Lin Xiao side stepped to the side in order to enter the forest. As long as he still could hear the river's water movement, they wouldn't lose their sight from the river so easily. Making a small detour shouldn't be hard.

The sound of fighting came to their ear. Lin Xiao was stunned and turned his eyes to the direction of the sound and realized that there was a young man in the center of the mess. The young man was looking at his three opponents, which one had already been attacked, with wariness.

"He's alone?" Lin Xiao was stunned.

"Well, it's possible to travel by yourself if you get separated from your group. Besides, the total number of students in the academy couldn't be divided by three," Sui Wenyan said in hesitation.

Lin Xiao nodded and looked at the young man. "Luo Lan?"

"Who?" Sui Wenyan was stunned.

"A snobby kid," Lin Xiao replied. If Luo Lan knew that he was called that way by Lin Xiao, he would have flipped out and try to challenge him. However, Lin Xiao truly didn't expect to see Luo Lan here again. They were indeed in the same academy, but they rarely met each other because the academy was so big.

Since neither side was close to each other, why should they bother with each other's lives.

A rock pierced through the young man's hand. The man's face contorted in pain as his friend turned to look into the forest. "Who's that?!"
