《Tamer of Cosmic Beasts 》Chapter 14: Let The Beasts Fight Freely.

Akash Tagar's heart skipped a beat.
That human figure was none other than Haji Tea, he had taken the full brunt of the blast to protect the spider. Cosmic Beasts were as important to a tamer as their arms and legs.
"Mr. Haji, are you alright?
Akash asked as he came closer.
"I'm fine, My Liege."
Hearing Haji Tea's voice relieved Akash Tagar. He believed that the God Demon Panda had some strong moves but he didn't think that they were that powerful. To think they could even knock away a 10 Star beast.
Soon, the dust settled down and both sides could see each other again. While the panda's attacks were more powerful than expected, it was still very young so it couldn't hurt someone at the Star Captain Realm, thus Haji Tea came out unscathed.
Haji Tea looked at Ponytail and asked.
"My Liege, where did you get that beast?"
Hearing his words, the ponytail who was quiet, turned angry and cooed at him.
Akash looked at the panda and replied.
"It's not just my beast, it's my son and its name is Ponytail."
"Oh, I see."
Haji Tea was no idiot, he could see the relation between them.
Akash Tagar looked at the panda and spoke as he opened his star dwelling.
"Come here Ponytail, have a nap to rest."
Ponytail shook its head left and right, and cooed, it didn't want to go inside. It was its first time seeing so many beasts and another person besides Akash.
Akash sighed and gave up.
"Alright, then, go and play with them."
Haji Tea was curious about Akash's behaviour. Even though tamers thought of beasts as their own limbs and trained them for battle, no one ever thought of a beast as their own child and let it play instead of train,
And play with whom, with the beasts it just fought now!
Panda went towards the Thunder Sword Boar, who was standing in front of the wall it was smashed against, it was a little away from other beasts.
The Thunder Sword Boar was about to attack the God Demon Panda out of instinct, however, Haji Tea felt the boar's aggression, as their souls were connected through the taming contract. Tamers and beasts could understand each other.
Haji Tea ordered his beasts to not attack and told them that the fight was over. Meanwhile, the panda slowly reached the boar and sat beside it, hugging its golden staff.
Doing nothing and resting every day was the panda's favourite way to spend time. Pandas were famous for their laziness after all.
"Do you understand now, Mr. Haji?"
Akash Tagar looked at Haji Tea and asked.
"I told you that your plan would fail if you faced any strong opponent, while my Ponytail is only at the 1 Star realm, your beasts still got defeated and even got caught off guard by its atypical power."

Haji Tea didn't say anything, he was silently listening with his head lowered.
Akash continued.
"Don't ever think of a plan by yourself, let your beasts make their battle plan from now on. They are the ones who know their power and skills best.
So, instead of giving them wrong orders in a life-ending war, it's better to let them fight on their own and don't meddle with them.
You can just tell them the aim or mission, just like at the start, I told Ponytail its goal which was to disable your two beasts, Mist Spider and Thunder Sword Boar, but I didn't tell it how to do it. I just told him the end goal.
Because it knows and understands its own skills more than anyone else.
And you saw the results with yourself, Ponytail knocked out a 10-star beast by itself."
The reason Akash Tagar was so sure about that was because of his profound knowledge, he wrote many books on beasts and their training methods.
After years of research in reading ancient books in House of Knowledge and observation, Akash concluded that beasts would perform their best if the tamers allow them to fight freely.
Haji Tea raised his head and finally retorted.
"My Liege, your panda is very strong and is of an unknown bloodline. Not to mention its weapon, how could my beasts ever hope to defeat it?"
Akash sighed in exasperation.
"My gosh! You are still can't understand?.
Regardless of its bloodline, my God Demon Panda is only at the First Star realm and it's a newborn baby. It shouldn't be able to defeat your beasts."
Haji Tea raised his brows as he thought of something.
"My Liege, could we spar again? This time, I won't give any orders."
"No, I don't want Ponytail to get hurt. It's just a baby now."
Haji Tea didn't get upset, he wanted to try Akash Tagar's advice to check his beasts' powers without giving them orders but he also knew that the little God Demon Panda was a wrong choice to try and fully grasp his beasts' prowess against.
Akash broke the silence again.
"There is a place where you can try without getting your beasts injured."
Haji Tea asked rapidly.
"Really!, My Liege, where is this place?"
"It's called the Ancestor Training Grounds."
Akash replied with a smile.
"Oh, I think I heard that somewhere. Ancestor Train... My Liege, are you talking about that room on the right side?"
Haji Tea asked with a confused face.
"Yes, ask the System about the Ancestor Training Grounds, you will understand everything."
Haji Tea asked the System.
*beep*
A transparent screen materialized in front of Haji Tea and everything was explained to him about the Ancestor Training Grounds.
Haji Tea was lost in thought about the one who made this System, how powerful the creator of it could possibly be.

