Lin Xiao glanced to the back towards the guards and smiled. "All of you are eyewitness here that they're the one attacking me first. Those who dared to lie may be struck with lightning later."

The guards were stunned when they heard what Lin Xiao said. Curses could be powerful if it was said by other cultivators and even though they had no relationship whatsoever, some of them did believe in curses. Their expression turned pale when they heard what Lin Xiao said.

Lin Xiao swiftly moved to the side, evading the attack. His eyes were cold as he punched forward and the young man was flown back like a kite, crashing onto his teammates.
