《Rise of the Great Emperor 》Chapter 91: Training

Lin Xiao walked to the spacious area and readied his stance. His eyes were focused to the front as he gathered his Qi and punched forward. The air around him moved according to his punch as it generated large force and power.
Watching from the side, Wang Jun was astonished. He turned to look at Wenren Yu. "Did you teach him?"
"I only teach him the basic, but afterwards, he's improving by himself."
"I see."
Before this, Wang Jun had never paid much attention to Lin Xiao in the village. After all, this was nothing more than a brat that didn't know the vast world. But upon seeing that Lin Xiao's talent was actually this good, he was astonished.
If only Taiyi Sect was not destroyed yet, he was sure that Lin Xiao would be able to become inner disciple in time.
His talent was really good.
"You're not bad, but you need to circulate your Qi faster. Your opponent will not give you any chance to prepare yourself."
Lin Xiao was solemn as he nodded. He had experienced several battles with the beasts over the past year. Many times, he felt that he almost died, but thankfully, he managed to turn the situation and defeated the beasts instead.
"Watch me."
Wang Jun stood in the center and then punched forward. There didn't seem to be any preparation in his hand as he directly punched forward. Yet at the same time, there was faint sound and the wind moved.
His movement looked slow but it was anything but that. Those who were standing before Wang Jun would know no matter how slow it looked like, it was still a powerful punch filled with force.
Bang!
The cave wall that was located several meters away was blasted due to the force.

Lin Xiao's body stiffened. He looked at the wall then at Wang Jun in astonishment. He had never known that Mountain Punch had such large area of effect.
"You naturally wouldn't be able to reach this far because you're still Body Training Rank 8, but you need to be able to reach at least things at least 2 meters away from you."
2 meters?
If it was only 1 meter, Lin Xiao had the confidence because he had trained for his force to reach this far. Now that Wang Jun asked him to double his usual distance, his eyes were burning with determination.
"Yes, Elder Wang!"
"Focus! Your breathing had to always be maintained! You have to…."
Wenren Yu and Lin Yun shamelessly participated in the training that Wang Jun had. While Wang Jun's attention was focused mostly on Lin Xiao because he was determined to make sure Lin Xiao could get stronger, he still paid attention to the other two. These two cultivation speed was faster than Lin Xiao, but Lin Xiao was faster when it came to comprehend martial arts.
With that, the cave was filled with the sound of destroyed rocks from time to time again and only stopped during the time for their rest.
"Rest and work have to balanced," Elder Wang said in grave tone. "If you don't take care of your body, who would take care of it?"
"Yes, Elder Wang!"
...
Time passed swiftly.
Lin Xiao spent the time to train. He also asked Elder Wang to teach him another skill but rejected mercilessly because he already had too many skills. In fact, most Body Training would only focus on two to three skills and yet Lin Xiao had four.
While Rock Shield was only a passive skill, which meant that Lin Xiao didn't need to actively activate it, it was still a skill nevertheless. It was certainly included in the number of skills that Lin Xiao had.

Just like what Lin Hu told him, Lin Xiao could see that the water had started to return back. He could already climb down the mountain and stepped on the ground again. While it was still on his knee's height, it was better than having to dive to reach the ground.
"You can rest for today," Elder Wang said when he saw how Lin Xiao's attention always landed outside. After being trapped for so long, he didn't really find it strange that these three brats would want to explore outside.
Lin Xiao's eyes lit up. "Thank you, Elder Wang!"
"Go."
"Yes!"
Without the need for Elder Wang to repeat his instruction, Lin Xiao already rushed out of the cave as fast as he could. Even without the need to activate his Moon Evasion, Lin Xiao's speed had increased after receiving systematic training with Elder Wang for the past few days.
Rather than stumbling around without any guidance whatsoever, it was proven that direction from Elder Wang helped him greatly.
"Can we go out too?" Wenren Yu asked with his eyes shone.
Lin Yun also perked his ears. He was always protected by these two because of his body condition, so having the chance to go out has always been his dream.
Now that there was a chance, how could he not seize it?
"Go." Elder Wang resisted the urge to laugh. He could see the three of them climbed up one by one then disappeared swiftly. These three were already Body Training Rank 8, which meant that they were no longer at the very bottom of the chain.
In this forest, nothing should happen to them, right?
Right?
"Somehow, I'm worried about Lin Xiao."
Even when there was nothing, Lin Xiao always managed to create a trouble. Elder Wang sighed, hoping that Lin Xiao could finally change his poor habit in the past.
