Soon the table was set and all of them sat down for dinner. As Charles looked at Jacob he felt happy because he saved them but his heart raced and he felt uneasy around him. As they sat Jacob passed them the wine glasses he had prepared. They had their dinner and Jacob praised them for it and after they finished their wine Charles started feeling dizzy and Jamie fell unconscious. Charles realized the situation and suddenly stood up and tried holding Jacob's by his neck but fell down with a thud. Jacob's laughter started ringing in his ears as he spoke "It's too late, she probably won't remember anything."

Charles's eyes widened and he could only manage to say "you...you...you..." before falling unconscious.

Jacob rushed to their room and searched the whole room until he found their marriage certificate, pocketing them he hurried downstairs and ran towards Jamie, moving closer to her he touched her lips and giving a devilish smile said "Now you are mine" then planted a kiss on her lips. He picked her up and rushed towards his car, placing her in he drove at a full speed and felt like the happiest man.

Jamie woke up with a throbbing headache and Jacob entered the room with a cup of tonic saying "Here sweetie have this and you will be fine." Jamie tried to think but she didn't find any memory of the person in her head so she was confused "Who are you?"

"Don't you remember me." he pretended while she was asleep he had put a ring on her finger and another on his to show that they were engaged "You must have hit your head hard, I am your fiance." he said showing the ring.

Jamie's head hurt but she believed him. The tablet he put in Jamie's wine had removed her memory for past few years so she did not remember anything about Charles.

"Oh, I am sorry but I can't remember anything.What happened to me?"

"I was cooking dinner for you and I heard you scream so I rushed towards the voice and saw you had fallen down the stairs and your head was covered in blood so I rushed you to the hospital and you were in coma for about a month and I only brought you back yesterday on doctor's advice after you were completely fine."

Jamie let out an "Oh"

"Don't think much just get some rest, and drink it first" he said pointing towards the cup and smiled.

Jamie smiled back "I am sorry I don't remember anything."

"It's Okay dear, we will make new memories." he said kissing her forehead.

By now Jamie had completely fallen into his trap so she blushed and asked him to sit next to her.

He sat down next to her on bed "You should get some rest."

"Hmm, hug me to sleep." she smiled

He hugged her and his devilish smile appeared when she was not able to see. After a few minutes of celebrating victory he spoke again "Let's get married soon."

"Hmm" saying this she went to sleep.
