All the elders within the throne room stood to their feet as the Captain of the Royal Guards walked in; The Royal Guards was invariably the military force of the Kingdome of Shangri La; thus him being the captain means he was akin to the General of the Kingdom which puts him below the Grand Elder position but above that of the elders within the throne room… Shrap!
