'It's not changing but simplifying it for those at lower rank. Too bad that you can't understand it at all." Lin Hu scoffed. 

Lin Xiao really wished to beat up a certain dragon that kept on undermine him. Tsk, when would there be a day when he could beat someone up in his consciousness? If there was such skill, Lin Xiao would have learnt it from a long time ago.

The Lake Mirror skill that Lin Xiao learned before was simply a skill that allowed him to move faster. But the skill that he learned this time said that evasion was not only about speed.

After memorizing the Lake Mirror Skill, Lin Xiao then walked to the middle. He could see both Lin Yun and Fan Ling were both in trance, so he didn't bother them and only looked at the swords marking there.

Lin Xiao looked at the markings and suddenly felt that it was cold. The marking had been left for so long, but he was sure that the mark has been left by someone who was learning or at least have water element. It was because the concept behind the marking here was clearly that of water.

'Lake and water is related. Even though you're not that suitable to use water element, it's undeniable that when you encounter water related skill, you will definitely be able to understand the movement faster.' Lin Hu yawned.

Lin Xiao pondered and felt that it was quite true. 'In that case, which one is more powerful, Lake Dragon or Water Dragon?'

Lin Hu felt his eyelids twitched a bit when he heard Lin Xiao's question. "We have our own advantage and disadvantages, you brat! Don't you dare to try comparing the two of us!"

Lin Xiao gave up trying to ask and noticed that the other two were already stopped looking at the markings. It was clear that they could only guess what kind of move that might make certain mark but they can't grasp the entirety.

"You should stop learning, Fan Ling. It's of water element and you will never be able to execute it properly even if you learn it," Lin Xiao suddenly said.

"Oh, it's water…." Fan Ling's words paused before she looked at Lin Xiao. "How did you know that it's of water element? How could water element create markings that are this powerful?"

"Nothing is impossible." Lin Xiao's lips twitched. Did this woman forget that his skill was also that of Lake Element and yet his sword skill was more powerful? Water and lake were not synonym of weak, alright?

Lin Yun's eyes shone. "Brother, does it mean you can see the movements?"

"Yes. It's pretty easy." Lin Xiao's eyes narrowed. Now that he thought about it, Lin Yun's element was also water, right? "I'll teach you after we come out. I can't really use the skill that well either."

Though, Lin Xiao would still learn it a bit.

"What's the name of the skill?"

"The name?" Lin Xiao thought about the move once more before he looked at the markings. There was no words that was left in the pillar but when he was doing the set of movement just now, he felt that there was word that could describe it very well.

"Sword River Bearing."

"Sword River Bearing," Lin Yun repeated and nodded his head.

A book fell down not far from them. A senior, who was reading the book peacefully not long ago, turned his head to look at them with disbelief. The three of them were still fairly young and naturally would not be here for long.

"How did you know the name of the skills?" The senior asked.

Lin Xiao furrowed his brows. Who was this?

"Ah, pardon my lack of manner. My name is Lan Qing Xi and I'm one of the students here. It's my sixth year here and I'm currently 23 years old…" The senior, Lan Qing Xi introduced himself.

"Hello." Lin Xiao nodded. He thought for a moment before doing the introduction. "I'm Lin Xiao, this is my younger brother Lin Yun and this is his girlfriend Fan Ling."

Girlfriend?

Lin Yun nearly smacked his brother's head for real when he heard what Lin Xiao said. They hadn't formalized their relationship, ah!

Fan Ling's face turned slightly red but she didn't try to correct Lin Xiao. Later, she would just defeat him using her fist because of his words.

Lan Qing Xi didn't seem to care that much about what they were thinking. He pointed at the pillar. "It's not really an open secret but most people will not know about the skill's name and only after asking teacher would they know. How did you manage to guess the skill's name?"

Lin Xiao looked at Lan Qing Xi and thought for a moment before he chose to reply. There was nothing really important about him knowing the name of the skill either. 

"I just felt that it's the best words to describe the skill and thus, I choose the name." Lin Xiao shrugged.

"The best words?" Lan Qing Xi was stunned. He looked at Lin Xiao with bewilderment before he asked in quivering voice, "Did it mean… you can see the skills' movement?"

"Yes." Lin Xiao's answer nearly caused the senior's head to explode in surprise.
