"What?" Lin Xiao looked at the other two and grinned. "Aren't these quite good for us?"

Looking at the two papers that Lin Xiao took, the other two didn't know what to say aside from agreeing. The first mission was to eliminate a recent serial killer that was roaming on the small village not far from Feng Yi City. The second mission was for them to gather Cotton Flower Grass, which was a very common herbs found at the outskirt of a forest.

The forest surrounding Feng Yi City was quite vast, so it meant that they would need to travel a long distance to finish these two missions.

"What's the reward, Brother?" Lin Yun asked.

"1000 gold and also Low Grade Spirit Stone."

"Let's go then."

Hearing the reward, the other two got excited. Lin Xiao grinned and looked at the two missions in his hand. The serial killer was named Bo Wu and estimated to be around Body Training Rank 8 to 10. No one knew for sure but the description stated that he had powerful skill that allowed him to kill efficiently.

Handing the mission to the counter, the woman was stunned. She looked at the three brats in front of her in confusion.

"This man is Body Training Rank 8 at the lowest. Are you sure you want to take this mission?"

"Yes."

"Also, this one is far and there are a lot of beasts outside. Are you sure that you won't need more members for your team?" the woman asked again.

Lin Xiao arched his eyebrows. "Can I buy a map?"

"Sure."

As the woman handed the map to Lin Xiao, he realized that he was very far away from the lake where he used to stay. It would take weeks for him to reach his hometown. In addition, the vast forest enveloped large distance which would definitely take around three days for them to reach the edge.

"How strong are the beasts?"

"There should be unranked beast until beast rank 3."

Lin Xiao's hand quivered slightly when he heard the strength of the beasts. Mind you, beast rank 3 was equivalent to Foundation Establishment Cultivators. If he were to encounter beast rank 3 in his path, he would have no other choice but to run as far away as possible.
