a disappointed look and said "Do you really have to do this, just let it be and live a normal life."

Rachel smiled "You worry for nothing, I love to do exciting things so I can't just give it up like that."

Robert had a grim look on his face but he did not reply knowing that it was useless to argue with this person. He had no option but to go along with her to protect her so he shook his head in disappointment and went after her "Let's go then."

Rachel was way too excited for the mission as she had not done something this exciting, she did not consider the trouble with the creatures that were not human as she was only harmed in those situations but missions like these where she could get to fight with the people of her own level and most importantly humans ignited a spark inside her. She was practically hopping up and down which made Robert smile too, he simply could not help but let go of his anger. He smiled at the woman in front of her and said "Let's go now or do you want to get scolded again."

She shook her head and quickly went to change into her outfit that was given to her to be worn for the missions and at the same time Robert too changed his clothes. Both of them soon left to meet up with David. He was impatiently moving around in his room, Rachel had never seen him this anxious so she understood that the situation right now was dire and she had to be on full alert mode.

She went ahead, her expression was filled with worry and asked without greeting him as she felt that the situation was not right for the exchange of the greetings "What's wrong, David?"

David was pulled out of his thoughts and it was when Rachel spoke that he realized their presence, he quickly held Rachel's hand and said "I had been waiting for you, it is a really dangerous mission, are you ready."

Rachel laughed in her mind thinking how there were polymorphs and an immortal after her life after her life and here he was worried about mere humans harming her. She was sure of her skills that had already been upgraded trying to fight for her life that she didn't need anyone to protect her moreover she knew with Robert by her side, she had nothing to fear as he would not let any harm befall her.

We don't have solid proof so we can't catch him and even if we did, he is way to powerful to suppress everything. He is also very powerful physically, no one has ever seen him as he keeps on getting plastic surgery done if ever someone sees him so we don't know how he looks. I called you here urgently because I have received the news that a lot models he had an eye on went missing and we are not sure if they will return. Moreover boss if also coming to lead this mission and I will be there too, we need to implement on whatever we had been practicing and preparing."

Rachel was in shook hearing this, her blood boiled and she immediately left the need to kill this bastardized the instant she saw him. How could he even live peacefully, she thought to herself but then it was what these idiots did. This case was really more than she thought, how were they going to deal with the situation when they didn't even know how the person looked. It was a good thing that her father was personally coming for this mission as he would really have something wise to say.

As she was thinking about all this Robert wrapped his arm around her and said "Don't worry, I will be there by your side all the time."

She smiled "I am not worried about that, I was thinking how are we going to fight if we have not even seen the person."

"Don't worry your father will come up with something good."

She nodded her head, they had this conversation when David was not paying attention to them because she didn't ever want to tell anyone that the boss was her father or she would be treated way more differently and nicely which would not be good for her learning skills.

David soon turned his attention to them and said "You should go and practice for a while and also go to the weapon room to get the best weapons that you can use and would require on this mission, boss will be a little late because of some work."

Both of them nodded and left as they were outside Robert asked "Where do you want to go first?"

Rachel's eyes shone brightly as if a child's would if he was asked if he wanted a pack of ice cream and she replied in excitement "Off course, I want to go to the weapon room first. I want to take some guns and bullets so that I can practice shooting first."

Robert had a look of helplessness on his face as he looked at her and how she was excited about something so dangerous. Her blood was boiling with excitement and she could not wait to go on the mission as soon as possible.

She ran towards her destination and Robert followed behind her a helpless smile on his face. As she entered the room, her eyes shone brightly at the sight she saw as she had never been here before. It was that she was always provided with the weapons but this was the first time she was given the permission to choose and take whatever she liked.

She had been wanting to visit this room for so long but as this was a restricted area and could only be entered with permission, she could do nothing but wait until she was allowed to enter. Finally her wait had come to an end and she was looking around her as if some woman was looking at rare pieces of jewelry to wear.

She grazed through every shelf of gun and other weapons that were lying there, she then picked up what she felt was the best and turned to Robert "Do you want something?"

Robert thought for a while and then replied "Yes, I do want something."

At his words Rachel felt shocked because she had thought he would say he didn't want anything because she knew whoever he was against, he would not require any weapon so she asked confused "What is it?"
