[You traitor! Woof!] Qin Hua glared at the cat. She would have probably asked her to do the same but the speed at which the small one ran towards its previous owner was still very hurtful!

While she was indignantly looking at the small furry beast, the others were looking at her in shock. Fang Yuan and Geming stood frozen.

"This… This…" Geming opened and closed his mouth.

"Back up NOW!!" Fang Yuan shouted. "We can talk about things later. Let's first deal with this beast. Damn it. I have never seen how a powerful mutated beast."

The two of them now stood facing the big black devil wolf rather than the human beings. Geming materialized the strongest weapon he could summon. 

A 20-inch long scythe with a humongous blade appeared in his hand and it looked as if it was burning in blue flames.

Fang Yuan, also rummaged for something in his bag. However, as the two of them hurried in haste, they couldn't help but notice that the other side was calmly standing.

Guan Ye looked as indifferent as ever without any expression on his face while Luo Zu had a big grin. He was happy that for once he was on the winning side and he was also the only person to respond.

Luo Zu laughed loudly and took a step forward. "Yes. Yes. Powerful beast! Hu Hu Hu. What are you guys trying to do with our women?"

Both Qin Hua and Alex gave the guy a death glare at the poor choice of his words, but one was too lazy to deal with him and the other was too injured to care. So they allowed him to continue with this nonsense.

Now that Qin Hua was here, Lu Chen as well busied himself in helping Coco heal Alex and Xu Meilin. He brought both of them back into the hospital and helped them rest comfortably.

So of course, Luo Zu took this opportunity to act as the team leader. "You two. First, put down your weapons and stand quietly." The man cleared his throat and spoke authoritatively as if he was a police commissioner catching a couple of goons.

Fang Yuan and Geming were completely confused. "Are you an idiot? Can't you fucking see the beast standing right next to you?" Geming shouted in exasperation.

"Yes. Yes. This is my pet dog. Why it is here is not a concern to you! Hmph. Why don't you talk about what you are up to?" Luo Zu folded his hands at the back and cocked his head up proudly, giving the vibe of a powerful leader.

[This idiot. Woof!] Qin Hua sighed. She wanted to head back inside and check the effectiveness of the anti-toxin, so she wanted this bunch of fools to hurry it up.

Luo Zu, however, was taking his sweet time threatening the other party. He wasn't even paying attention to the two guys properly.

While he was talking with Geming, something sparkled in Fang Yuan's hand and neither Guan Ye nor Luo Zu noticed it in time. Luckily, Qin Hua was paying more attention and she immediately caught it.

[Dark Shackles! Woof!]

Black vapors instantly enveloped the guy and completely bound him before he could do anything.

Woof! Qin Hua only now sighed in relief. She then quickly knocked out the other guy with a single tap of her paw and finished the whole conversation.

"Ah! Did I mess up something?" Luo Zu started to become worried and the wolf dog gave him a glare. [Woof! He had a fucking grenade!]

Guan Ye didn't care to wait around for this conversation and started doing his part silently. He tied up the unconscious guy with thick ropes that they had found within one of the goblin's storage pouches.

As soon as the spell wore off, Qin Hua immediately knocked out the other one as well, while simultaneously swiping both the item in his hand and also his backpack with great care.

"Ahhh! That's a grenade!" Luo Zu exclaimed in shock and now understood what he had done wrong. He had underestimated the enemy by mistake.

That's right. He had almost forgotten. Just like them, the other human beings who were alive right now, have also survived the entire week in this apocalyptic hell. So no one can be underestimated!

"Umm. Sorry. Boss little white. Forgive me this one time." He scratched his head and smiled sheepishly but Qin Hua's figure had already disappeared back into the hospital.

Following behind her, Luo Zu and Guan Ye brought the two intruders to their camp. They were not sure what to do with them.

Back inside the hospital, Qin Hua eyed everyone and the poison status on their description seemed to have disappeared. They were also visibly doing a lot better.

Coco was still busy healing Alex and Xu Meilin who were both very badly injured and Lu Chen was talking to Alex about what had happened.

She told him in detail about the centipede and the two guys who had shown up out of nowhere.

"It's good that you guys somehow managed to stay alive and come back to us. In the future, maybe we should only move around in five or six person teams." 

Lu Chen pensively looked at the injuries on her arms where the skin had almost melted. It must have hurt a lot!

He raised his hand and breathed calmly as he cooled the air around the two women, easing some of their discomforts.

Alex, however, shook her head. "Don't worry about that. I think we are all perhaps already numbed to the pain." She smiled bitterly and then continued. "What about these guys and their camp?"

"What should we do about them?" She asked Lu Chen. More than her injuries, that was rather weighing heavily on her mind.

"Hmmm" Lu Chen looked at the mechanical watch on his hand. "We still have about two hours and after that, we need to leave the hospital."

"This leaves us with two options."
