But as he was about to fire his weapon an explosion *BOOM* from his back made him flew a few meters.

"Ugh~ what happened…" Jin moaned in pain as he looked back and saw that Sun Li, Yang Lanying, and Liang Meifen were on the ground with the same wound from the explosion they felt. Jin turns his view on the other side and saw a volcanic minion raising its hands.

"Oh Shi-" Jin tried to crawl away and try to get cover but there was another explosion near him *BOOM* Jin was flown because of the impact. "AHHHHH" Jin's body slammed to a rock wall. He moaned as his body dropped to the ground.

"Ugh…fhk wha-t is going… my body hurts" *cough* Jin was able to retain his consciousness. So he was able to stand up but his XDR-rifle was a bit far away from him. Jin was holding on to his head, as even though he can retain his consciousness he was having vertigo. Jin looked at the girls even Sun Li was already fallen unconscious.

Jin tried to run towards his XDR-rifle that was on the ground, He quickly grabbed it as he dashed forward to it. And it was in a lucky position because it was not that far from him. And there was also an added luck because in a few distances there was a good cover that was able to make an angle fire to hit and destroy the hands of the Volcanic minion.

"Sir, do we really need to do that?" the control officer of the simulation asked the officer in charge as he turned his view to the left. "Yes, it is an ambush training any changes must adapt drastically" The officer in charge replied vigorously as he stands to what he wanted to happen.

"But, Sir those are our people on the ground." The control officer replied back once again. "Lt. Focus on controlling the simulation it is better for them to feel this kind of scenario or they will feel it and it will be too late because the situation changes outside of the walls. they need to expect sudden changes. they can't only base their judgment on the current they also need to think about what will happen and predict the future. that is what a Squad in the N.D.A.M produces."

Jin aimed his XDR rifle and put his finger at the trigger. He directed the angle at the shoulder in which the joint of the arm is connected.

``One down!`` Jin pressed the trigger and the materialized compacted power fired. *Phewww* after the beam of light traveled and impacted at the shoulder it followed with an explosion *BOOM* and as the fire was precise and accurate the left shoulder and the arm joint were destroyed.

"All wrong there is another one." The officer in charge whispered. And another explosion occurred and the right arm has fallen to the ground. "What a dangerous fellow we have in the training doctrine." The officer in charge exclaimed as he turns around. "Transfer Ru Jin to another Squire squad and put all of those in the 12th in support unit they all fail." And the control officer replied, "Yes, Sir."

Sun Li was stunned, as to what she saw. Ru Jin was able to defeat a volcanic minion by attacking its two arms. Making it unable to attack. Reducing its defense by another 30% and with that, the chest is open for attack. And once the chest cracked it will be a death blow as the magma core will be exposed and it will be a one-hit strike from someone. "Yang Lanying did not defeat the volcanic minion last time it was Ru Jin. Just how experience is Ru Jin terms of those monsters."
