Lin Xiao took his portion and ate on the spot. He only left behind a third to share with Wenren Yu who was waiting in the house. Lin Yun also followed his steps and ate most of the meat directly.

"So vulgar."

Some of the girls looked away in disgust when they saw Lin Xiao's unrefined way of eating. His mouths were covered with the crumbs of meat as he wiped his mouth with his hand carelessly before tucking the last piece of meat by wrapping it with clean cloth along with the part that Lin Yun also separated.

"Let's take ours, girls," Xu Qin said unhurriedly. Behind her, two girls were following her closely as if they were her followers.

Lin Xiao only passed a glance then paid no heed. While the other youngsters were trying to keep their image, Lin Xiao and Lin Yun didn't seem to care in the slightest bit. In their eyes, there was no use keeping their image towards these spoiled girls.

"Let's go back."

"Yes, Brother."

The two of them walked back using the same path as the one they used when they came here. Lin Yun actually wanted to suggest them using the cliff's way, but Lin Xiao didn't want to put Lin Yun in danger.

Lin Xiao nodded. He took out the cloth used to store the meat back then. "For you. I'm going to try hunting again today."

"I thought you're not supposed to return back until it's late at night." Wenren Yu had heard about feast back in the sect, but it would always last until late at night before his friends returned back reeked alcohol.

"Nah, we children are not allowed to drink yet." Lin Xiao waved his hand. "Even if we stay there, we're not going to last for long."

Lin Xiao was known to be a troublemaker while Lin Yun was known to have a sickly body. the two of them were clearly not the best choice for the young girls in the village. As the two of them had no particular interest to the young girls there, they would not participate.

The story would be different if they had an interest in a young girl, though.

"I see." Wenren Yu chose not to probe deeper and took the meat. He was thankful that these two were willing to share their food with him.

"I'll start to train again," Lin Yun said. With the medicine that Wenren Yu helped to make, he had started to get better and could practice on his own.

Lin Xiao nodded. "I'm going now."

Lin Xiao took the seven arrows left from the previous hunt along with his bow and delved into the forest once more. Running through the same course as yesterday, Lin Xiao wondered whether he would be lucky enough this time.

Thinking that if he found another bull he would pull it to the village again, Lin Xiao laughed internally. He was sure that the villagers' face would turn very funny when they saw that they got hunted by another bull just a day after they encountered one.
