Jin turns around and saw a bearded man. Jin asked "Sorry, may I help you with something" Jin looked confused as he talked to the man he did not know or remember a bearded man before.

"Well, I guess you can't recognize me with this thick beard. It's only been a few months. And I guess being at the front lines is really an amazing experience." Tan Shan walked towards Jin and tap his shoulder "We should play again you know". 

"Tan Shan!" Jin shouted as he hugged him tightly. "Brother Long time no see, dang you look so old" Jin looked at him, "So you are a Squad leader I guess the right track is really for you brother." Tan Shan replied.

"Oh you are Sun Xue from the 20th Squire Squad am I correct?" Tan Shan looked at Sun Xue who is behind Jin. 

"Yes I am sir, I am glad that I met one of the Squad leaders in the Letter Squad Sir." Sun Xue was so snappy in presenting herself. "Well I guess you guys are talking while I butt in I am very sorry if I am that rude."

Tan Shan said as he looked at the both of them. "So tell me Jin how are you doing in this specialist course, I really once entered this course too. And long story short I am here" Tan Shan felt confident as he talk to Jin.

"Well, my colleague Ms. Sun Xue is really excited about entering this course. She is welcoming me in part of the others that mostly did come near me. I don't know why but I am still a simple squad leader like the rest no special mentions."

Jin stated as he drinks his wine. "Am I right Ms. Sun Xue" Jin smirked while looking at her, But Sun Xue also fight on the words that Jin has challenged her.

"Well, to be frank on this matter I really wanted to see how Mr. Ru Jin excel in his leading skills there are a lot of gossips that have surrounded your name, my good sir. Imagine, one of the control officers has given you access to a practice training mission. That some of us never have." Sun Xue winked at Jin as if she was really provoking him.

"For those gossips to linger I guess it will be harmful to some friendships and to other alliances am I right" Jin looked at the other squad leaders that were taking a glance on the three of them.

Meanwhile, as the battle of witts is slowly being escalated to a minimum, Tan Shan was having fun seeing Jin able to lead this kind of words to his colleagues. ``He was born a leader if only I did not do that kind of mistake… He should have been one of the greatest`` Tan Shan looked at Jin and Sun Xue that were still continue to exhcange some words.

"Guys please in this venue we must have decency I can say, two colliding worlds will be hard to make up for the reality of the things you need to come up, the example is that once leaving the training simulation and entering the world from the outside it is really different. So If I were you two I will listen to every discussion I will make"

Jin and Sun Xue heard every word that Tan Shan had said but only the last words were Jin remembered. Sun Xue on the other hand takes it all into account.

Tan Shan drinks his wine, "Well then let me leave you momentarily and I must head to the podium to give me warm speech" Jin looked at him and said, "You still did not change…" Tan Shan winked at Jin and nodded. After that Tan Shan walked up to the podium and stood in the middle. He then started a joyful tone of voice. 

"Congratulations for passing the interview, dear Squad leaders. I am Senior Specialist First Class Tan Shan from the Squad F of the 7th Player corp. We are tasked to take the most vital positions that monsters have taken over. Those are hospitals, factories, fields, and many more. We from the letter squad are to defend anything that the monsters have taken. In the past months our numbers dwindle from 26 it became 15. 11 Squads were wiped out from the monsters, and from those, we are in need of replacement. So there are 11 spots that are opened for replacement. So 20 new Squad leaders will be put to the test. And only 11 will be receiving the letter squad positions."

Tan Shan looked at each and every Squad leader. 

"Now some of you may know that I am a friend of one of the Squad leaders here. His Name is Ru Jin, the Squad leader of the 29 Squire Squad. He is my old friend of one of the Technological Academy in the country. And I want all of you to know that there are no friends or families in this situation because the N.D.A.M is creating Squad leaders that can safeguard the prosperity of the dwindling country we living in. That is all thank you for listening to me. There are more things to teach to you, young Squad leaders of the future."

And then the door opened, and all of the Squad leaders look at the back. And there they saw Colonel Bai Meng the commanding officer for all operations and fields of the 7th player corp. His guards were the Name Squad CSF-D one of the most lethal Squads in the whole corp. 

Everyone in the room felt the pressure of the presence of the commanding officer, as he walked towards the podium every Squad leader gulped and felt the ominous presence. Even the Name Squad their presence was enough to make other Squad leaders backed a bit.

Tan Shan steps back as the Commanding officer was heading towards the middle. Tan Shan Saluted and the commanding officer salutes back. 

"Right," he coughs and the CSF-D formed behind the commanding officer. All of the Squad leaders stood there waiting for the commanding officer to speak.

"We are continuing the fight against the monsters that have destroyed many families, killed many people, and destroyed our homes. Our protections our nationality. These monsters are not from this world they are monsters from other dimensions they are the pest of this world and we must fight them. I am here today to boost every one of you to make your skills be the cause to eliminate and to stop the growing and rapid expansion of these pests." 

After those words of the commanding officer turns to the side and walks down from the podium stage and takes a glance at Jin's face. And he stopped, he walked towards Jin who was also looking at him.

"What an amazing coincidence you are here. What a strange world isn't it. Mr. Ru Jin, the first one that I recruited to be a Name Squad and you are here in the training facility. Are my officers good?" Bai Meng's tone was like provoking Jin to say words that he was not meant to say.

"Sir, I am glad that I have seen you again here." Jin smiled as he looked at Colonel Bai Meng, "And I also saw that you are also promoted the last time I saw you were a Captain if I am correct Sir. And about your officers, they are well disciplined always throwing some curve ball tactics. Unpredictable in a sense, Sir." 

The colonel smiled at Jin as he turns around and walks away. Sun Xue was star-struck to see the face of the commanding officer face to face. And as it was all happening even Tan Shan cannot believe that the commanding officer knows Jin even before the creation of the facility.

And when the Colonel left the room, all of the Squad leaders were either afraid of Jin or they were envious because he has the praise of the commanding officer. But Tan Shan quickly run towards Jin and said

"How the hell did you know the commanding officer?" And Jin answered Tan Shan with a low tone of voice "He recruited me from the formation of the corp and the formation of the Name Squads. Because I want to explore first and know the field of work." 

"So you turned down the offer and rather go to the frontlines? And that is how we met when we are outside. And you were just a fledgling marksman?" Tan Shan questioned Jin as he too cannot believe that his long-time friend was as famous as one of the CSF-D squad. 

"You really need to prove yourself. As those keen eyes of the commanding officer are different from the officer in charge that you have met from before." Tan Shan said as he put his hands on the back and felt excited for the upcoming training of the Squad leaders. 

After the social hall, all of the Squad leaders were escorted to their individual office rooms. They need to get close to themselves first before getting to know others.

The first day of the training has already begun and Jin doesn't have an ally to support him to what is to come to the training of the squad leaders. Only 11 spots are open and there are 20 Squad leaders. There is 9 Squad that will be eliminated.