After a while, he opened his mouth and exclaimed.
"Amazing, just amazing. I knew this headquarters was not something ordinary but I never thought it'd be powerful to this extent.
From now on, my entire family including myself will risk our lives for your cause, My Liege."
"Mr. Haji, we will go into the Training Grounds tomorrow. You have to call someone from your family here to take care of your mayoral matters in your absence."
"Indeed, My Liege, I will call my grandfather and ask him to send my father."
"Very good, now let me explain to you the basics of spear techniques."
"Yes, My Liege, please!"
Akash Tagar taught Haji Tea the basics of spear-wielding and its techniques for a few hours after which Haji Tea headed home. While Akash Tagar stayed in the hall and started training with the sabre Haji Tea had given him.
"This sabre doesn't suit me and my practice, its quality is low as well. I need a good sword to win the upcoming competition to make Abran into a 2nd tier city."
Akash went into the store while tapping the sabre on his shoulder.
As he entered, he saw many lower high-grade weapons. Spears, swords, sabers, glaives, clubs, hammers and axes.
There were multiple types of weapons.
"System, could you show me the swords only?"
*beep*
With a single beep, all the other weapons on the screen disappeared and their empty slots were filled with new words.
Each sword had the same quality and price with different attributes. The lower high-grade swords were worth 1 million cosmic coins.
"Ahh man, I think I need to start a business to earn money, it's not appropriate to ask Haji Tea every time."
Akash came back empty-handed and resumed his saber practice.
Meanwhile, Haji Tea reached his house. Ever since he had migrated here, he was living alone as had left all his family members in the 1st tier city where his entire family was currently living. His brothers and wife wanted to come along but he refused them.
Haji Tea sat on a chair in his lounge room and was staring at his cell phone.
Finally, he dialled a number and called it.
------------
~1st tier city, MORO~
A large mansion, with several vehicles parked infront and many servants doing their own work.
Inside the castle, in a library room. An old man wearing a monocle on his left eye was sitting on a wooden rocking chair, holding a book in one hand and flipping through its pages with the other.
*RING RING*
His mobile phone on a nearby table rang.
he looked at the calling number and picked it
"Hello, grandson!"
The voice was thick and domineering.
This was the voice of Haji Tea's grandfather and the current head of the Tea Family, the infamous "Spear and Moustache" Baghi Tea.
Haji Tea closed his eyes and replied in a trembling voice.
"He… hello, grandpa, how are you?"
"I'm still alive, my lovely grandson but I don't know how much longer I'll last."
These words tore Haji Tea's heart apart. He closed his eyes tightly but still, he couldn't stop his tears.
"Don... don't ever say that again, you are already at the peak of the 3rd Moon of the Star General realm, you will break through to the 3rd Moon soon."
"Haha! I'll try my best. Tell me about yourself, how are you doing in Abran?"
Baghi Tea's eyes reddened as he asked that.
"I'm doing well grandpa, I have good news for you."
"Oh! Tell me then."
"There is a person who registered himself as an Abran tamer and he will also join the 3rd tier tournament. His name is Akash Tagar."
Baghi Tea stood up in surprise.
"What! Someone registered as Abran's tamer?"
"Did I hear it correctly?"
"Yes, grandpa, and he is very strong and also has a strong beast."
"What's his cosmic realm and what are his cosmic beasts?"
Baghi Tea asked quickly.
Haji Tea could feel the excitement and happiness in his grandfather's voice.
"He is at the 1st Moon of the 1 Star realm and has a panda as his beast."
"Ohh, no wonder he joined Abran. Other cities had probably ridiculed him because of his weak strength and weak beast, he had no other choice besides joining Abran."
"Haha, I knew you would think like that but guess what, he is only 15 years old and is already at the 1 Star realm."
"What! He is 15 years old? Haji, do your best to assist that kid! He has unlimited potential. We must help him with any resources he might need and he'll help us to revive the city."
"He doesn't need us, grandpa, he has more resources and powers than anyone else on this planet"
"What does that mean?"
"I attacked him with all of my martial power and he not only deflected the attack but also encountered me with an attack. Whereas his panda defeated my Thunder Sword Boar. Can you imagine that?"
Baghi Tea didn't say anything. He was lost in his thoughts.
"Grandpa, I will tell you everything once we win the tournament and evolve into a 2nd tier city. Until then, can you send father here? I have to go with, His Majesty, Akash to train for a few months. I want my father to take care of the city in my stead during that time."
"His Majesty Akash?"
"You won't understand grandpa, just send father. Do as I say."
"No need to send your stupid father, I'll come myself!

Maitbudi
Fermboi was a man of one ideal: make the weak strong. When his rebellion against the king proved futile, he was given another chance at life. This time, he sought to do nothing after realizing the hopelessness of it all. Aventina wanted to do nothing more than to follow her father’s footsteps. On a retaliation raid against her tribe’s enemies, her brothers perished. Spared by a leader of her enemies, she returned home to find herself the chief of her tribe. Bolahulag, half-civilized and half-barbarian, half-lowborn and half-royal. Raised in his mother’s civilized tent in a sea of barbaric shelters, Bolahulag was hesitant to follow his paternal way of life. After a battle between a civilized king and his father, Bolahulag was sent as hostage to learn the economy and military of the nation his father defeated. Derai knew nothing more than being an orphan, but when a merchant took her in, the world she thought impossible soon became a reality. Monghe, stuck in a school exemplifying strength for most of his life, began to understand what he needed to do in order to be strong instead of weak. Story is mostly about nothing. Fermboi does most of the nothing. Aventina does most of the military things. Bolahulag does a balance of economy and military. Derai focuses on economy. Monghe spitfires what it means to be a typical hero. Hopefully this is enough to give a general idea to people who don’t like going blind aside from the work being purportedly “good.” Who am I kidding, my writing is terrible. I hope it improves though.
