Next morning when Jamie woke up, she had gained quiet a lot of strength so she decided to escape. She looked around the room and found a small window, but big enough for her to escape, on some height of the room. She had to find something to reach that height so first she placed a table below the window and a chair on the top of the table which was high enough for her to easily escape as she jumped out of the window she fell with a loud thud. She ran to a corner before anyone could catch her and as she expected all the maids and servants gathered, opened the room to check on her but could not find anyone and there was a chaos all over. She took advantage and tried to escape but someone held her hand and pulled her closer whispering in her ear "Tonight you will definitely be punished for trying to escape and so would be Charles."

Before Jamie could be happy for escaping, Jack's words sent chills to her heart and she was frozen on the spot with fear. Jack moved more closer to her, kissing her neck which slowly turned into biting, he then moved his hand under her top making her cry but before he could do anything, he was interrupted by a call. Jamie was relieved when she escaped his grip, while Jack took the call, Jamie took advantage of the situation and escaped into the dense forest next to the house she was captured in. Jamie ran as fast as she could but at last she fainted due to hunger and fatigue injuring her ankle before which she was sure that she would be caught again but when she woke up she found herself in a totally different place which was huge and empty. She felt her heart racing out of fear and before she could find out where she was a young man entered the room. He was very tall, elegant and handsome, he had an attractive aura around him. Before Jamie could say anything, he spoke with a mesmerizing voice "Both the brothers have been punished and they are in prison now and we found a man who was tortured badly by them, he is send to hospital."

Jamie could not utter a single word her voice was stuck in her throat she began crying and could only bring herself to say Charles name. The man came closer to her and holding her in his hands he asked "What's wrong, why are you crying?"

She cried louder and then finally spoke after a long while "He is my husband, can you please take me to the hospital."

Jamie did not look into his eyes but a fire burned in his eyes how could such a beautiful woman be already married. He was the richestand most attractive man, all girls would go crazy about her but he was cold to them all and for the first time he was attracted to someone, she was already married but he held himself back and replied "Yes I will take you there but before that you should freshen up and change and the food is served please hurry before it gets cold." Jamie nodded and went to take a hot bath, clothes were already arranged for her.

Jacob Black, the man who saved Jamie, wanted her in his life anyhow but was not sure what to do so he started with taking her to the hospital to meet her husband.
